Erica the bartender helped us at the bar with food and drinks. The second time I was engaged and I wanted my engagement party there. We set it up by the couches with "Happy Engagement" sign, "she said yes" napkins, Ring straws and Ring balloons. We all talked, took photos, had mimosas and brunch. Everyone was attentive and just had an amazing time. about 20 people showed up. The third time we went to the pool with 3 kids. It was a bit pricy for 5 people with food and drinks. It also did take a little long like 30 minutes for drinks but it was fun and the pool was warm. They brought out a pretzel that was rock hard. When I told them they quickly brought me a new one that was soft.

I asked the guy bartending twice if he ordered my food. I got back to the pool. It was a few minutes after five after jumping into the pool the nice attendant informed me the pool is closed. The food was fantastic, and the vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options were especially impressive. Guests were raving about everything. The service was just as exceptional -- the team was attentive, kind, constantly refreshing items, clearing tables, and so gracious throughout the event. They were also wonderful to work with on budget, incredibly accommodating, and even helped with a few extras so we did not need additional rentals. Wilder Space is polished, professional, and truly top-notch. We are so grateful we found them and will absolutely use them again. We waited 45 minutes and probably another 20-25 minutes for our food. Food was great, the only problem was that it wasn't piping hot. As if it was sitting on the counter for a while which should never be the case. As long as the kids were happy and stuffed that's all that matters.

Poor Service, Hidden Fees, and a $300 Smoking Fee Charged to Non-Smokers…read more My stay was extremely disappointing and reflects a breakdown in basic service standards and billing practices. During the stay, there were no towels available at the pool, daily room cleaning was not provided, parking transactions included additional service fees, and coffee from the lobby/breakfast area carried a $5 charge. These issues were inconvenient, but the primary concern arose after checkout. After departure, I was charged a $300 smoking fee based solely on an air quality and humidity detector reading. I do not smoke. During the timeframe in question, I was using a small water-based clothing steamer to remove wrinkles from clothing after travel. The charge was not disclosed at checkout, and no physical evidence of smoking was provided. Hotel staff acknowledged that these types of sensors can be triggered by factors unrelated to smoking. Despite this, no independent review or investigation was conducted, and no additional evidence beyond the detector reading was provided. I was directed to dispute the charge through my credit card issuer. I escalated the matter to Hilton corporate customer service, but the case was redirected back to the same property without independent review. The General Manager did not respond to multiple outreach attempts, including email and a request for a callback. After researching, I found similar complaints from other guests regarding smoking fee disputes at this property, raising concerns about how these charges are determined and reviewed, and the reliability of the technology being used. I support non-smoking policies; however, issuing significant charges based solely on a sensor reading without supporting evidence or meaningful review is not acceptable. This experience has significantly impacted my confidence in both this property and the consistency of issue resolution within the Hilton brand. I would still welcome a fair review of this charge and a good-faith effort to resolve the matter appropriately.
