I went in for a dip powder removal, and the tech filed completely through one of my nails and filed all of my other nails incredibly thin. It was very painful for weeks after it happened, and since then my nails have been falling apart. Multiple other nail techs have seen them and been very concerned. The tech that did this also saw that he had hurt me, and awkwardly laughed when I was visibly uncomfortable. Along with all of this, he didn't even both to attempt to trim or shape my natural nails and they looked awful. So I've been coming here for a while now and haven't had issues. They had been one of the only places to offer a military discount and quality work so I've stayed loyal. I came in today for a simple cat eye heart set on my refill. The refill itself is great but the polish is absolutely awful. I'm not sure why he placed the hearts at the bottom of the nail after I asked 3 times for them to be in the center, as well as my right hand looking more like camel humps than hearts. On top of it all, when I asked about the military discount at checkout they said they didn't do one, which is weird because the last time I came in I received a military discount and this was 2 weeks ago. So I left paying $53 for a set that isn't even what I asked for. I'm not sure how I paid $53 when their refill rate is $35. Highly disappointed. I am getting married this weekend and my normal tech was unavailable. i made an appointment with anytech available, was never greeted, i said hello and i got a smug "hi." she cut my cutical area 4 times and they bled. she kept yanking on my finger that was relaxed trying to get me to move it after twlling me to relax. put my last hand in the led light and walked off. no thank you, no cutical oil, nothing. i still tipped because ive been in the service industry and i understand bad days but i feel like just common courtesy is needed in this scenario. read more

I lost my thumb nail the day after I got them done and went to go get them fixed. They fix two nails for me because I was already experiencing pull up on another nail. I really really wanted to like this place, I went with a friend and we had an awful experience. She had her own situation, but as for me I wanted a simple gel shellac and that was it. The woman who did my nails was very rough, I've never endured pain during a manicure. At one point, she nicked my cuticle or something and I just felt an intense sharp pain. I instinctively pulled my hand back and she just grabbed it, yanked it back without apologizing. My manicure was done awfully, it was patchy, not the right shape, not shiny, and just poorly done. My friend convinced me to go back the next day to get it fixed (along with hers they messed up.) The manager who is a young male was extremely rude, and seemed very bothered that we were back. It just felt like he was being aggressive and intimidating on purpose so that they wouldn't have to redo them. So I eventually got them redone. I have also never had issues with broken nails, but it's been about a week and my thumb nails are breaking really low. My thumbs are actually in pain and I don't understand how nails are breaking when they are covered in cured gel paint??? Also, the place is unsanitary, she clearly saw that she cut me and threw the drill back on the cart for someone else to use. read more

First time here visiting family. Beautiful Place. Very efficient. You walk in and you and or your phone number and I checked you in. They had the largest selection I have ever seen a dip nail colors. The ladies at the front desk or easy to understand and nice to work with. I got right in. Plexiglass still laugh at all of the stations. Manicures are centrally located in the room. Then there are separate wing areas for pedicures. I really like the design and layout of this place. A lot of nice touches in the decor. I thought if I did have a margarita machine. Overall my experience was pretty good. 43.00 for dip nails with no tip amd no French seemed high considering they did not do great clean up after, no lotion or massage and didn't even rub in the cuticle oil. Then during the massage she was using one hand to be on her phone and the other to massage my leg. I cannot put in to words how horrible my experience was. I've gone here before to get my nails done like 3 years ago and they were ok. The girl who usually does my nails canceled last minute and I needed them done so I decided to try here again. The guy who did my nails cut 3 of my nail beds and made them bleed and then just wiped it with his fingers and continued to file my nails. They were ok looking not the best it was 70$ for what I got. I went to go get food after and as I was closing my car door one of my nails ripped off. Real nail and all I have literally never had that happen at any other place I've gone I knew he did the acrylic thin and put the tips too close to the end of my nail but I thought it would be ok but I was wrong. I've been here so many times and it's always gone very well. I get what I asked for or they suggest something different and it works out either way. Today not so much. I asked to get my fake nails off and to put regular polish on my real nails and they asked if I wanted a manicure which included cuticle trimmings and a massage, I said sure, let's do it. I get to the station and Mrs. Linda starts off she does the soak and everything is going well until the trimming down the fake nail to my real nails. The trimmer tucked on my skin and I pulled back she apologized and while soaking and going back to trimming them down she kept getting on the same spot on different nails trimming the same area until it was till her liking and it felt painful the more she stayed in one area to trim it down she did it at least 3 more times and I jerked all those times and looked at her already annoyed, which she apologized all for. She told me after she finished up to go by an area where I can place my hands to dry off. She told me to wait about 15 mins for the paint to dry, I wait 20 mins, touch lightly on my nails and it dry so I get up, pay and leave. I'm starting to drive home and realize they're chips in my nails and paint missing which nothing of that was there when I left. So the paint wasn't ready and I would've stayed longer if the nail tech suggested a longer drying time. Also, this was NOT WORTH $33 for a complete mess up. Then after explaining this OVER AND OVER, they all kept telling her there's nothing wrong and they're fine. Expect, these are her wedding nails. I usually have a great time at this place, especially when I ask for a specific tech, Michelle, but the last few times have been awful. I went in asked for a set that I knew was difficult and asked if it could be done and they said yes. It could NOT be done. A waste of time and money. After asking for changes, I was ignored and told "I'll do it like this" multiple times. The end result was absolutely insane, I would have rather been told no and went on with a simple set. At checkout they were unable to give me a discount, but said I could come in again for a redo tomorrow. The next day I come in to get my nails redone and multiple employees were rude to me about asking for them to be redone. They tried putting the same tech in front of me and I refused then they said it would be an hour until I am helped. Luckily someone sits in front of me 5 minutes later. She was extremely rude and rough. I asked for all of the color to be removed from the nails and when I pointed out the leftover color she ignored me. Went here for the first time since I was in town visiting for the weekend. My friend got a pedicure done here before and she recommended the place. The salon was beautiful and the staff were very nice. I had Cindy do my regular pedicure for $30 and Michael completed my dip manicure for $43. I thought both nail technicians were very nice. One of my toes smudged a little bit at the end but nothing that made them look bad. Also, I get really bad hangnails so I wish there was some time spent on removing those and doing lotion for my hands. I thought it would be after they did the dip part but my nail technician told me to wash my hands and had already moved on to the next person by the time I returned. Another thing that could be improved is the wait time. I had an appointment at 12:00 but my pedicure didn't start until 12:30. Then that finished at 1:00 and I was waiting for my manicure and wasn't seen until about 1:20ish. I didn't end up leaving the salon until around 2:00. I didn't mind waiting since I didn't have much else going on that day but if you are looking to do both a manicure and pedicure just know that it may take longer than expected. It was a Sunday when I went and they were really busy so maybe the weekdays aren't as bad for wait times. Overall, I thought it was an alright experience for just visiting in town. The pedicure was my favorite part so if I return in the future I would probably just get that service. read more

The first two times were amazing and I had Ruby for both those times for my pedicures but I just happened to get someone else for this one who cut me and made me bleed three times. She cut me and when she saw blood, she just wiped it away and kept going without saying anything. I told her a couple times that she was hurting me but waited until after my service to let the receptionist know. At first, when I told the receptionist, he apologized and told me I wouldn't be put with that nail tech again. Then he said "don't worry about this one" when I was ready to pay and gave me $5 off my next service and I was happy with the stellar customer service, until the next day when they called me and said they "forgot" to charge me for my service. I went back to pay and they took $5 off my ticket only after reminding them that I was cut multiple times.
