I left feeling weird because the people are nice but the guy only put 2 coats on and then put the top coat on top before filing down the 2 coats!? When I asked he said "trust the process". I've been here several times and don't have any complaints. The service is always timely and I have never had to wait. I just get an acrylic manicure occasionally with tips. It has your typical nail salon vibe but they provide a quality service in a timely manner. As someone working full time speed and availability are necessities. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! The owner rushed me out of my chair to have someone else sit in my spot and dabbed my nails with cotton balls while I was standing up. I asked for the easiest thing ever, French tip & since he rushed they turned out so sloppy. I also found out he upcharged my gel French tip my first visit so for my second visit I told his wife, she then laughed and charged me the normal price- $27. After a week in a half my gel began to peel which is ridiculous!!!! I went in for my nail to be retouched and he put on pink after I told him that was not the correct color. He told me it would be fine and he would put the right color over..... then made me wait while he spoke over the phone and stood Afar. I had an enjoyable experience and the atmosphere is one of the more comfortable and lovely that I've seen. However they didn't put a top coat on, and I thought I just wasn't paying attention. Within a few days my nail color was already chipping which hasn't happened before and I've used this brand before too. Also they painted the coats unevenly and without waiting for the first coat to dry. Usually the technicians will paint one hand, switch to the other while it dries, and then go back and paint the first again. I know this is kind of nit picky, but in the end it shows the streaks. So even though the experience was very nice clean and comfortable, in the end I care more about the quality of the nails. It gave me a little anxiety to see it done not as well as it could've been. read more

Tried this place for the first time yesterday and it was the most amazing pedicure I have had in the BCS area! A little pricy for the spa pedicures but totally worth it. The ambiance is great and the employees are very nice. The pedicure I got was the margarita pedicure and they used tequila, lime and more. They also have other spa pedicures that I can't wait to go try out. I have not gotten my nails done here (yet) but I am looking forward too sometime this week! We were very excited to come to this location. However, our appointment was rushed like they were trying to shoved us in and out. It was not relaxing. 10 minutes into our appointment a group of white women walked in and we became chopped liver. They also did not have to yield to the mask policy. They catered to them and literally ignored us. The man taking care of my friend left her to attend to other women. The shellac UV light was set too high so it burnt us, the workers did nothing. The UV light machine was not sanitized between use. I will never go back! read more

The massage chairs are in good condition, they're open long hours, there are cute massage chairs for pedicures for kids. you can use their wifi, they offered me a free bottle of cold water and The Food Network on TV. ALICE, gave me a perfect mani pedi. I really enjoyed chatting with her. She's a beautiful, petite young woman whose Vietnamese husband is getting his phd in computer engineering at Texas A&M. I'm definitely using Alice for my future mani pedis. FYI, she's usually off on Mondays. I'd call ahead for Alice, especially on weekends when I heard that there is sometimes a wait. Me and my roommate decided to get our nails done and of course looked for yelps help to find a place... We found this place and decided to try it out. We set out but the gps sent us the wrong way, we called the number listed and even though it was near closing time they were really nice and gave us clear directions to get there. We ended up getting there at 7:15 and they close at 7:30 but they didn't turn us back but instead greeted us. Since it was late there was barely anyone there but Johnny. Below average experience here. Tools did not seem clean at all as i watched them move from customer to customer using same files, pumice and "cheese graters". I had them hold off on using them on me after watching little to no sterilization happen. I've been frequenting this salon for about seven months now and I do love it! Le and the other nail technicians are very good about asking exactly what you want and are always friendly to me. I have a bad habit of losing gel nails throughout the three weeks that I lose them and they always fix them, no questions asked. I LOVE the colors available and the prices are really amazing. Returned here for a holiday mani/pedi! Just as nice as last time and they always do a great job and make sure you are pleased! My pedicure was perfection with a beautiful design! The only reason why I would take one star off the review is because for my manicure, I asked for shirt nails like always; while clipping my nails, the older lady I can't remember her name, clipped a huge chunk of my actual pinky finger skin off! I uncontrollably yelled ouch numerous times, but she didn't really stop until it was so deep that even hours later my finger is still throbbing. I am never a person to say "you knocked my finger I want a discount!" But in this case, it was so bad and so painful that I would have expected a small consolation.
