I used to frequent this location anytime I came to shop at the outlets - it was a MUST EAT. About a month ago I met my mom for some shopping and a snack. We decided on pretzels because we love them. Well, this experience was pretty abysmal. The pretzels were so hard that it was hard to bite into them - aren't they supposed to be soft pretzels?? I was short on time otherwise I would have asked for my moms money back. They were that disappointing!! Don't bother. I won't likely return anytime soon. Last time we visited we were told to order online for bigger orders and that they couldn't do buckets if you just walked up to order. We had tried to call before hand to ask this very question. This location is kinda gross. They staff usually have filthy finger nails, they don't know how to ring up all items, they frequently give the wrong items to customers, and they never have all items ready to serve. Refused to sell me a a regular size of pretzel nuggets and would only ring up a small because "we don't really do that anymore here because they are basically the same size", yet it's on the menu and they have the cups they go in. Their score isn't posted in a visible manor and they are out some drinks, per usual. None of the employees knew how the app or points work, so I had to help the customer in front of me. This Auntie Anne's conveniently located at the North Georgia premium outlet. The smell is familiar, luring all the hungry customers from all the stores to here. When I checked in, the reviews were pretty abysmal but had the benefit of the doubt. It was raining, so they had a tent outside for the line which was nice. There were about 10 people in front, so the line took about 7 minutes to go through even though there were 2 registers. Overall, I think all the other reviews are somewhat accurate. The operations take such a long time, more than typical Auntie Anne's. They're out of some menu and essential items like picks that come with nuggets. The pretzels were subpar as they were doughy and not cooked enough. I believe this is due to the inexperience of the people working there, who are mostly teenagers. The management of this place needs to step up if this is an ongoing pattern. read more

Went in a Saturday and it was a very long line, Took 30 minutes to get up to order window. They scanner for the app wasn't working, but they said they could give me a receipt to enter it myself. I ordered a mini pretzel dog as usual. Was super excited bc I was gonna get a fresh order. The cup was hot and I saw them pull it from the back. Ate into it and it was very hard and over cooked. I decided to go back and ask them if I can get another one that was so burnt. ( see picture). She said that it's there standard to cook them that way so the dough would not be undercooked.... auntie Anne's is my favorite place to get pretzel above all others but this time I was dissatisfied I paid for pretzel that was burnt and not able to eat. read more

I used to work at the Auntie Annes as a teenager so I think I am pretty well versed in my pretzel knowledge. These guys know how to twist a pretzel and I could taste the nostalgia. Ok I'm no consultant, not lean six sigma certified, or have any kind of operational management degree but the way this small pretzel hut operates is so mind boggling. My wife and kids wanted a snack as we were leaving the outlet so we figured this would hit the spot. As I walk up, I can see the line was already pretty long. Since my daughter was napping in the car, I was not in any rush. As I get closer, I can see 1 mouth breather working the register while 3 other employees are in the back doing who knows what. I understand that there needs to be somebody making pretzels, drink orders, etc. but open up the 2nd window and make that the area to pick up your order. The saving grace was that the pretzel nuggets were fresh and soft and the lemonade was cold and delicious. If you don't mind the wait, then it's probably worth it. read more

I'm usually pretty satisfied with the employees working at the Dawsonville outlets, however the woman working the pretzel stand this Mother's Day demonstrated perhaps the worst customer service I've experienced. I'm not one to review establishments, but I had to after I watched her disrespect my mom so blatantly and on Mother's Day too. Please hire some employees who can at least pretend to have some sort of emotions and put on a fake smile. Made me sad to watch this woman put a damper on every smiling customers day :/ read more

Workers were nice, but food wise my least favorite visit to an Auntie Anne's yet. First off the location isn't very easy to find within the outlet mall. It's on the map, but it doesn't really give you any indication of where it is. I got the cinnamon pretzel bites which were cold and almost kind of stale tasting.
