We stopped for a quick bite while our kid got a custom made hat from Lids. We got a cup of pretzel bites and cream cheese with a large coke. The service was quick and polite. The ambiance of the mall was balanced, the food court wasn't busy. The pretzels were soft and buttery with a light salted taste.

Located inside the Galleria Mall. It has always been our tradition when we come to the mall we have to grab some pretzels. The past few times it just isn't worth it any longer. The prices are going up, like with everything but the quality and quantity seem to be going down. We got the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites. They were rock hard and not good. I ate two and threw away the rest. They use to always be hot and fresh but that doesn't seem to be the case any longer. Sad, we always enjoyed coming here. They also do not offer free tap water. I asked for a cup of water to wash down the rock and they informed me they only have bottled water. Not cheap bottled water either. The employees were nice, I don't blame them of company policies that they have to charge an arm and leg for water.

5:10 and this is all they have ..... terrible service . no sorry no nothing . they just wanna go home .

Pretzel Nugget Bucket Snack Pack with Sweet Glaze Dip! Sweet & Savory!

Just your average Auntie Anne's! My favorite combo is salted pretzel nuggets with the sweet glaze dip. It is so good! It's both sweet and savory. Seating is available in the mall food court. Service was typical and what you could expect.

Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel / receipt with no Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel

Ordered pepperoni pretzel bites. Got cinnamon, and am allergic to cinnamon. How incompetent can you be? Pepperonis are red circles....??? Cinnamon is a brown powdered dust... you have one job, it would be incredibly nice if you all learned how to do it.

The service here was mediocre. Majority of the items I wanted were out of stock. Some of the pretzels were kind of hard but still acceptable to eat. For the amount of money I spent here for pretzels I expect better.

I usually don't do negative reviews like this but the Auntie Anne's I just ordered from a few minutes ago was one of the WORST locations ever. The customer service was so horrible and it wasn't even busy! All I ordered was a large pretzel with cheese and they were bullshitting so much, talking gossip that my pretzel was burnt lol. And I was trying to pay ASAP but the lady who was in charge of the register took FOREVER with the payment and was talking more shit in Spanish right in front of my face! The whole crew was not attentive whatsoever. What a waste of time and money. I'm never coming here ever again. I hope the manager does something about this. They were very unprofessional.

Have gone to visit this location twice in the past month or so. I love that they have many different kinds of Pretzels to choose from. Back in the day the flavors of their pretzels was limited and granted mostly in the original flavor, I am glad that they have brainstormed and added more variety to it. We got the Winner bites meal which gave us the choice to go Medium or Large in size. The drink selections varied from fountain soda drinks, lemonades or the Chocolate iced drink with whip creme on top. I went with the Lemonade and it was delicious. When we arrived, the line was short but it got longer quickly. I did not appreciate that they were out of selection that we wanted to order in the first place. They said they were out and the same went when we came back the next day, they were out again. The staff could be a friendlier rather than curt and abrupt. We are after all paying customers, with the amount of other food stands next to them, the competitions is large, you would think they would, at least, have a ready smile for the people who chose to give them their business. I guess the curtness and coldness of customer services have become normal. I still do not agree with that, though. Other than that, I liked the food that I was eating. I hope all of you find it good too.

The first couple of times I've tried it from B*ke & the mango was so sour & spent $18 on the bowl that I ended up throwing away I am very pleased with my purchase & my experience. The price is very affordable for the amount you get and not to mention this portion size was just right, enough to get your fix. I wish I had know that it was only one worker, I definitely would have made sure to give her a tip for how many orders she had to whip up herself, she was very sweet & had the cutest soft voice. Her aura complimented the vibe of the business very well. Thankfully this location is right down the street from my house so I will be back!

They make it fresh daily, soft and chewy mochi ball coated in desiccated coconut, filled with sweet mango, yummy! Also had Mango Ice Cream (2 scoops, $3), this one's delightful and not too sweet, pairs nicely with mango mochi. Service from Kevin is so nice, he is very kind, welcoming, attentive, polite, friendly, and accommodating! I didn't order a drink but I did ask for a cup of iced water to enjoy with the mango treats. Thank you so much for making my visit a pleasant experience!

Yelp! review #20 of 2026 Online order April 04…read more I stopped by the 85°C Bakery Cafe in Henderson (673 N Stephanie St) to pick up a birthday cake for a friend, and it also served a dual purpose for a class assignment on experiencing Filipino food. We ordered the Ube Cake online, and the slice hit the spot perfectly. The cake looked beautiful - nice tall layers of soft, moist purple ube sponge cake with thick white cream filling, a creamy yellow custard-style center, and finished with whipped cream on top. The ube flavor was well-balanced: that signature nutty, earthy sweetness without being overly sweet. I've had great home-cooked Filipino ube desserts before. While this is clearly a fusion bakery version, it still captured the comforting, celebratory vibe that ube brings to Filipino tables. It reminded me of the festive sweets you'd find at family gatherings or parties back in my wifes home country. The online ordering was convenient, but the pickup instructions could have been better. The pickup area is on the same side as the drink pickup, which caused a little confusion during a busy time. Service was otherwise fast and friendly, the bakery was clean and well-stocked, and prices are reasonable for the portion size. If you're in the Henderson/Las Vegas area and looking for a quick ube fix or any of their other Asian- and Filipino-inspired pastries, this spot is worth a stop. The ube cake was definitely the highlight for me. Would definitely grab another slice next time I'm craving something purple and delicious!

Both their drinks and food are consistently great. One thing that really stands out is how much they seem to care about quality. They even use ceremonial-grade matcha, which is rare to see at many boba spots. Their boba always tastes fresh and soft, and I love that they can customize the sweetness level for almost any drink. Whether you're in the mood for Thai tea, fruit drinks, coffee, or even a banh mi, they have a little bit of everything. Got the tea tier for 2 people. It was a lot of food, great value as you have a lot of items on the tier: pastries, ice cream, fruit, and includes a sandwich (get the turkey...it's hot pressed panini style) and 2 drinks or a tea pot if you want. Not a traditional tea set...but nice to see their spin on it. We had 3 people and still had so much left over food. Although the presentation of some of the pastries in display were really nice, quality of pastries was average tasting. Service first time was great. The 2 gentleman working the counter were really pleasant and had a warm demeanor. Came back on my own the next week ordered a plain ice green tea. Unbeknownst to me It came sweet and asked to see if it could be remade. The tea barista said that I didn't ask for it to be unsweetened. I Mention I wasn't aware iced green tea was sweetened (otherwise i would have). She remade it but, was visibly annoyed, and kept telling me the next time to order to ask for no sweetener and all their drinks were sweetened. I already mentioned twice that I wasn't aware that it was sweetened. Interaction was a little uncomfortable as I felt tea barista kept implying fault on me based on an assumption that I should have known. On a hospitality note... a simple "yes all drink including plain ice teas do come sweetened, sorry you weren't made aware, happy to remake it" would have made a better experience. It's just a misunderstanding. Possible have staff prompt guest on sweetness level can also alleviate misunderstanding.
