The last time, I asked why he used temporary glue and was told in case he needed to go back in(?) I told him to put the permanent glue in, and it's been fine since. My implanted tooth is much shorter than the other, which is very noticeable, as it's one of my front teeth! Also, I have suspicions about how charges are applied. The Office Manager had already put in a charge for one of my visits, for approximately $300 but the Dentist was sitting at the computer adding the same charge and was told it was already applied. It just seemed odd to me that he has a manager to do the billings, yet feels the need to get in and add things? I do not recommend this office, for the reasons listed.

They would need to take payment up front and then they would submit to the insurance company and then they would send me a check for the difference. If you have Delta Dental, beware. Otherwise, people I know and trust recommend them. I didn't get past waiting a week to repair a broken tooth just to be told that Delta was technically "covered", but only on the back end. I don't have any trouble passing the recommendation on to anyone who either doesn't have Delta or doesn't mind paying up front.

Everyone was welcoming. There was no shaming or judgement for how long it had been since my last cleaning.
