The store is clean and well kept. They have all of the blue collar brands (Ariat, Carhartt etc). The styles that they carry are also available to those men who ride around in pick up trucks on the job site and pretend that they're working. (Think Carhartt golf shirts.) The company is buying and selling the correct products to the right crowd. I also watched them help another customer get into a more fitting board for them, not just letting the customer get what they thought they needed. That says everything They listen, they educate and they give you the best deal they can while making sure you're riding safely and correctly. Beginner or experienced, it doesn't matter. They'll fit your boots, dial in your setup, and make sure your gear is safe and enhancing your ride experience. I also bring my mountain/road bikes here for tune-ups and the experience is always top notch. This is what a local shop should be and the kind we need to support more. They will always look out for YOUR best interest.
