Horrible experience!! Went to pick up Ubereats order on December 29 around 7 pm, employee said it would take a few minutes. After waiting for a while I noticed the employee was not even working on the order, he was having a long conversation with 2 customers seated next to his work station. Therefore I asked him how long will the order take, he said another 3 minutes. And after 5 minutes I noticed he still wasn't working on the order and was still having a conversation. I asked where is the order, he pretended not to hear me and then began preparing the order. I told him why are you playing games with me and wasting my time. He deflected the conversation and started criticizing gig workers. And said if you don't want to wait you can simply reassign it. I told him why say it now after you already wasted over 20 minutes of my time? I then decided to leave and not waste anymore time. Ok I have a major addiction to ordering The Club Supreme with roast beef, turkey, swiss, applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. Their customer service is a JOKE. Made a catering order for my wedding day. They got my order wrong and I have been dealing with hem for over a month trying to get a refund. Let alone when I get there, they barely even take the time of day to listen or respond to me. Let me start off by saying I love Jersey mikes! They're very basic sandwiches with tons of flavor. I love the meat selection. The last time I was here it just seems like my sandwich was made kind of sloppily. Usually they pack on the toppings. I get everything on my sandwich. Somehow the bread was hard and a bit stale. I love Jersey Mike's! I'm a huge fan of their #13 Italian and I think they have the best overall meats and bread. My only complaint tonight was my bread was sitting out when I got there and it was stale compared to normal. The sandwich was still great, but you can't leave bread out! Mike's Way is definitely the way to go out you like "the works." It has lettuce, tomato, onion, olive oil blend, and vinegar. They also have a cherry pepper relish that adds a nice touch. I would choose JM over other sub joints like Capriotti's (my second favorite) because everything is so much fresher and flavorful. read more

Great area if you are looking for a place before the packed Vegas Strip. We always enjoy Jersey Mike's but this location was superb. Let me start off by saying Chris was great. This man had a ton of enthusiasm and was talking to everyone that came in. During the dead time, he came out to wipe down tables and take trash from customers. He made our experience very positive. The sandwiches were amazing as well. Can't go wrong with the Club Supreme if you are in the mood for a cold sub. If you are feeling a hot sub, the Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak is the move. My first and last time at any Jersey mikes. I ordered at 11am for pickup at noon. I get there and the guys at the front can't find my order mumbling back and fourth. I'm sorry but it's not my problem if you cannot get your team to address the orders correctly. If I wait in line I'm supposed to get the sub faster than someone who preordered an hour earlier? Makes 0 sense. I get that because of the proximity to the strip this location gets tourists but there's plenty of us locals on strict lunch times and ordering on the app is supposed to eliminate the wait. All meats were freshly sliced and the choices of sandwich toppings were excellent. I ordered a # 5 regular size on parmesan bread. The sandwich was delicious. You could taste the freshness of the meats / cheese / toppings and feel the love that went into it. After a pleasant dining experience, I met Carl the manager & gave him my top KUDOs. Out of the two times I've been here, they have been great. Although I am happy with the two people that helped me out the first time I tried jersey mike!! They introduced me to it well, and the subs are good!!! although I have had better (definitely loads better than subway!), yet I'd go here for a good meal/snack in a pinch.
