It was a Friday night, and the restaurant was practically empty. It was our table, one other table, and four people at the bar. That should have been the first red flag. The hostess was nice, but we stood there for 3-4 minutes while they figured out which server was getting cut. Once seated, I noticed employees standing around having personal conversations while there was food on the floor, dust on the window sills, and the restaurant just looked unkept despite being nearly empty. Our waitress was sweet, but service was slow. Unfortunately, the food was the biggest disappointment. It wasn't hot, wasn't presented well, and overall was just terrible. This Applebee's is a bust. I definitely do not recommend it.
