I'm disappointed with my last visit to Posh Weston. My pedicure was fine, but my dip manicure was a mess. I asked for black French tips with an almond shape. It look my guy so long to do my French tips because he kept painting them so crooked. I finally left the salon and looked at my nails and saw just how messy they were. My drop was bumpy and uneven and the areas closest to my cuticles was way too thick. The tips were so uneven and overall my nails looks extremely messy. I have NEVER left disappointed & when it comes to my nails I am very picky and to make it worse I can be indecisive but Bo NEVER EVER fails to amaze me honestly no matter how much or how little detail your looking to get. She takes her time and is very careful not to hurt cut you with the cuticle clippers or burn you with the electric file like every other nail salon I have ever been to I can honestly say Bo has never hurt me! I've been going to posh for in Weston for as long as they have been opened and I have always been satisfied with my nails but recently that hasn't been the case. They have messed up my appointments multiple times and that has resulted in me not getting what i initially asked for (nail art etc). I have also been recently charged for nail shape every appointment even though I have had the same nail shape for 3 years now and all they do is file it. This has caused me to be iffy about rescheduling my nail appointments here. The most simple nail art costed me 95$ with my plaza discount I receive. I have never paid more than 65$ here. Don't get me wrong, the staff (Alex, Tim, na, su and the owner) are extremely nice and have always made me feel welcome but the others have not given me that same feeling. Eve and Betsy did my nails a few months ago and both times they chipped and came out very chunky. Not impressed If this persists, I will stop coming here and will no longer recommend this place to my friends and family members. read more

I schedule an appt 2 weeks in advanced with Eve, I am new to the area and was super excited to try the nail salon. I got a call an hour before my appt that Eve called out but someone else will help me. I really wanted to go there because I wanted a design on my nails and only certain techs do it. Since Eve called out I got another lady who could not do designs. Super bummed out because I had been waiting for this appt. i show up wash my hands and I'm seated. The pedicure was so rough and the nail filing was the worse. Then she did my manicure and she cut me many different places while cutting cuticles. But instead of putting antiseptic she just said your bleeding!! She continued to pain the nails with the blood included in the nail. While I was in the nail chair the AC leaked on my face and arm it was so gross. I am sooo disappointed as I wanted to love the place so bad. I told the receptionist I was not happy and they even sent me a follow up text about my experience. But I never heard back. Just totally disappointed. read more

I am writing this review a few weeks late as I was out of town but would like to share my experience as these were the worst nails I have ever gotten done. I recently moved to Weston and wanted to go to a salon in the area, they fit me in last minute which I appreciated. When I got there, the salon looked stylish and clean and staff at the front was nice. The technician I had was Su. My service was gel manicure and gel pedicure. She started with gel manicure. She used one of those electric nail filers on my nails to smooth them out but she also used it on my cuticles, which was extremely painful and I have never had someone do that. I even told her it hurt, I don't think she understood english that well because anything I said, she didn't really listen, 3 of my cuticles were bleeding and cut. She then chose a color I didn't want, I specially chose a pink one that they clearly had but she chose a similar color and kept trying to say this was easier for her to put on. I told her I didn't want that one, she put it on my nail and I said no, so she put the one I wanted and after she was done she said "it doesn't look good" and then proceeded to file my cuticles again to reshape all the nails, which was peeling some of the gel nail polish already. At this point I was really uncomfortable and unhappy but I was hoping maybe she would do a better job with the pedicure. Again, the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. Didn't clean my nails properly. Scrubbed under my feet for a second which did nothing, and once again with the ripping of my cuticles on my toes with the electric filer. When it came time for polish she tried to use the polish I didn't want, once again saying it matches. I said no, she literally shook her head and put the one I didn't want. I tried to tell her no and she ignored me. I just thought to myself , let this be done and I am never coming back. The total was about $100 (they should tell you prior to service that it's $5 to remove previous gel, this was the first time I've heard of a charge for removal too) These nails were for my sisters wedding a few days after, one of the nails ended up peeling after a few days, I was out of the country and couldn't do anything about it. $100 for the worst nails I've gotten. I've always tipped in the past no matter what, even if it's not the greatest. This is the first time I didn't tip a technician. Especially for the price that it was, not a great experience. read more

Posh Nail Lounge could have been amazing, but there was one woman ruining it for everyone. My partner and I called and asked if they had availability for two pedicures (1:50 PM on a Sunday). The woman on the phone said yes and we were there in less than 5 min. When we arrived, a women greeted us and told us to pick a color and she would be right with us. We then proceeded to wait. And wait. Until it became uncomfortable and waved her over. She then said that she had been getting the foot baths ready and ushered us over to two chairs with hot water in the foot baths. Meanwhile, the salon is mostly empty with one girl getting acrylics and two other women sitting in pedicure chairs being worked on. Once again, we sat there and waited. I thought they had forgotten about us. In the end, the pedicures were fine. No complaints there. Then we went to pay and the receptionist was on the phone. And continued to ignore us. Women came up to the front to check the computer, but no on was checking us out. Finally I paid on the screen at the front and at the end found that I could not tip on the card. I was then showed a venmo list and told that the technicians took venmo and Cash app. I had to ask who our techs were since they never told us their names when they randomly showed up and then left. One of them wasn't on the list and once again no one would talk to us. I left some money on the counter and left. I will not be returning. read more

If I could give a 0 star, I would. This is the first review I've ever given but the experience was so horrible that It is important for me to let others know how terrible this nail salon is. I came in for a dip and pedicure. I was asked to sit in a chair as if to take my dip powder off and then told I was going to move to the pedicure chair to start there first. The pedicure was fine. Then, everything was terrible from there. I was asked to wait for another person to do my dip, which was fine. The tech who came ( Eve) first asked me " what color is the color on your toes?" I said I'm not sure of the name but I'm certain the tech who did my pedicure can let us know. Eve said " well I didn't do your pedicure and the other tech isn't here so you need to go to the front and find the color that you picked or I'm going to just choose one that's close enough" I said I wish I knew the color but I've never been asked to remember the number of the polish and then go find it amongst 5000 other colors??. I then proceeded to try to find the color myself since there seem to be no other option and to my luck I found it but what's worse is when I did find it, Eve said "you see it's the same color that's on the table, Big Apple Red" I said, ma'am that's incorrect, the color is the one I'm pointing to and finally the color nonsense was fixed.. by me.. the client... I've been in nail salons a better part of 20 years and never, ever have I been told to figure something out on my own. Eve had zero client service skills and additionally the work she did on my nails was just bad to say the least. It was a red color and I had red powder all over my hands, and around all of my nails. instead of dipping each finger in the powder separately, she dipped as many fingers as she could fit in the container! to rush the process..Never seen anything like this. oh it was a terrible terrible experience. i was asked as i paid how everything went and i was honest. The owner did get acetone and tried to clean my hands with the red powder on it which i can appreciate but it was just too late.. I highly recommend going to any other nail salon other than this location because I'm truly disappointed with the worst service I've ever had in 20 years.. I hope the owners understand, that although hiring techs is not easy during this time, customer service can never be sacrificed. Its the clients that bring in the business. it was such a terrible experience i called my mother, sisters, sister in laws, friends basically everyone i know who all live here in Weston and told them what happened and to never go to Posh Nail Salon in Weston. Experiences like this should be shared so hopefully positive changes can be made with staff. I do hope things change for the better but for now this is an awful place to do your nails. read more

paid $95 + tip for a gel mani and pedi and it wasn't worth it unfortunately :( it's been a little over a week and my nails are already peeling. my tech was super sweet, but the polish wasn't brought close enough to my cuticle. this led to my nails looking super grown out very quickly. she also pushed my cuticles back dry, no soak, no cuticle oil, which was uncomfortable and ineffective. additionally, some weird discoloration happened when she applied the layers of polish that resulted in uneven color across my nails. overall i've never paid so much for a simple gel mani pedi that lasted so little. really disappointed :( read more

I made an appointment for 2:45 with a specific nail tech, I waited 30 minutes before she took Me . She rushed wrapping my nails , then went back to the other client she was still finishing up with . She does my pedicure and sits me at the table for my manicure. Then the girl at the front desk comes over to tell me someone else would be doing my nails because my nail techs 4 o'clock appointment was there so I had to wait 30 minutes but her 4 o'clock didn't ! I had already been there 1 hour and 15 minutes and they gave me a new girl. She did ok but was very , very slow .... Which if I had not been there so long it probably wouldn't of bothered me as much . I have been a posh customer for quite sometime, I love their work so much that I even kept going there after they had their account "hacked" and charged me $150 during a month I didn't even visit them. I never got that money back by the way. Today is my elopement day, I had called weeks in advance to my usual Davie Salon for my appoint and because of the nail art I wanted they said the only person that could do it was ALEX at this Weston salon. I agreed and even showed up 30 min early for my appointment. After sitting there for an hour she still hadn't finished her previous client and the owner only then offered to do me himself. I was so upset I began to cry but with my fresh spray tan on I couldn't stay I had to go fix my face. It's such a shame, I tip my nail artists like a rockafeller too every time I go, I am so polite to the staff. They always have this attitude like customers are a dime a dozen, which maybe they are, but If the posh nail lounge people are reading this please know I wasn't just any customer.
