Just a shit show of an office. I got off the plane and did electronic check in. Waited for luggage, ordered an Uber because the 2228 E11th Street office doesn't have pick up service and drove over to the office only to find out my car wasn't ready. Waited forever for the car because they washed it but it was still dirty. They left all storage doors open to the glove box and console and they gave it to me with no fuel. read more

I had reserved a car from this spot to use while my car was being repaired. I made the reservation about a week in advance so I called the Friday before I was to pick up the car (I was to pick up the car on Monday). Enterprise assured me they'd have a car waiting for me when I showed up. I spoke with the insurance company upon the reservation as well to make sure everything was kosher and they assured me they showed a reservation in the Enterprise system for me and had made arrangements to pay. I spoke with the insurance folks again that Friday and they again checked and said Enterprise lists that they will have a car for me and have received payment information from the insurance company. When I show up on Monday, Enterprise had no record of any phone calls to them or of the insurance company contacting them at all, which was very convenient as they had zero cars available until much later in the week. The person I spoke with at this store did his level best to gaslight me and try to make me think this was my fault. I'm glad I saved my receipts to prove I called and that the insurance company did as well. Tl;dr even if you follow all of their instructions and have a reservation with payment on file, do not expect a car when you show up. Do expect to be treated poorly and gaslighted by unconcerned, dismissive staff. read more

Friday my parents went to pick up the rental for the reservation at the enterprise 2228 e 11th st to be picked up at 1:00 ans not 12, when we made the reservation the lady on the phone said "it will be fine to come at 1:00" my parents made it there and the "manager" was there helping my parents and was extremely rude and told them "he didn't have the car ready for them it was already check out to somebody else you have to go all the way to bartlesville to rent a car" my parents called the anther location in Tulsa and they said that the manager at that location is always rude and they get so many complaints on him! The service here is pretty decent. It wasn't too complicated to rent a car. All of the cars are high quality with clean interior. No car was previously damage as far as I can see. There are variety of cars that you can choose from. All of the models are pretty decent and up to date. Would recommend this place if you need to rent a car . They refused to drive me there & BIG shock--no vehicles are actually available there either. The mismanagement is on an unprecedented scale at this company. Absolutely horrendous service. My vehicle was totaled so I had to use insurance. If you don't know, insurance claims with enterprise, are supposed to get you in a vehicle with them through your insurance. Well I was scheduled to pick my rental from this location after being put on a 3 day wait. The day I'm supposed to get my rental, they say "sorry we actually had you registered at another location and you were supposed to pick up yesterday" yet... I never scheduled for a different location, was never notified, and now they're telling me they don't have a vehicle for me till at least another week later, even though I can clearly see on the website vehicles available. read more

First of all, Mike deserves a raise. He's the kindest rental car representative I've ever met and full of the best customer service. He genuinely cared my experience here was not the best and if I need to ever get a rental car again in Tulsa, I'll ask to deal with him start to finish and probably be able to increase my star rating. My car was broken into whilst I went into my gym a few weeks ago to get something for a total of 12 minutes. Even though my purse was rolled up in my yoga bag, I was being targeted. Longer story shorter, my window was smashed, purse stole, yada yada mess. While my car was in the shop for just over a week waiting on a part my insurance covered up to $30/day for a rental car. When I got to Enterprise I told them I didn't want to get a nicer car, but rather just only use my limit. I received an old Chevy car. I was a little drained from the process of fixing the mess I was in and just hopped in the car without asking questions. It wasn't until I was a few miles down the road did I notice the smell of the car and seeing popcorn, an old applesauce cup and only 1 half a tank of gas in the car. I would've turned around, but I had caught them right before they closed. So, you get the gist. Really lousy car, but when I returned it, great customer service and an apology. read more

So disappointed with their service. Made a reservation 3 days ago for a 15 passenger van to be picked up on Sunday at 230. Waited 20 minutes for them to wash it and when I finally got the keys, it was still covered in bird poo. (He did offer a 15% discount) Then I get in to take off, the check engine light was on. Absolute worst customer service. I called and asked to verify that the documents I had were sufficient enough to rent a vehicle. I am a veteran traveling back home from Virginia to Los Angeles. I had some issues with my vehicle so I needed to get a rental. After speaking to an employee, they told me that my IDs were sufficient. I took a Lyft to get to their location. Upon arrival they informed me that it actually wasn't. Not only did the manager, Madison, have an attitude, she was not trying to help me at all. I asked if they could give me a ride back to the hotel since I called and asked if the IDs I had were ok, she said it was out of their range. It was 5/6 miles away. It's nice to know that this is how Enterprise treats veterans who are in need of help. I will be sure to mention to every person I know, the way I was treated and how Enterprise goes about handling their business. It's sad when companies say they support the military and our veterans, when they actually don't. read more

First I would like to compliment the fact that they didn't try to pressure me too much on buying additional insurance or optional upgrades. That is the most annoying thing to deal with at any car rental place. The price was a little more than other competitors. The car was clean, but didn't have any windshield washer fluid in it. Picking up the car was quick and simple, dropping off wasn't. The clerk was more occupied with answering the phone than printing out my receipt. Eventually another person came in and helped finish the process. The location has a small parking lot, and can be a pain to get in and out of during traffic hours. read more

Had an emergency and had to rent a car to get back home to Texas. The employee went out of the way to help and did some things he said he should not have done to accommodate us but he was awesome. Picked me up within minutes and took me to a different location because his store had no rental available. Had a credit card issue due to being out of state. He had me follow him back to my prior location and worked out the payment with another credit card. This guy was awesome and very professional. We made it back to Texas with no issues. I think that this place needs to be more easier and really I went to the one on Harvard and I tend to get reminders about my car and what to bring but do this place does it no I walked in and I was smiling and ready to go see the family for thanksgiving. This guy really bugged me after he says you have the proper bills or pay stub so I ended walking 2 miles back to get the documents printed off. And came back and they will still not accept it. I have been in a recent accident and have gone through hell since then. My insurance company set me up a reservation there and they would not allow me to pick up because I evidently didn't meet all of the rental qualifications (which I had no way of knowing until I arrived at the location). The people at the counter were quite condescending when I asked them to explain why and refused to work with me in the situation. The one and only time I rented a car, I came here because it was the most affordable. I am still in awe of how incredible the customer service was! I'll start by saying that I got up to the counter and found that I left my drivers license at home. I was so discouraged because they were approaching closing time. Anyway, they drove me back home so I could go look for it! I didn't even know that was a thing that they did. By the time I got back, I was flustered, but I found my license and was ready for business. Not only were they incredibly friendly, but they gave me a free upgrade, a full tank of gas (told me to bring it back on empty), and then drove me home after I returned it. The manager, David, is extremely helpful and seems to actually train his employees, which has not been my experience at other Enterprise locations. I took a cab to & from the airport as the rates were triple at the airport. I arrive in the cab no problem, wrestle my bags through the door which wouldn't stay open by it's self. To see two staff watching me at the desk. I walked to the desk & was helped by a male. The process was fast & easy as I had reserved online. He walked out to inspect the car. I followed got my suitcases & purse in the trunk just to find out I couldn't rent it cause a cracked windshield. I ended up going to another car by the wheelchair ramp, which I had to maneuver around the 5 empty beer cans to put my stuff in the back. Car was vacuumed, I don't think the windows had been cleaned inside for months. Couldn't see out the windshield it was so dirty. When I returned the car, same luggage issue with the front door. Let them know I needed a cab to the airport & nothing, no response at all. A female asked my name & went to inspect the car. Let me say I live out of state & don't even know the cab companies names in Tulsa. After a few minutes, a 20 something year old male sitting at the back corner desk brought me a card with two cab companies written on the back. Cab was there quickly. Yes, I have a smart phone to look cabs up, but, it was in my purse in my carry-on bag & not at all convenient to get to. This location really needs some customer service. I teach Customer Service Excellence at my company & they need it badly or at least some common courtesy. Open a door, smile, say hello, something. Enterprise itself, good car prices. This location gets the 1 star though. Take some pride in where you work no matter what you do. read more
