It smells so strongly of dog and bacteria that it took almost 10 minutes for my clothes to air out. They desperately need to invest in some rabbit air purifiers and a more thorough sanitize because it smells unclean. The service was awkward but friendly, however they could more aptly be described as a dog groomer that carries novelty dog gifts and collars than a boutique like nearby George or Mollys. I dropped my dog off under the impression that Vivian would be doing the grooming, but when I picked her up, I was shocked to find that someone else had actually cut her hair -- and completely ruined it! The haircut was uneven, choppy, and nothing close to what I asked for. My poor dog looked like a mess. I contacted Vivian (the owner) right away and asked if she could at least try to fix some of the damage, and she flat-out refused. No apology, no accountability -- just a complete lack of professionalism. If I hadn't paid in cash, I would've canceled the payment without hesitation. For $180, this was an absolute ripoff.
