So I went to Auntie Anne's, it was the closest vendor to my table in the food court. Kameron is so nice to let me sample before purchase. I ordered a lemonade (small, $4.59) and requested extra ice. Located inside the Galleria Mall. It has always been our tradition when we come to the mall we have to grab some pretzels. The past few times it just isn't worth it any longer. The prices are going up, like with everything but the quality and quantity seem to be going down. We got the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites. They were rock hard and not good. I ate two and threw away the rest. They use to always be hot and fresh but that doesn't seem to be the case any longer. Sad, we always enjoyed coming here. They also do not offer free tap water. I asked for a cup of water to wash down the rock and they informed me they only have bottled water. Not cheap bottled water either. The employees were nice, I don't blame them of company policies that they have to charge an arm and leg for water. read more

I don't know if this is because they're too lazy to make the regular size pretzels. I ordered a salted pretzel and the one in the case looked old so I asked for a new one which they had behind them. The associate sneakily put the old pretzel in my bag trying to make it look like it was a new pretzel and when I asked her about it, she completely played it off and said it was for an online order. Even though she said I could have it . This franchise location is a disgrace to the whole brand and their brainless, rude employees who like to roll their eyes at you and give you an attitude. The customer service was so horrible and it wasn't even busy! All I ordered was a large pretzel with cheese and they were bullshitting so much, talking gossip that my pretzel was burnt lol. And I was trying to pay ASAP but the lady who was in charge of the register took FOREVER with the payment and was talking more shit in Spanish right in front of my face! The whole crew was not attentive whatsoever. What a waste of time and money. I'm never coming here ever again. I hope the manager does something about this. They were very unprofessional. read more

This place is crazy nostalgic for me, and I have never grown out of loving their super soft and addictive pretzel delights. Alex helped me recently get my order in, and he was very sweet. He didnt have the unsalted pretzels out yet so he gave me a sample of the mini hot dog pretzels to pass the time. They were yummy and i will get them next time. The short wait was well worth it because when the pretzels are fresh out of the oven they are a carb lovers paradise. I love it with the sour cream and onion powder on it, or as I like to call it crack...because I just cant stop eating it once i start and I think of it with longing and affection. The caramel dip is also very tasty too, I kind of want to try it with the mini hot dog pretzels. I sense a winning and unique flavor combination brewing in my future! The drinks are to sweet for me, so alex was nice enough to get me a water cup. This however is for sure a mall visit staple that has stood the test of time. read more

Have gone to visit this location twice in the past month or so. I love that they have many different kinds of Pretzels to choose from. Back in the day the flavors of their pretzels was limited and granted mostly in the original flavor, I am glad that they have brainstormed and added more variety to it. We got the Winner bites meal which gave us the choice to go Medium or Large in size. The drink selections varied from fountain soda drinks, lemonades or the Chocolate iced drink with whip creme on top. I went with the Lemonade and it was delicious. When we arrived, the line was short but it got longer quickly. I did not appreciate that they were out of selection that we wanted to order in the first place. They said they were out and the same went when we came back the next day, they were out again. The staff could be a friendlier rather than curt and abrupt. We are after all paying customers, with the amount of other food stands next to them, the competitions is large, you would think they would, at least, have a ready smile for the people who chose to give them their business. I guess the curtness and coldness of customer services have become normal. I still do not agree with that, though. Other than that, I liked the food that I was eating. Large selection of pretzels to choose from, I personally stick to the original not much of a fufu type person. With such a critical opinion of their practice, why would I give them such a high rating? Sometimes counting calories and nitpicking is a buzz kill. The cinnamon sugar pretzel is the answer to a sweet tooth. The pepperoni twist is like having all crust with pieces of meat. Some of the more popular items are made ahead of time, but I was told it would take six minutes for mine. Steven at the Register is not very nice or pleasant. The almond pretzel (my Favorite) is always burnt and significantly smaller than the other pretzels. This Auntie Anne's location lacks consistancy and constumer Service skills. They have Never Charged me for a cup of water until just the other day and in the State of Nevada in which is a Desert is Not Allowed to charge tap water Ever!...I feel as though Steven was purposely Rude to me and my kids, furthermore everytime he rings up my rewards card the points Never show nor update. I am extremely displeased with this location, Management needs to pay closer attention and make necessary changes immediately! It doesn't hurt to be polite and apologetic sometimes. Please do better. Came to the galleria mall to satisfy my craving of Cinnabon. Turns out Cinnabon has been pulled from the mall and they are no longer there. So I crossed over to Auntie Anne's. Customer service awful. Young pregnant woman was the cashier. She lacks customer service and has an overall "I don't want to be here face and attitude". I was not even done ordering when she was already calling the next customer. I got over that and ordered the cinnamon sugar coated bites. I haven't had an Auntie Anne's pretzel since 2001 - when I was 6 - before I moved to Canada. My dad worked at a Florida mall with an Auntie Anne's right across from his kiosk, so I would get one every time I visited him at work. Toronto does not have Auntie Anne's, and no pretzel place here has lived up to Auntie Anne's. We were here a few days ago while visiting Vegas, and this was a taste of my childhood. The jalapeno pretzel tasted just as good as the ones I would have over a decade ago, and it was made fresh. The only complaint I have is that the jalapenos were left whole, whereas before they used to mix little pieces in with the dough; some bites tasted like normal pretzel, while other bites were spicy as fuck.
