The bread basket is also pretty good. The restaurant is divided into two sides, one side is Bar and the other is a restaurant. The bar is very popular. It's the perfect sip for summer. You can get a flight of different beers, hard ciders, hard seltzers, mead, etc., and sample your heart out. I did just that, and tasted several of their offerings. I kept coming back to their hard seltzers -- these were my favorite! Stillmank really knows how to check that box for adult beverages that are refreshing and light, sweet but not too sweet, and has interesting flavors. This is a brewery and tasting room only. The salmon itself was pretty good because of the sauce, which provided majority of the flavor on top of salt and pepper. There were some vegetable bits included, such as broccolini, carrots, and what seemed like Palestinian couscous. I had the mini pretzel dogs and mini pretzels. The mini dog wraps were quite nice. Better than the ones I can buy in the grocery store. The mini pretzel bites had enough salt to keep you wanting more. Service was fast as well. They were out of the big pretzels, but the mini ones did just fine. Are they the best pretzels around? Not really. But when you get a hankering for some, this spot in the mall is great. I'll be stopping again.
