Over this last year I have seen her just blossom into such a wonderful and caring PA. Went for a skin cancer screening. Had a few spots that I wanted checked out. Office staff were…read morepleasant. Waiting area is very nice. Ms. Hassanali provided my care. She recommended doing a biopsy of 3 areas. I thought that was routine procedure. As she does the biopsies, she noted most people wanted the areas checked over time. Good to know now that I'm in the middle of the procedure. She cauterized the areas. When home doing wound care, I find she removed the entire area that looked odd. The wounds still haven't fully healed after over 3 months and they will scar. I have 2 areas in the back of my calves that look horrible. First, reviewing all options with me should be done. Telling me that the entire discolored areas will be cut out and how slowly those biopsy areas will heal, and that they will scar, would have influenced my decision. I didn't have enough information to make an informed decision. Now I have still healing wounds on my legs. Yes, I did go to follow-up appointments and was told legs heal last and slowly. My summer was ruined due to these wounds and I'll be scared. Not impressed at all with the care.

Also, Victoria chats with you during your treatment and makes you comfortable. We had some good conversations and I felt as if my own friend was doing my facial. Talk about comfort! I will be back and I can't wait to continue getting hydrafacials with Victoria. For reference, I have sensitive skin and got the classic hydrafacial and had no irritations at all.

It's October now and I don't see any results. They were supposed to call me with a follow up appointment to take my pictures they never called me. I called them. I went took my pictures. They said someone would be calling me to schedule an appointment to go over my picture Results Never heard another word until I wrote the review that they weren't happy with then they called me told me they would give me money back if I took down my bad review I didn't accept it and they made my review so it can't be I would not trust this company at all. They're just in it for the money, especially if they're gonna pay you to take down a review.
