Horrible service. I watched a customer ask for their table to be cleaned, and instead of cleaning it, the girl behind the counter came out and handed them a dirty rag to do it themselves. Completely unacceptable. They were also out of the drink my daughter wanted, and when I asked if it could be replaced with something else, the employee acted completely dumbfounded, as if that was an unreasonable request. The restaurant itself was dirty, and while we were there, someone else walked in and commented that this location has always been the worst. That says a lot. I would strongly suggest not going to this location. Whoever owns or manages it seriously needs to do better. This was a terrible experience all around. read more

I decided to give them another try since I didn't feel like cooking and was ok with some cheap tacos. Of course they screwed up the order. Some things just don't change. So Glad the Double Decker Taco Supreme is back, however this location is primarily a " To Go " or Door Dash location, so if you go inside to eat or go through the Drive Through it takes forever. The fountain drinks and ice tea dispensers are always out of service. read more

This is not a rating for Taco Bell, it's a rating for this location. First time, they were out of a lot of ingredients and only had water and tea to drink. A few weeks later, their air conditioning was "broken" so it was on max power and the place was FREEZING. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I could see my breath. I ordered on the tablet since nobody was at the counter. Service was incredibly slow and I had to reach over the counter to get my own cups since nobody seemed to be working or taking orders. The food isn't bad... but they purposely won't take but one order at a time... every time I come through I see people standing around doing nothing and one little woman in the kitchen doing all the work. They make you sit at the speaker and wait 10 minutes to take your order while they fix one single order at a time. I don't know how many times we have decided to pay twice as much for chipotle just so we could get our food with in 15-20 minutes. I understand being understaffed I worked in the restaurant business for years. The way this restaurant is run to take and make only one order at a time isn't the most time effort way to turn over food. To add to this review the last two times I ate here they left out items in my order, to which BOTH times the manager argued with me that the item was in the bag. It has been a long time since I last ate at any Taco Bell location and stopped in here one afternoon with a craving for the Cheesy Gordita Crunch Wrap with Fire hot sauce. I cannot say I was disappointed, the food was exactly as I remember from my last visit of well over a year ago. It satisfied my craving! Service, the young lady who took my order was pleasant but did not appear to be friendly or really wanting to be there during my visit. She was working the register and also out cleaning the dining room which was empty but had obviously been used and in need of cleaning. My table was clean but many around me needed cleaning and the floors were dirty but she was working on them and making progress so they may have had a large crowd before my arrival. This may also have led to her demeanor at the register. My food order was prepared quickly and was correct. My name was called shortly after I ordered and a young man handed me my tray greeting me by name and asking if there was anything he could do for me. His attitude was great and he made me feel welcomed. I have to say that it was his greeting and attitude that prompted me to give them four stars versus two. My experience in ordering left me ready to leave but he saved the experience. I hate going into a food place and feeling like I am really burdening the person taking my order and they really wish I had not bothered them. Unfortunately, this was my feeling when I placed my order but it was nice to know my food preparation was by somebody who enjoyed their job. Ok first I want to say I definitely like Taco Bell and have no issue with the food from this one. BUT!!!! I have been here numerous times and always with the same result. Slow-Slow-Slow. OMG Slow. I walk in and order. Maybe 1 to 5 people inside. It takes 15 to 25 minutes every time to get our food. All management says is we only have one side of our kitchen running. I see after I order that 12 to 15 cars go thru drive through. They are more worried about taking care of them than the ones standing in front of them. read more

We asked for sauces and the guy said " I already asked if you wanted sauces" when he didn't. I ordered my burrito fresco (which replaces dairy with pico de Gallo) and it had cheese on it. We went back to get a new one and he said they didn't put cheese on it. I gave them the old burrito and he said they'd make a new one "regardless". I asked if he opened the burrito and he said yes. Why am I reviewing Taco Bell? I am asking myself the same question...but here's why. If you are on a decent, clean diet like myself & decide you want some real crap food, you want it to be GOOD. And I mean good as in it's bad for you, but damn it tastes GOOD. If so, then this is your Taco Bell. They do a great job. From what I've seen it's usually teenagers working the window & they are super friendly & courteous. I had to take off a star just simply because you're gonna be waiting a while for your food & I've been there twice now when they have forgotten something, so be sure to check your bag. O-M-G this Taco Bell is the best one I have EVER been too. Jefferson D (shift manager) was by far the best employee I have EVER encountered at ANY Taco Bell across the US. He is friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful. My family and I drive 10 mins out of the way to go to this location BECAUSE of employees like Jefferson. Bravo to the staff at this location. I'm giving this place ZERO stars because of the fact when I placed my order on the kiosk and received my order, I had to wait to receive my cup for my drink but the girl who tried to hand it to me had been cleaning the registers with disinfectant touched the top of my cup and my lid with the same gloves she was cleaning the registers with. Then, when I asked for a different cup, I was made to feel like I was the one in the wrong for wanting a clean cup minus her germs. And after I sat down to eat my meal, she kept eyeballing me. Today I was visiting my normal Taco Bell where I always go. In the drive thru they mentioned they weren't accepting credit cards at the moment so I said "okay I have cash that's fine". When arriving to the window they are currently having you put cash and cards into their plastic cup to pay. It's a windy day today so I was eery about even putting my cash in there in the first place. When I put it in the cup, the cashier Crystal G. did not have a good grip on the cup in the wind and the $20 then flew out of the cup. Crystal then laughed and said "could you go look for it? It went that way". I got out of my car, holding up the drive thru line searching for this $20 bill. I searched and searched and could not find it. I got back in and told Crystal that I could not find my $20 bill. She looked at me and shrugged and said "there's nothing we can do". Then 2 more employees came to the window with attitude telling me "there's literally nothing we can do". I felt embarrassed and disrespected at this moment. Finally after holding up the drive thru line for a good 15 minutes, we find the money. Not only did they disrespect a customer, they couldn't even offer a discount or gift card for it.
