This was such an amazing experience I wished I lived closer to come to this nail bar to get my nails done every time. I called around 3 on a week day and they got me right in. I was greeted promptly with a friendly smile by not 1 but 4 different people making sure to take care of me. They showed me the mani/pedi menu which I wish I would have taken a picture of for yelp but it was a quick interaction. Then I was shown a drink menu and had a complimentary Lemon drop which was super tasty. Instead of accomplishing the dip on my hands first then moving to get to my gel pedicure like most salons, I had two friendly nail techs working on me at the same time. All my friends rave about this place, so I figured it had to be good! I've been about seven times over the past year, and overall it's been hit or miss for me--mainly with the pedicures. One of my toenails usually falls off within two weeks, which is a bit disappointing, though the rest of my toes still look super cute. I get gel pedicures FYI. My hands usually turn out nice, but I am particular about a color of pink I like & sometimes they are out that color in the dipping powder. Pricing is pretty standard, and while there can be a wait during peak times, the salon is huge and can accommodate around 60 people at once. I am a regular at this salon. I go for convenience but everytime the service is bad. It is always a huge challenge getting a hold of the nail colors for dip or gel. Their work is hit or miss. Poor customer service. The technician applied the dip powder over my cuticles, and when filing, she didn't properly clean or seal them. As a result, my nails began lifting just a few days later. When I returned to have them fixed, I was met with judgment and uncomfortable looks from the staff instead of an apology or understanding. The technician took photos of my "fixed" nails, even though they looked almost the same, with only minimal filing done. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I won't be returning and would not recommend this salon to others. Finally a nail salon that listens to you! They are very kind and don't force services on you. They truly listen and are patient to work with you to get you the design or service you would like. I mainly go here for pedicures which they do a phenomenal job with the French. But I recently did a dip French style on my real nails and was surprised how nice it turned out. Salon is also very clean, tons of space, free drinks with service, decent parking, and nice massage chairs. Hand and feet together were $155. A bit high but worth it overall. I paid $133 for a French manicure and pedicure and was really disappointed. They didn't do cuticle care or proper prep, (no buffing on neither hands or toes) and the nails on my hands already look grown out after just a few days. They also insisted I had to get gel polish for a French tip on my toes, which I've never been told at any other salon. On top of that, the staff was a bit unprofessional. I requested a certain look (cat eye with French tips) and there was a misunderstanding, no big deal, but then I got told "next time just show me a picture". The lady who did my toes was the most rude. Kept pushing for gel and looked like I was such an annoyance for not wanting that. And charged me $15 extra, even after I asked how much extra and she said $8... very weird. For the price, I expected much better. I won't be coming back. Typically my go to is dip, on my natural nails, w/an almond shape. No matter the day, I can usually call and get in for a quick appt, although my go-to is Sunday afternoon.
