So we recently tried this place. He has gotten Italian Subs and I usually get the pizza. I will say, I can see why this place has a good reputation in some of the magazines. The pizza is delicious and the special they offer on Mondays is always good when I'm in a bind for dinner. The service is really nice and the people who work here are very friendly. The place however isn't perfect. The last time I went, I ordered my normal Bacon and Mushroom pizza. I got home and the pizza was Pepperoni and Mushroom. I never ordered from this place before, but I've grown to support small businesses during this quarantine and decided to give it at least 1 chance despite the sad 2 star review this place has. I ordered delivery and ordered from their online system which was quick and easy. I tried to stay really simple for my first order/impression and just ordered 12 wings with 1/2 golden garlic flavor and 1/2 old bay butter wings. I also ordered a cold roast beef sub. Here are my thoughts: Roast Beef Sub It's really hard to screw up a sub unless you don't make it proportionally or there's very little meat/sauce. I thought that this sub met all expectations of a sub from anywhere else and it was delicious. Next time I will try a hot sub, as there's more to making a hot sub taste good. With that being said, if you're looking to order a big cold sub from somewhere, I do recommend this place. The Wings Uhh haha I'm not sure where to begin. The flavor was good, not too powerful and not bland. They were just, OK. Not something I'd go raving about to the rest of the community that they MUST try. As for the size portion wow... I was surprised and I did see another reviewer state this too. They are TINY! Like baby chicken wings! I expected more meat on the wings than what was given and honestly I wish there were more flavors offered like teriyaki, bourbon or dry rubs. I haven't ordered from them in almost 4 years, so i decided to try them again. bad idea, and a waste of money. i ordered online a HOT cheeseburger sub, extra crispy french fries, x crispy wings 1/2 garlic 1/2 mild. Well to start, my cheese burger sub was completely cold. you'd think wrapping it in tin foil after it comes off the grill that it'll stay warm?? Wings are good but not great. Only option in the area. Major issue I have is the celery is usually soggy or soaked in spilled sauce. They also put you on rations for blue cheese. You get a small cup of it but cups are never filled up all the way. When I order from here I plan ahead and buy my own celery and blue cheese at the grocery store. read more

My boyfriend and I always get salads but we have weird dietary needs so we like the online option because you can choose normal, or heavy or light options for toppings. Tried this place for the first time today and I'm not impressed. Got my food to go and when I got home, there was a large pool of oil in the BAG. I'm just glad it didn't end up all over my car or my couch. There was a ton of oil in the styrofoam box and yet somehow, hardly any sauce on my wings. I got the garlic and I got mild. My wings were greasy and didn't have much flavor. They were also very small. My fries were okay, but those are hard to screw up. If I decide to go back, I'll be trying their pizza or subs. So this place in my opinion has the best wing sauce in town. I only get the MILD which here actually means mild. I've gone other places and I physically can't eat the mild because it's to hot. I ordered a large pie with peppers and onions to be delivered. I was told it would be around 30 minutes. An hour later I received a large pie with pepperoni. I told the driver it wasn't what what I ordered, he called his manager, who said it was definitely what I ordered. I'm a vegetarian, so I'm pretty sure I didn't order a pepperoni pizza. I ordered a cheese steak and a chicken cheese steak... they were both some of the worst sandwiches I ever put in my mouth, the chicken wasn't cooked enough and it was cubed like processed chicken very chewy not what you would expect on a chicken cheese steak, and the regular cheese steak, not even going to go there, it was horrible.. never getting another sandwich from this place, should just stick to pizzas, and I don't plan on wasting money to even try one of those, tip for ya...stick to sandwich shops you trust before trying their garbage. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service!! The manager is a douche bag who likes to bicker and argue with the customer. Been with my fiancé for a year and he's always been a loyal customer to them. About two weeks ago we ordered 50 wings (which, yes like everyone says, they are very small), and we were told half an hour to 45 mins for delivery (which according to a GIANT sign on their shop is free). They took over an hour to arrive and once they did they were cold. The driver also demanded a $3 delivery charge to be added to the tip. when we got ready to eat the wings were soggy and absolutely SWAMPED with sauce. We called the manager, who apologized and said they would send a coupon for 50 free wings. After waiting for a few days, we called in and was told the coupon was on it's way. Two weeks after the goof up and no coupon, we called the manager yet again, and was told "I don't remember this happening" and "no coupon was sent because this didn't happen, but I can give you a store credit for $15 if you want to order."
