So I no ma'am the email states fridge Next day she comes. She leaves and it's still filthy so we call AGAINNNN 2) maid couldn't remove drawer... It was unfortunate, I wanted to be able to have peace of mind and have one thing off my plate but I still had to sweep and mop again and it was also emotional labor to have to keep calling and providing evidence. They did try to make it right by wanting to send cleaners later that day but the timing didn't work out with work and guests coming the next day. They ended up reimbursing $50 but it did feel like the amount of work I had to do was worth more than that. Oh they were also half an hour late ;(

Scheduling and communication went smoothly, and the team completed the initial visit as planned. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the quality and thoroughness of the cleaning. Several areas appeared to have been missed entirely, including the refrigerator, shower doors, light fixtures, and portions of the flooring. There was still noticeable dust throughout the house, soap residue in the showers, mildew in the shower tracks, and even hair left in the drains. To their credit, the company did send cleaners back out after we raised our concerns, and the staff were polite and acknowledged the missed items. However, even after the second visit, we continued finding areas that had not been properly cleaned the first time -- including underneath toilet seats, shower glass tracks, and bathroom surfaces that still had soap buildup remaining. Overall, the service did not meet our expectations for a deep cleaning, especially given the cost. At this point, we will need to hire another cleaning service to properly redo the bathrooms at the very least.

I found them online when they were offering a deal, so the price was decent - to begin with. But after three hours they were not finished with the (about) 700 square feet (including 1 bathroom, 1 small kitchen, a small bedroom, living room, and dining room.) We had company coming, so we asked them to stay until the job was finished and ended up paying for an extra hour. On the plus side, the two women who came to clean were very nice. I wish we had checked their work, however. They just said, "Okay, we're leaving now!" And we assumed that they were actually done. But after looking around the house, I would say, at best it was "okay"... But I described it to friends "It was as if I hired two 15 year-olds to clean my house." (Maybe we got 2 new employees?) One thing on a shelf would be dusted, and the thing right next to it was not. In fact, I'd say all of the dusting was irregular. And in the kitchen, we specifically said they didn't need to clean the inside of our microwave oven, but they *did* clean the inside, without giving the outside even a wipe down! Right across from it: a sparkling clean toaster! It was odd (and disappointing) how one thing would be cleaned and another -- right next to it -- ignored, multiple times. Am I being picky about these things? I don't think so. If I *had* hired two 15 year-olds, I'd expect it. But I thought I was hiring reputable, professional cleaners, and I was disappointed. I'm looking for house cleaners that will come regularly, but unfortunately, it won't be Tidy Up. I will not use them again. We understood - after all, are we clean? Hoarders? They just don't know - but there's no max they will give. We have used several services so we know what to expect and the house was prepped. Things were tidy and they should have been able to dig in quickly and deep clean. They said three people would be here at 8am to complete the job. Two showed up at 8am and the third did not arrive until 9:45am, per our ring camera. We came back at 12:30pm to check status and they had not even started our upstairs. Our downstairs area includes a half-bath (no tub or shower), a living room, kitchen and eat in space, formal dining room and an office. We asked they only sweep and mop the floor in the office. The formal dining room is never used, so a dusting and floor cleaning was all that was necessary. When we arrived, the kitchen was not complete - the island was not finished (but the floor had been swept?) and one side of the cabinets had not been wiped - per their report before they left. We asked them to leave - 12.5 hours is PLENTY of time to clean approx 1000 square feet (because they didn't go upstairs or clean the office!). The cleaning that was "done" looks un-finished and just 'okay'. As other posters said, this is not professional level cleaning. We are waiting for a call back, and will decline the charges if we cannot come to a resolution.

The day of the appointment they no-showed and when I messaged them to see if they were still coming they started making up a bunch of reasons why they couldn't come and how the appointment was confirmed on my end, but not on theirs (which makes no sense). It seems they probably did not want to service my property because the job was too small. There was no attempt to apologize (if anything their tone was confrontational). Something to keep in mind when considering this company. UPDATE: The business has replied to my review below with a bunch of falsehoods- smearing their customers is apparently what they do when their lack of professionalism is pointed out. I stand by my review. I've attached some screenshots of our conversation which speak for themselves. UPDATE #2: The business has replaced their original comment with an equally factually inaccurate comment. Rather than addressing each individual false comment they post, I will continue to let my screenshots do the speaking.
