The front office staff was incredibly friendly and transparent, the dental assistant was wonderful, and Dr. Noorvash took the time to perform a thorough evaluation with both X-rays and a CBCT scan. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and answered every question I had without making me feel rushed. What impressed me most was his honesty. He could have easily recommended retreatment, but instead he explained that he did not see a missed canal and did not feel there was any reason to rush into another root canal. He also pointed out that my inflamed sinuses could be contributing to the symptoms I was experiencing. Honestly speaking, I have never received a local anesthesia injection as gentle and painless as the one Dr. Noorvash gave me. I've had multiple tooth extractions and implants before, but I always felt pain during the injection and even suffered from trembling hands afterwards as a reaction to the anesthetic. Remarkably, that didn't happen at all with Dr. Noorvash. The clinic might want to consider replacing the oral suction and water spray equipment, as it seems a bit glitchy at times, but the doctor's high level of skill more than makes up for it read more

Terrible experience, would not recommend unless you like getting your money taken from you at an outdated facility! I found this place on Yelp since my original dr. was recommending an endo specialist (his referral was very far away from me). Well I learned don't go by distance, convenience, or even reviews (sometimes). Based on the reviews here I decided to give Noorvash a call. I stated on the phone with the office lady that I need to know the price for a consultation, and let her know what insurance I exactly have. She did not give a fee, but rather assured me while making this appointment that if my insurance didn't cover the consult, that I would be advised of this before being seen. She re-assured me twice that I would not have any costs incurred without my knowledge. After filling out the relevant paperwork and insurance information I was called in to the dentist seat. I was taken to the dental seat where immediately I noticed the outdated equipment, technology, and Worn Out fabric...yes the reclining seat had wore out arm rests, and foot rest areas (cracked w/ threads showing). This was a sign to RUN, but I stiffed it out and sat there for x-rays. Not to my surprise, the x-ray machine and system was super ancient--the whole experience didn't feel clean or up to date at all...talk about being stuck in the 90's! I was then hastily given an estimate for endo treatment, for which Noorvash wanted to begin right away. He mentioned the possibility of multiple issues and various costs that may arise outside of his facility, so I decided to wait for a second opinion before proceeding. He didn't like that, even though he knew I was going to walk out the door, he tried to strongarm me into a CT scan for $200 cash out of pocket--a last ditch effort... Uhhhh nooo? Bye! When walking out I got stopped by the lady up front, and she said that she just found out my insurance would not cover the consult and I would have to pay cash. I asked her why I wasn't informed earlier of this and she said the ins. co. was busy and hard to get ahold of at that time of the month. That's obviously her problem, or her mistake because she never informed me of this before going in! I don't even think this is legal??? Start charging at the exit without ever being told the costs before? I was so disappointed, and frustrated at the same time, I just paid it. In the end I got a second opinion, and it was a real honest one that's saving me thousands of dollars. The Dr. with the second "honest" opinion definitely gained my trust for a lifetime! Highly recommend. Woke up to a toothache and had dr. Noorvash office take me in right away. They have a CT scan to better diagnose and the best part is that they were able to do treatment on the same day. Since it is very difficult for me to pull away from work. My trip to Dr. Noorvash's office for a root canal was excellent. The care he gives and his bedside manner are pretty tremendous. He hums his way through his work like he was walking in the park on a spring afternoon. All I have to say is Dr Noorvash is one amazing endodontist!! I have been suffering with a tooth sensitivity issue for probably two years, the dentist tried a new crown which did not resolve the problem. I was referred to Dr Noorvash for a root canal consult, and was so happy that he was willing to perform the procedure the same day, the whole experience from start to finish was so easy and painless. I arrived early to fill out paperwork (which I hate) and only had to fill out one page of pertinent info and some signatures, I was brought back on time and the dental assistant and Dr were both so kind and informing every step of the way explaining everything that was being done and I had no pain from start to finish, I even thought I would have some pain once the numbing wore off but nothing, not one bit of pain and the best part, after years of pain, it is gone, NO PAIN!!! The dental assistant called the next day to make sure I was doing ok, which is also just a great professional thing to do to show they care about their patients. This review is to break down the whole process for anyone that's nervous to see Dr.Noorvash :) This particular tooth had already gone through a first root canal, & then was retreated back in 2017 (both by a different dentist.) First they will put the numbing gel on the area to prep for the novocaine. For those scared of the big shot, Noorvash makes it absolutely pain free. It's a small tiny pinch that lasts literally 2 seconds. He'll give you maybe 3-4 shots within 30 seconds. Then you sit for a while to give you time to really get numb. X-ray #1 gets done around this point so they can get a good picture of the infected areas to work on. He then puts a ring around the tooth & then puts this weird rubber cloth over your mouth so no gross stuff gets in your throat. Tops it off with some cool glasses for you to wear to protect your eyes from flying debris Then he gets to work: first he'll drill through your tooth (or crown if it's a retreat.) I didn't feel any of this at all!! Then it's lots of cleaning/drying the tooth before he goes in with a few different tools to get all the decay out. At one point when he was using the dental file to get DEEP in there I started to feel pressure but NO PAIN. He heard me make a grunt of discomfort & they immediately stopped what they were doing to give me two more shots (I was already so numb I didn't feel this AT ALL) During this entire process there wasn't a single ounce of pain, just pressure from the pulling and drilling of the tooth. They do take a few x-rays during the process to make sure they get ALL the infection out. You just stick a small toothbrush-like stick in your mouth and they take the X-ray. After everything is cleaned out they'll fill the tooth with some stuff that smells kinda gross LOL. And then you're all done!! Since I was retreating a stubborn failed-retreat again, i was in the chair for 2 hours total. You'll probably only need an hour if it's your first root canal. Next day pain was absolutely minimal!! I'm kinda feeling it the second day, but I have plenty of pain meds to help(: I couldn't be more grateful for this team & I'm looking forward to retreating my other tooth with them at the end of next month(: read more

This makes my 3rd overall and the first one was the worst dental experience I've ever had in my life ( 58 ) and this guy has restored my confidence in dental. I am one of those "hate dentists" due to a bad experience in my youth. Dr. Noorvash has returned me to the "no big deal" side. I have had two root canals performed here and have experienced less pain than when I trim my roses. First of all, the staff is very professional yet friendly and extremely effeicent. I have had 2 root canals at this office, one was a retreat that a dentist had done a few years back and the other was a new one. I have been a grinder for years so I think to date I have had 12 root canals. I can honestly say this office is amazing, all the staff are very caring and professional , the dr himself is a great dentist , I experienced zero pain or discomfort during the procedures, and was asked several times if I was doing ok. I also liked that the dr did not "disappear" during treatment , this I have experienced many times at other dentists where they leave for 20 mins to start another patient while you are left in an uncomfortable position! My only complaint is that Dr Zoorvash can not be my general dentist!! This ofc is so welcoming and do their best to make you comfortable in a possible uncomfy situation (root canals). They provided a blanket and bottled water. Had to come in for retreatment on a root canal done forever ago with some other dentist. The ppl here are so nice, the procedure was pain-free! And I'm the kind of person who hates and is soooooo afraid of dental work, so trust me. I went in feeling so afraid that dental assistant lady joked ''don't look so excited!'' and left with a smile on my face!
