The new sauna could be a little hotter IMO, and the curtains in front of the door impede the glass door from closing. I think the seal for the door could use some attention. It's good for beginners to sauna or people who don't need it hot. I wish there were a timer or clock visible from the sauna. Relaxation room chairs: heat up, comfortable (with a lumbar pillow!), a cable knit throw, and a secret table. I love that spa appointments also give you access to the pool and jacuzzis. We were still very satisfied. After the massages, we headed to the pool for lunch. Marissa had made sure we had extra care and the pool staff was amazing, food was good. The real reason I wanted to write a strong review is because Marissa Edwards went over-the-top in customer services with us. There are many other experiences we had, mostly with Marissa's doing.
