My husband found YouTube videos by Mobility One showing the exact solution that we needed (Speedy Lift by Adapt Solutions & the Asento seat lift). He reached out to William to get more information, and I must say that this process went very smoothly. We are in CA, William is in Oklahoma. We shipped the car to him, and he was able to complete the install in less than a week. It took longer to ship the car than to get William's part done! We loved the product, and William and his team are professional, skilled, and easy to communicate with. A reservation had been made during a lengthy call with a foreign located call center on a Wednesday. Michael from Enterprise on Mingo calls four days later on a Saturday morning at 11:30 ( 30 minutes prior to branch locations closing) to inform me I would need to make another reservation somewhere else because the body shop doing repairs, about 5 miles from Mingo, was outside of his "service" area. Michael and Lee offered no further assistance. The call center reservation was a waste of time. Michael on Mingo should have contacted me much earlier! Customer service is an abstract concept at this location. FWIW, I'll be sharing this experience with my insurance and the body shop.

Come to find out all the high rated companies are owned by the same folks. Bravo to that group for providing quality service. Enterprise was also one of the select few that had a published phone number that would get you to an actual Tulsa agent vice the 1-800 black holes. I got into Tulsa just short of 11pm and was able to find my way to the garage booth and the young lady there was very warm, friendly, and speedy. She was able to put me in a truck and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend the Tulsa Airport Enterprise for future rentals. *Note on TUL Intl: Don't go down stairs to find the rental counters, they are on the main floor just outside security. The booths are across the drive on the top level of the parking garage. Signage is small when you come out of the concourses (A or B) but, you can find them pretty quickly if you pay attention.

We arrived to find that the promised vehicle was not available. The only two car options were nothing close, but we settled for the KIA Sportage (lower level car but no reduction in rental charge). During our trip, we experienced both steering and tire issues with this car. When we attempted to contact Customer Service, their automated system put us in an endless "loop" that never allowed us to reach someone to help us resolve our issues. We had no choice but to forge on, wrangling a drifting car and stopping to address tire pressure drops. Then, to add insult to injury, we had problems starting the engine as we embarked on the final leg of our trip. It was disconcerting, to say the least. When I returned the vehicle and shared our experience, the attendant's response was that the issues were not their responsibility...the cars are maintained at the airport, and this location gets what they are given. The utter disregard for the safety of customers is very disappointing. Avis, and especially this location, will no longer be a consideration as we seek a future rental for one of our frequent excursions. If you are shopping for a quality car rental experience, scroll on and avoid the risk associated with folks who couldn't care less.

We picked it up around 2pm and returned it a week later around 5pm and unfortunately this charged us an extra day without any notice. That would be my only complaint so if you rent from Avis, make sure you take the time serious and return it a little early.
