I had experienced other Spa's in the past that were pretty good in my opinion , however after the most absolutely relaxing day I spent here no other spa compares. You're greeted with a welcome beverage of your choice and welcomed to wait in their beautiful lounge while your technicians get ready to work on you. The staff is so lovely and helpful. Kat who did my massage was AMAZING she made this experience so enjoyable and got through so much of my tension! I felt so rejuvenated and relaxed . She has an absolute gift. Im one of those people who holds so much stress and tension in my shoulders and neck. Most of the time when I get a massage I cringe when the neck and shoulder portion begins. No matter how many times I ask if they can lighten up its never relaxing for me. So today, as I prepared myself for the same ole painful neck massage I was surely surprised. Upon walking in, after you've checked in, you are greeted with a complimentary drink of your choosing. I of course went with a mimosa. After that we were guided to the waiting room while our masseuses were getting ready for us. Once our rooms were ready, our masseuses walk through the massage and ask questions about pressure and pain points we want extra care on. I can't believe this place doesn't have more reviews! Went there for the first time yesterday, and I'll definitely be back. The place is spotless, and has a nice light scent (no yucky acetone smell here). It's beautifully decorated (vintage luggage as shelves! Hand made wooden pedi chairs! Copper and glass chandeliers!) but spare & light. Staff was friendly and offered refreshments (including bubbly). I LOVE that they only use more natural products, as that is only what I use at home. Britney gave my tired old soles a new life with my shiny nude pedi. I also love how streamlined their online booking and payment is :-) I don't get mani/pedis often, and I used to trek over to uptown to go to MiniLuxe. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. As someone who regularly gets massages - this is BY FAR the worst massage my husband and I have received. It is truly like the two masseuses had no idea what they were doing. If you are up to spending $160 dollars to have oil rubbed on your back, then this is the place for you. If you actually want to relax and have a real massage, look elsewhere. I've actually never left a bad review in my life - but I couldn't let anyone else make the same mistake we did. Not to mention, the bed was dirty and had mascara stains on the headrest. Clearly they did not change the sheets between clients. Absolutely disgusting. read more

The hubby and I stopped into Vivian's for a day of relaxation and that's exactly what Vivian's delivered. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty. First up we were offered a variety of drink options of which I chose some vino and agua. Gotta stay hydrated while you're getting your spa day on! My husband can't drink wine so he was offered a special adult beverage option from what seemed like someone's private collection. Nice touch. Then, we were approached by our manicurists. I was super impressed that they already knew our names and referred to us by them throughout the service. Both the girls were incredibly friendly and professional. We didn't feel like they hated their jobs or us (which you sometimes feel at other nail salons). We both got the S'mores pedicures which were absolutely heavenly. I wanted to eat the chocolate as she spread it all over us. It was a combined feeling of luxury and child-like giddiness. Having chocolate smeared all over my legs made me feel like I was a child who'd be left alone in the pantry to make a mess. It was glorious! Vivian's is big on all-natural products and as such they don't use polish with formaldehyde and don't offer gel or dip options that are quick drying. So the only thing that disappointed was that I was asked to be super careful while my nails dried after my manicure without being put under any kind of dryer to help expedite the process. Even after 45 minutes of barely using my hands (and thinking my nails were dry) I smudged them up horribly and basically ruined my nails less than an hour after they'd been done. However, once they WERE fully dried, the color did last remarkably long considering it was just a regular polish. Almost a full 14 days with minimal chipping. We let Vivian's know about this issue and she did make it right but I still think it's important to note if you're planning on a manicure and need to then use your hands immediately afterwards. My pro tip here would be if you don't have several hours to wait for your nails to dry, stick to their amazingly creative pedicure and spa options. read more

The staff is always so accommodating and sweet, always eager to bring you a water or mimosa. I had originally picked the vitamin c facial but after talking about my skin, my aesthetician recommended a few changes, which I was fine with and it worked out. I went to Vivian's on a Saturday and it was a very pleasant experience. Not too much like a spa, and not too much like a run of the mill nail salon. It was a great compromise. I love that the nail techs had conversations with us and were very much engaged. The reason for my three stars though has to do with the quality of the gel manicure. First, I was disappointed that I didn't get the same type of service that came with the regular manicure (no hand soak or sugar scrub massage), my mother in law had the regular manicure and I was honestly a little jealous of the service she was receiving. But the biggest disappointment is that two days after my gel manicure, my gel started to literally fall off of my finger nails. Two days? :( I tried calling to sort this out but no one is answering the phone. read more

Went to Vivian's for a birthday treat for myself: massage and facial. Everything was perfect from the moment I stepped in to when I left. The champagne and good service were flowing. Brandy, my masseuse, was knowledgeable, asked great questions before starting and gave an EXCELLENT massage. I haven't been that relaxed in a while. My aesthetician, Charity, was fabulous as well. I had a clogged a pore for 6 months that I asked her to lance. She said it would be red for a few days but afterward my skin was unclogged and barely red. Amazing! Ah-mazing experience! I'm very body self-conscious so I was really nervous but at no time did I ever feel uncomfortable. The staff are very caring, informative and genuinely nice! At no time did my check in, facial, massage or check out feel rushed. I was told after both services to take my time and relax as needed. Even with others present - I never felt less than priority. When checking out I was given a little gift bag because it was my birthday and rather than rushing to receive payment, Kristin - the owner, chatted with me making me feel super appreciated as a customer.
