I had to follow-up three different times and even spoke to a supervisor with no results. I would NOT recommend this company. Unfortunately for them, I will be calling my corporate office to make sure our other locations in Austin stops using this company.

He sent a tech and then came himself to see what the issue was. He spent well over an hour and did not charge me. In the end and after much more searching, he found the hard to get charger for our VOIP phone. Even though we had written a check for a phone, he gave us the check back and only charged us for a much cheaper charger. It was not about the money, it was about service. These guys will be the ones we call when we have any more VOIP or PC repair needs.
