You know it's a good restaurant when my main complaint is that they stack the two tomatoes together on the burger haphazardly. My friends and I came here after an 8-mile hike to find their establishment about half full. The line for the register was quick and our orders took less than 10 minutes to come out. I got their Little Hamburger all out with jalapenos and a side of BBQ plus their famous Cajun fries. The large order filled the cup and formed a 4" layer at the bottom of the bag. In addition to the efficient service, there are over 40 options to pick from for soda options. Overall, I had a good experience including their AYCE peanuts. Requested no salt and the fry operator took out a separate pan and scoop to do the fries to ensure no salt was on the fries. Nice staff. This five guys was super clean when I visited about an hour before closing time. My sons ores milkshake was delicious. I'm sure he'd want to come back more often. My favorite place to eat burgers because they will use lettuce instead of buns to full fill your super protein burger! Yum! If you order it online, they will prepare everything except the fries. I finally had my first Five Guys burger experience today. I went to the location across from the North Georgia Premium Outlets ... after an estimated five hours of outlet shopping :) Gotta love them holiday sales! The inside, decked in mostly red & white, looked & felt like a fast food restaurant. But Five Guys is no fast food experience. First, the service was very friendly. Everyone looked like they took pride in working there. I saw a couple of the cashiers also cleaning the tables, the soda fountain area, helping customers with their trash, etc. Also, my food didn't come out quickly. That's b/c Five Guys prides itself for making the burgers fresh to order. I asked the cashier the difference between a "little" vs. a "regular" burger. She said the regular burger has two patties. I ordered the little. I also wanted to order a small fries & small drink, but they only offer "regular" & "large" which is a shame b/c I really didn't want to eat/drink/pay that much. Maybe Five Guys could consider offering a "small" option to eliminate waste?? For the burger, I got "all the way" which is all the basic toppings. They also offer some additional toppings -- all free. But based on today's experience, I'll get basic basic next time. My bread was so soggy from all the toppings and my burger completely fell apart after just two bites. It became a real mess and I had condiments all over my hands. Maybe Five Guys could consider toasting their bread?? As for the meat, while it tasted fresh, I was disappointed at the size. One of the articles I had read said the little hamburger is a 1/2 lb. patty -- it seemed more like the size of a McDonald's hamburger. The meat really got overwhelmed by all the toppings. Next time, I'll probably get the "regular" hamburger. The fries. I understand now why those fries cost $2.39 -- it's enough to feed a family. They not only give you the styrofoam cup with fries, they also fill your brown bag with fries -- I had to dig my way thru the fries to get to my foil-wrapped burger. I have been to several five guys and to this one quite a few times. I really like the burgers here and usually get the little and my boyfriend gets the regular, which has two meat patties. I am a fan of the fries, but my boyfriend is not. I have to say the fries can feed a whole lot of folks, but I get them when I feel like it. To be honest if you get the regular burger you will be too full to eat too many fries anyways unless your looking to roll out of the store or drowning your sorrows after outlet shopping. Ok, to start off this isn't my first Five Guys visit. I wanted to write this review to show the consistency across different locations. I stopped in for lunch yesterday. This was my first visit to this location, but you would never know it. The burgers were cooked to perfection, the frys done well and the overall condition of the place very clean and orderly. On your first visit i would strongly suggest you do not order your burger all the way. They have so many toppings you end up with more toppings than burger and it tends to fall apart! A large fry is enough for a table of 3 or 4 people. It would be good if they offered a small when you find yourself all alone. After a long day of chasing bargains at the outlets this is a great place to wind down before the trek back to the Metro area! read more

Worst experience I have ever had at a Five Guys. This place appears to be under new management. We showed up on a Sunday at 11:03 am and we were told the new manager was having a staff meeting and needed 8 more minutes. Once we were let in we had to wait for the registers to be opened. When we received our food the cheese on the burger was cold and the patty was extremely dry, almost like it was precooked. The floors and tables were filthy, now keep in mind we were order number 2. The burger and fries were GREAT! SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!!!! My only complaint or concern is a sticky front door! I showed up around 9:30ish and was met with what I thought was a locked door! Luckily one of the guys working noticed and came to the door. Management needs to address this. The sign on the door said you were open until 10:00pm but when you try the door and it seems locked you might be hesitant to return. These aren't cheap but they are worth the price. Love the cajun fries and being able to throw peanut shells on the floor while waiting :) Food is hot, made to order, fresh and YUMMY. So it's not been under some grow light or whatever those things are called and you might have to wait a few minutes.
