I had such a great experience here. I had been having some pain from my wisdom tooth growing and needed to seek out a new dentist. I initially went to vineyard family dentistry and felt like they were scamming me with a lot of expensive add ons, lies, and unnecessary dental work. This went on for weeks. Feeling frustrated I called absolute dental and they took me in a same day appt. The Dr saw me and told me that she was able to remove my wisdom tooth right then and there because it was already out. My sister and I were both looking for a good dentist , after some bad experiences with other places we were very skeptical about a new place . My daughter recommended us to call Absolute and no kidding , from the phone call to the office experience , we were very pleased . The staff there are so kind and friendly and the dentist was just as friendly and helpful. We were there for different reasons of course but the work that was done was beyond satisfactory. I've reviewed this place in the past and have to update it. Every time I went here I saw a different dentist. Never saw the same person twice. Went in for two fillings and they messed up BOTH so I had to get them redone for free. On top of that I ordered a retainer and they were so late giving it to me that it doesn't fit anymore and my teeth have shifted. Everyone here is nice but please DONT GO HERE. I've been going to this office for over 3 years and have seen approximately 5 different dentists, a number of technicians and 4 different office managers. I find this turn over rate to be very unsettling. To top things off the new office manager doesn't call Back when she says, avoids my calls,( I had to use my daughters number to get her on the phone) and has ZERO Empathy!!!! I've lost both my jobs s to Covid and have always made payments for services I have needed. I left the office for good the other day after Christy told me " the dr. Has left it up to me wether you can make payments to the office and I say no)! I went to another dentist to find out absolute dental missed an extremely infected root which goes straight to my heart, and I need a sinus lift!!! This dental office absolutely deserves 5 stars. I would give them 10 if I could. They are incredibly profesional, honest, caring, gentle, and attentive to the patient. I decided to find a local office and am so happy I chose to come to this office. I am having quite a bit of work done, and they are very efficient in the way they handle the claim. I was coming in for what I considered emergency care, and even though It really didn't end up having to be an emergency they still took care of me very quickly. I am writing this review so that somebody in the future doesn't have to go through what I went through. I had two teeth taken out that were left broken in my mouth dentist Dr.Kim did remove one but left piece's of bone fragment. After all that was told oh sorry i did not have the right tools. I was in E.R all night because i could not stop bleeding ... Seen an oral surgeon on saturday to take what was left out could not wait on absolute Dental to help with oral surgeon appointment a month in a half out. There is way more to the story. ALWAYS short staffed. Be prepared to take out 3-4 hours for a simple cleaning. Ridiculous. No clear communication. They try to keep you occupied and distracted with small talk. Just waited over two hours for a simple cleaning. Only to find out AFTER my insurance isn't covering it and rescheduled for another day. HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Stop being cheap. read more

There is one word correct with the name of this business. Dental would be one thing, yes they do dental work. The one thing they are way more known for are ASBOLUTE RIP OFF. The doctors first off are good, they did their work and I was over all satisfied. The actual people running it are complete dummies. Several months of my own payment plans have MAGICALLY disappeared. Regretfully I used cash and lost receipts. My wife had put braces with them and they also have lost a YEAR of records past payments. THANKFULLY she has records of everything for her. I went over there one time and the lady said I had not paid in months. She looked through her computer for about 10 minutes and then magically found my payments and just brushed it off as if was nothing, but before that she was adamant about taking the past due. People who were in charge of billing, front desk, all one by one suddenly just started to disappear. First its the assistant billing lady Sandy, then its the main billing lady (Forgot her name), then the front desk lady was named the billing person, but then SHE also left. When they started calling I asked for the person one by one and each person had left for medical reasons. How can three people leave for medical reasons. They called way after everything was said and done and I asked why did all your people leave, why did so many payments just go as if they were never paid, how can things be this messed up within your own company. I dont get it. Lady starts saying how they are going through a new team, and started to insinuate how the team was maybe taking advantage. I cant blatantly just start accusing people but I think there is something seriously wrong with this company. Like I said, the wife has braces, she still goes there, she still makes monthly payments to them ALL THE TIME. Lo and Behold, they call and say they can no longer see her because she has not made a payment to them for a WHOLE YEAR. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They try and cheat you out of more money after you pay your entire bills and when you prove them wrong they still don't know how to admit their wrong. Worst dental office in Norco I went in to get a cavity filled after 4 hours there I found out they worked on the wrong tooth and then they try to cover there mistake.I gave them another try and they were to do a root canal 5 appointments later I get my temp crown put on 10 mins after leaving it falls off I call them and they ask me to come back 15 mins there they said its going to be about hour mind you at this time I had been there since 330 and it was now 630pm so I told them I could not wait they said that they dont have anyone able for about a week to redo my temp crown that they did not do right to began with don't us this place they dont know what they are doing they have dental ast that dont know what they are doing and are just learning DONT USE THEM read more

This office was great a few years ago but not anymore. I've been waiting over 2 months to get a return call regarding my son's braces. He's at the final stage and all is needed is for braces to be taken off and Everytime l call to reschedule the appointment they last minute cancelled on us back in August, they take my information and say they will call me back and have not as of yet!!!! Awful! Unorganized, unethical, and unprofessional dental practice. My three tooth bridge fell off so I paid a visit here. The dentist told me one of the teeth needed to be pulled and temporarily glued my crown back on. Crown fell off the next day so I was not impressed especially after getting a treatment plan with items I was unaware of listed on it. I wisely went for a second opinion at another dentist office and both the dentist and a specialist looked at the tooth and said there is no crack and it certainly does not need to be pulled. I am wearing the new bridge. I call, 1 fax, and 3 emails later, we disagree on what I should pay. I put a deposit down on future treatments of 2,000.00. They ordered a partial denture from the lab (pre-maturely apparently (assuming I would follow their plan and have the tooth pulled) and now they will not refund my deposit back even though I cancelled the treatment plan. They expect me to pay for a device for my mouth that I don't need, that the dentist incorrectly diagnosed, for a tooth that was not cracked, for a tooth that was not pulled. Very unprofessional email responses stating that I am "confused". Nope, real clear on the fact that everyone knows of my "bad experience here". read more

They took money out in my name and still almost a year later they STILL HAVEN'T RETURNED TO CREDITOR. I never had any work done, the visit was so awful I had to walk out. They gave me NO OPTIONS in my care and only told me I needed the most expensive one they had. When I tried to get more information about an alternative type of treatment they started to ACTUALLY ARGUE WITH ME! They even brought in 2 other doctors and the damn office manager to try to convince me... I couldn't believe what they were trying to do to me even the tech that was sitting next to me said "they're not supposed to be doing this, they need to give you options". Wish I can give them 0 star! Horrible service. Signed up because they offered Saturday ortho appts. After 8 months into treatment, I was told no more Saturday appts so "take it or leave it". Even with appointments, you have to wait 1-2 hours. Then I was told to come in whenever, waited 2hours,...I had to leave. This office is VERY shady, I went for a routine check up where they found approximately $4000 worth of extra work after they capped out my insurance. They did the cavitys and cleaning then and scheduled the root canals for a later appointment. I got a second opinion because I wasn't in any pain, the other doctor informed me that it was a small cavity and that a root canal wasn't needed. I cancelled the later appointment and they still charged me $3000 for the root canals! I tried calling to let them know there had been a mistake and they told me no refunds! I didn't get the work done! After months of fighting they lowered the bill to $1200 for services rendered. What services?! Writing down the appt and then crossing it out?! How much does this secretary make? Finally after months and months of fighting they cleared the bill. I asked for a copy of my X-rays for my records and they asked for a $35 fee. After everything they have tried, they are still tring to get every cent out of me. They are swindlers, shady and will take you for every cent you have. I wouldn't trust them. Oh and the work they did do? I still have pain and can barely chew on one side of my mouth, which didn't hurt until I saw them, costing roughly $1000. read more
