Fives guys deserves 5 stars! When I walked in I was completely incognito they totally didn't think I was a food critic. There was a total of five guys working there what a coincidence lol. I am huge fan of the Coke machine. I've been trying to cut back on soda but come on that machine has every flavor I could even dream of. Besides the point who doesn't like free peanuts! I had a total of 5 peanuts and enjoyed every one before my food was ready. I was feeling a little nutty lol. The burgers were so tasty. Kinda regretting not getting bacon but their burgers are perfection even plain! If only they had a chicken sandwich. That would've had me acting up! Their fries sizes are way above average lol. I would only recommend getting a small because they give you so much. Their fries one of my favorites in the game! Highly recommend!!! read more

I was greeted with a smile by the staff member who took my order. My food was prepared quickly. I had the little hamburger & fries, and a chocolate shake. Everything was good. The shake was delicious. They have free peanuts & the Coke Freestyle machine for lots of drink choices. The staff was very polite, efficient, & friendly. read more

I love coming here after working on homework at Starbucks or even right before heading to Giant, this Five Guys is pretty wonderful! I've come to this location about 3 times and every-time I'm helped by the sweetest girl, Leslie, she's always got a smile and a pleasant attitude. The real best part though is how the burgers are ALWAYS fresh. Sometimes places leave their food under heat lamps etc but here you see the cooks making everything fresh! Also, can't beat that there's even an option for a lettuce wrap! And the prices are alright, I purchased 2 double bacon and cheese burgers with a large fountain soda for about $21. I don't mind the price as long as the quality is there also keep in mind the fries are not included. read more

Ok if your like me, every now and then I need a fast food burger. It's not a good thick crafted burger. It's a quick, flat top grilled greasy burger. Love that I can put any topping on at no extra charge and the fries that over flow into the bag. Only star I had to take off was from the wife constantly saying, wow this is expensive! DO NOT EAT HERE! We went to Ephrata, PA for a wedding and stayed at Home2Suites right off the freeway. Great hotel, bad breakfast. There were very few places to eat so we ended up at Five Guys. The music was so loud you couldn't hear yourself talk. We asked them to turn it down but the manager couldn't care less about customer service. We had 2 cheeseburgers, a large fry and a milkshake (for $6.50). The bill was about $43.00 and on the card reader it had an entry to add a tip. My husband was afraid that we might end up eating heaven knows what so he left a $6.50 tip. Total bill-$46.50. The fries are good but the hamburgers and the shake you can get anywhere. They even had a "tip" jar on the counter. Who tips when you go to McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, etc.???? Go to the large gas station by the freeway. They make hot food to order. The next night we went there and had 2 cheeseburgers and a large fry for about $12 and it was just as good as 5 guys. read more

The staff is on point. My fiance and I had a seat while waiting for our food to be ready and the man who took our order brought our bag over to the table when it was ready. A nice gesture considering it's just fast food. The new fancy soda machine is fun. Letting guests make artwork to hang on the wall is cute. The food...holy grease everywhere. This is a two hand, you're going to get messy, stop talking so you can focus on eating burger. Very good but a bit expensive and you feel so heavy after you're done indulging. Always liked Five Guys... but those were the greater days when they only had a few stores in Washington DC. They used to give you so many fries you could hardly eat 'em all. Now they're giving a lot less! For the price of potatoes, I was disappointed. $20 for two sandwiches and a "regular" (medium) fries was way too much for the down-sized serving! No more Five Guys in Ephrata, PA for me. Back to BK! Then, to add insult to injury, the rude, line cutting family who jumped ahead in front of us seemed to get preferential treatment. $26.00 for two burgers a small fry and two small drinks! The special soda machine was cute but out of most selections. the iced tea tasted like chemical cleaner so I dumped it out. The burger and fries were good but I won't be back. We could have had a sit down dinner for the price. read more

I have been here several times, and honestly, it just doesn't wow me. The staff is awesome. Each time we have visited, they are entertaining and super friendly. If nothing else, I would visit again just for that aspect. I thought the burgers were just average, and not as good as my experience at the Fruitville Pike location. The peanuts are good, the fries are good, but I just can't get over the average quality of my burger each time. They do have the cool new coke machines fwiw. I had never been to a Five Guys, and my co-workers were raving about the food, so I stopped by today for lunch. Ordered a cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms and grilled onions. It looked delicious. We have been going to this location for about 4 years. We have noticed in the last 6 months that it is really hit or miss. Recently we went and the fries were undercooked and the top bun on the burger was twice as thick as the burger. The next week we debated on going again, but since it was close to the grocery store we went. We received our order and we didn't get fries. My husband went back to the counter and we got the fries. I unwrapped my burger and it was not what I had ordered. I brought it back to the counter, laid it on the counter to show them it was wrong and was immediately told they couldn't take it back. I said that's fine but it's wrong, the person behind the counter, who said he was the manager, repeatedly said I can't take it back, I repeatedly said that's not what I was asking. He was ridiculous. He eventually said he would make me another, at this point I was so aggravated by his behavior I said I wanted my money back, he refused to refund the entire meal, I said by the time I got a new burger either my husband would be done eating or he would be waiting for me to eat. And the fries would be cold for me. Either way someone would be eating cold food. At this point my husband came to the counter. And the "manager" started repeatedly saying to him that he couldn't take the food back. Every time I tried to speak he interrupted me. He literally would not stop talking. This was on August 11, so if you are the owner reading this you might rethink who you have running this location. Or retraining your manager on customer service skills. We will not be going back again. The revenue you have lost from us and likely others who will read this and make the decision not to eat there will be far greater than the $18 your manager refused to refund. read more

Visited last week with my youngest son, aged 15. I got the "small" burger with lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles and mayo. He got the "big" burger with the same toppings. We both got the "small" fries. Cost about $22.00. The difference between the small burger and the large burger was the that the small is one patty, the large is two. The burgers, in my opinion, are great. Tastes like real ,well, beef. The fries are fresh cut but a bit greasy. If we had to do it over, we both would ordered the "small" and just ONE order of "small" fries. The staff was great, but don't look for ambiance for your buck. read more
