Our second time to this location. Service was acceptable but the food was bland. We both got bowls. Made by two different employees with two different serving sizes. Chipotle is not our favorite place to eat. We came because I was given a $25 gift card. We got 2 bowls, chips, salsa and 2 drinks and I still had to pays $16 more. Maybe you should take a clue from Moe's and offer chips and salsas gratis. I was also disappointed there was not a nachos option available. Food was shockingly bland. Down to the chips being unsalted. No lime flavor to the rice. And of course they had no dressing available to enhance the flavors. Our favorite topping is the fajitas and they had none. None on the main or mobile order line. I don't know what was with your workers up front tonight, but they need to get it together, or get a job that doesn't push them to the point of feeling the obligation to act disrespectful and annoyed. I used to work for fast food, I get late night customers are annoying, but at some point you have to account for the fact that you willingly getvto choose your hours and choose to be at the job- and if you can't handle it, find a new one. But I came in 10:15, after a long day of work, and the girl I was met with was genuinely so rude. She gave me barely any rice, chicken, cheese, or queso (which is an upcharge), but when I asked for lettuce, she gave me too much and it ruined the flavor of the entire burrito. I know people gripe about small portions to be petty, but the portions I recieved were honestly attrocious. In all honestly I counted out the pieces of chicken I recieved in my burrito. 4 pieces. The portioning wasn't even close to the same as the last time I went. I was entirely scammed out of my money and honestly I considered going back and asking for a refund but I didn't want to have to deal with her attitude again. I wanted to really enjoy this place, but this visit left a bad taste in my mouth. For everyone considering this place- it's good, but just dont go in after 5 pm. I would just go to Moes. You would expect when you enter a restaurant 3 hours before closing they would have food prepared to serve to me and 6 other ppl in line but instead it was, "no we don't have that." This was a decent experience. The food wasn't a problem, it was delicious actually, and the service was on the spot. My problem was the sanitation. The bathrooms were pretty disgusting to be in, and the place itself was kind of messy, and the garbage was overflowing. Was just here this evening. The food was fresh and the order started off pleasant. Each time I go, there are always new employees. Training is definitely an issue. In two days time, the price of the order doubled. No matter which location you visit, the prices are never the same. So this Chipotle use to be a 3 for me but it has gone down to a 2. If you want chipotle and need to come to this location do yourself a favor and order from the app and pick it up either through the drive thru or on the inside shelves the staff is not friendly or talkative. They all look like they rather be anywhere else. Now I expect a certain quality level at Chipotle but yea lower it for this one. If you come inside expect the tables to be dirty and clean them off yourself. Food quality lower that a bit too. I've had over cooked chicken sometimes and hard rice others. Sometimes the chips are over salted and sometimes they are stale. It's never consistent like you would expect.
