I went here originally for a different service than changed my mind after putting down a $100 deposit. I was unable to get a refund, instead, received a credit to use the deposit toward something else. So, I decided to get the signature facial that included an eyebrow wax. I normally do my own eyebrows and, like them, full and natural, I was told wax was to "clean up" my eyebrows... I walked out with half the eyebrows I walked in. And what's more frustrating, I was literally speaking to the lady before she did my eyebrows that my mom used to do my eyebrows years ago but she would make them too thin and I don't like that look.... Like asking me "how do I like my eyebrows?" After they've been waxed is not helpful...you can't put the hair back. I brushed it off at the moment, because I told her "not much we can do now"... but now (one day later) it's really bothering me. My eyebrows are so thin and DO NOT FIT my face... Besides the terrible eyebrow experience, the facial was okay. It was $140, so I definitely don't think it was worth the money. The original lady I spoke to (not the one who did the service) was super nice. And they have other services too, so maybe those are what the place is known for. I've been going to Kyla to get Brazilians the past few months. I was so scared for my first one but I love the results so I kept going back. And it's gotten easier each time. The first was the most painful, now there's barley any hair. She's also given me facials and they were great. From day one, when I initially made the first call to ask a million questions regarding lipo cavitation and other services they offer, she was very patient with me and answered all my questions.
