We…read morefirst spoke on the phone on March 27th because I came across a Groupon deal at a fantastic price for a facial (less than half the price - I LOVE GROUPON FOR THIS). She was so bubbly and energetic and kind over the phone. I told her I wanted to book the facial for my birthday and mentioned purchasing on Groupon, she told me NOT to, just book through her and she'll honor the Groupon price since Groupon takes percentages of their sales from them. She then charged me 50% of the groupon price for my facial since they charge 50% upon booking and the remaining 50% on the day of the services. Fast forward about three or four weeks later to the day of my service..... I go to check out with Becca who did my facial and was being charged the original price of the facial NOT the Groupon price ($190 MORE). Now I'm not gonna get to the nitty gritty and go word for word of my exchanges between Becca or with Faith but what I can say is.. thanks to Faith I will NEVER return here again! She was SO SO SO SO SO RUDE and SOOOOOO condescending. She kept saying 'This is how much the facial is, the groupon deal is A CRAZY discount' (I know that's why I was purchasing on Groupon????). I brought up the original receipt she charged me on the day I booked the facial, which was 50% of the total price $36.06, meaning on the day of my facial Id pay the other 50%.... $36.06 but she kept trying to charge me $190 and saying 'I'm getting a really good deal' and that 'Groupon wouldn't charge this' .. even though I had the literal receipt from Groupon showing the price being $72.13........ and the words that really stuck with me the most from Faith were, '... well so what is it that you are looking to or wanting to pay...' as if I'm some broke person that can't afford the facial and am only looking to pay what I can afford?... Faith I'm literally paying for WHAT YOU AND I AGREED ON THE DAY OF SCHEDULING TO PAY?! I'm so confused as to why she's confused.. we literally spoke on the phone and she told me she'd honor the Groupon price.. which is exactly why that's 50% of what you charged me when I booked.. with the understanding I'm paying the other 50% OF THE GROUPON price on the day of my service. WHY DO YOU OFFER YOUR SERVICES ON GROUPON IF YOU ARE SOOOOOO MAD WHEN PEOPLE GO TO USE THEM . I literally would never go back here again just because of how rude, condescending, and insulting Faith was!! Go literally anywhere else!!!!

Aurarius at 1224 Prospect St. in La Jolla is a total "SCAM". They have someone standing at the door to lure people in. Unfortunately, I fell for it and bought $400.00+ of product only to find out later that there is no refund for which a sign is not displayed where anyone could see it. I signed a computer device which was brought to me that did not display their no refund policy (only the amount) and when the receipt was printed out, they put it in the sack with the products. When I looked at the receipt the next day and saw their "no refund" policy . I have been trying ever since then by calling, going down there and on and on with no results. When I went back, I was at the cash register and you cannot see beyond their tall computer screen to see the small framed refund policy (picture attached). I will continue to pursue this, but can say for sure that I have never been this scammed in my life!! I feel that good customer service would have been to make me aware of their policy regarding returns. I am asking for a full refund for my unopened products. read more

Don't take the sample. Honestly, any individual that gave this place a 5-star rating is delusional and most likely a paid account. First off, the associates are pushy and extremely aggressive. They're the 2020 version of a snake-oil salesmen. Secondly, the product doesn't actually work. You can take this to a dermatologist and ask them to give you their honest opinion. Lastly, it gave my friend a horrible rash (so much for being hypoallergenic). Go spend your money on La Mer/Revive/Amour Pacific, better yet... go book yourself an appointment with a dermatologist and get yourself a real facial. Aurarius is nothing more than a SCAM. It's not even a major skincare line in Europe! Buyers beware. Honestly, if it were such an amazing product you wouldn't be at buying it a mall kiosk with super aggressive con-artists. read more

I have been a regular monthly facial goer for the past 10 years to maintenance my rosacea condition and thought my skin was in pretty good condition. Since December 2017, I have been using the Aurarius Gold Elements Truffles products and have noticed an immediate improvement in my skin. The products are "quality". They do come at a steeper price, but there is a difference and your skin will show it. I have begun to weave in some of the platinum line to lift the neck area. I would rather my entire skin condition look and feel better than get a nip/tuck procedure, which leaves the skin condition untreated. read more

With the help of regular facials and peels from Tiffany, my skin is near flawless (in terms of texture, color, and overall complexion). Tiffany has got to be hands down the best esthetician I have ever had (I've had my fair share of facials throughout the world - I guess you can say I am a spa junkie). She not once has pressured me into buying a product; in fact, I buy them on my own accord because I have seen what they have done for me after just one facial. Tiffany goes out of her way to make her studio feel homey: well decorated with nothing but positive energy. She uses the softest sheets for her facial bed, making the overall experience feel truly "LUXE". For what you get, her pricing is well below what we SHOULD be paying her! Lastly, I have to comment on what a wonderful person Tiffany is; she is super down to earth and easy to talk to. I always joke that she has been my therapist over the years. There is a reason why everyone I have recommended her to are repeat clients.
