You can order from printed menus or from the massive chalkboard that runs the length of the restaurant, listing entrees from end to end. Even on a busy late Saturday afternoon, we were greeted promptly and seated right away, though open tables were limited. Our drink order was taken and delivered quickly, and the server was ready for our food order whenever we were. The only downside was the wait time -- about 30 minutes from ordering to the table. I had a tough time choosing, but ultimately went with the Ultimate Patty Melt: two ¼-pound patties, grilled onions, grilled peppers, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing on grilled dark rye. The patties were fresh, thick, and clearly hand-formed in the kitchen. The onions and peppers added great flavor, though I found the Thousand Island a bit lacking.
