This is my first review ever. I have been a patient at ADC for years. I have multiple health issues so am a frequent flyer as well. I had an annual appointment with my Doctor on October 20th. I planned my entire day around it. Took time off from work, basically planned everything around my appointment. When I got there, the blonde lady at the reception desk told me that my Doctor had taken a vacation day and was not in. I asked her why was I not informed, she told me that they tried calling me 3 times and got no answer. I checked the number she had on file for me. I told her that I got no calls, she can check in my call log. In fact I got an automated confirmation call and I confirmed. The lady was very rude, not apologetic at all and somewhat racist. It's another thing that they don't value our time but being rude and lying is unacceptable. I would have been fine if she had said Oh I'm sorry we couldn't call you instead she lied and was rude and racist. My doctor at ADC is awesome but the reception/front desk is very rude, not doing their job of calling people to reschedule their appointment and than lying about it. Very disappointed!!!! read more

I have been an ADC patient for years. But I think I've had enough. This morning I waited on hold for 20 minutes for 20 minutes before I had a commitment. Then I waited 35 minutes before I gave up. Then I called the main number and begged for someone to help. I finally got to the practice manager to get the next available appointment. It is 9/23. I was on a search for a primary care provider and came across ADC. Ended up going with Dr. Carothers at this Cedar Bend location. I initially had questions before making a final decision, but calling into ADC and trying to talk to a human is one of the hardest things. I scheduled my annual, which was about 3 weeks out, but that's understandable as a lot of docs are booked. When I got there, parking was easy and the facility was clean. There wasn't too much direction as to where to go so I just asked around. The staff and nurses were great and very nice. I was promptly taken to a room shortly after I arrived at my scheduled time and Dr. Carothers showed up shortly after. The physical seemed to cover all the basic things and he was helpful with answering any questions I had and the whole process went pretty fast. I was in need of a TDAP update and blood test so I got those after my annual. I was not told in advance to fast beforehand if I was to get bloodwork done but luckily I'm already doing IF so that worked out well. It would still be nice if they gave a reminder or something before your appt so you know this. Overall, it was an ok experience and staff was nice. What was unexpected though, was after my lab results came out, my cholesterol was a little over normal but not to the point where I needed to be on medication. I looked at my results and knew I needed to start watching my diet and exercise more to bring down my cholesterol levels. The Mediterranean diet and exercise were already discussed during my annual checkup by Dr. Carothers as a way to live a healther lifestyle too. A day or two later I get a call from the office telling me that Dr. Carothers wanted to follow up and talk about my results. I thought this teledoc visit was an included follow-up to my physical and not an official doctors visit. We got on video conference and basically talked about the same stuff at my physical. He told me my levels were just on the higher side but can be controlled with a healthier diet and more exercise. A few weeks later I get a $100+ bill for this 15 min call that basically repeated the same info at my annual. Had I known this would happen, I would have just said no to the follow-up. I'm not sure if I'll be back to this office or look for a new healthcare provider that's more reasonable in their practices. read more

I don't ordinarily give reviews but my situation is absolutely absurd. I had an endocrinologist with ADC for years. He retired at the end of 24 and was assigned to a new doctor. The first thing that happened is the day before my first appointment I was called and had to reschedule and the soonest I could be seen was another 3 months. In the meantime all my prescriptions expired. I called and requested they be refilled. Well to make a long story short I still don't have my prescriptions, I'm completely out, my pharmacist has made numerous calls and messages. The staff doesn't respond. It has now been 7 days. They filled a couple but the one I need the most I'm still waiting on. I think I need to find a new clinic read more

If there was a way to rate a place minus stars I would. After a reasonable visit, in early October,I was billed, as was my insurance company. I received notice from Insurance (Explanation of benefits) that I owed nothing. I get a bill from ADC. I call and explain. They ask for the EOB. I send it to them. They rebilled my insurance and continued to bill me. 3 months in a row, the same thing, call and I resend EOB. I called my insurance company, in January. They had me hold while they spoke with ARC. Came back told me it was fine now. Not only did I get another bill, it is now in Collection. I cannot trust medical care from a team that is SO sketchy and INCOMPATANT in it's billing practices. My Bad Experience with Austin Diagnostic Center: Hi, we recently moved to Austin and took an appointment with Dr. Sujatha Jerry for our Annual Physical check-up. Dr.Jerry gave a good consultation for us and she suggested my daughter a vaccination she wants to see our daughter's immunization card before giving the vaccination, as we did not carry my daughter's immunization card on that day, Dr, Jerry gave us a new date for my daughter for vaccination and she told that it will be covered under Annual Physical checkup. Now I received a bill from Austin Diagnostic center I checked with my insurance company on this they suggested checking with Austin Diagnostic center to change the purpose to an Annual Physical check-up, taking this information I connected with the billing team and the supervisor same they are not considering this. I do not know why the Austin Diagnostic center could not change the purpose of the billing and support me for my Annual physical check-up and support us for insurance. read more

If you actually want to see a doctor Do NOT come here. I showed up for my scheduled appt time after receiving a confirmation 2 days prior. The lady at the front desk tells me that my appointment has been "rescheduled" I asked why I wasn't notified and she said "I don't know, it's out of my hands". They have zero customer service. Just I don't know, not let me figure out why that happened. I hope they don't expect me to show for this "rescheduled" appointment. I will never come back. The service and organization of this clinic was awful. I made an appointment specifically to get a ADHD medication refill. After waiting an hour after my appointment time, the nurse finally saw me only to tell me she can't refill my medication. I recieved no care and I was still charged for the visit and couldn't rebook in time to get medication before I go overseas. I'm leaving for a study abroad in a couple days and now I'm having to go with no medication to help me with my severe ADHD thanks to the poor organization and care of this clinic. read more

Went there after having difficult breathing for over a week and then getting hit with a pretty bad cold. I never go to the doctor-it'd been 15 years, but this was pretty scary. Dr. Sindhav asked me the same questions several times and couldn't seem to understand my response: " the breathing difficulty started a week ago. The cold symptoms started 3 days ago." That's it.She kept reversing them and asking the same question again. Then, with no tests, x-rays or anything, said it's"probably" allergies. She prescribed an inhaler and Prednisone. She also gave me a shot saying it would relieve the symptoms quickly. None of that did anything to help. 2 weeks later I did a call with another doctor. Same thing- gave me a bunch of drugs that did nothing. (Antibiotics and cough medicine). These were all guesses with zero testing. Now today I get a $420 bill just for that shot! 2 doctor visits, an injection and 4 prescriptions based on nothing but inaccurate hypotheses.i have no clue what the total cost was but I'm guessing in the$1000s. I suppose their medical service is okay, though it's often difficult to schedule an appointment within two weeks as an existing patient. You should also expect to spend at least 20 minutes waiting in an exam room before actually being seen by a doctor. However, let's talk about the main reason for the one star rating: their horrible billing department. Yesterday I had the pleasure of receiving a $20 bill from a collections agency. Yup. You read that right. TWENTY. DOLLARS. Honestly, the amount isn't what's upsetting. It's the fact that this was already paid that's truly ridiculous. This was a $20 copay that was due (and paid) at the time of service. So now I have to battle with a collections agency to get something that never should have been reported in the first place removed from my credit, which is damn near impossible. For $20. That was already paid. Nevermind the fact that I didn't receive any bills from ADC indicating I had a balance. I've been to several doctors in Austin and had copay mix-ups happen before. But they were instantly resolved and I've never once had anything sent to collections without notice. Absolutely avoid ADC at all costs. Recently saw Dr. Page and I have never felt more judged or dismissed by a Dr ever in my life. As an older Dr - he probably saw my tattoos and didn't bother to address my concerns. His nurse gave me attitude about not taking an at home covid test before coming in. I've been coughing for days, sore throat, runny nose and feel completely horrible. He went on a rant about not giving antibiotics, printed out some info on how not to cough and told me hopefully it would clear up in a couple of weeks. Very helpful considering I have a 5 month old baby at home and no one is sleeping due to my hacking cough. 10 out of 10 - would NOT recommend. Waste of a copay. read more

I went to this clinic on Monday 8/26 & as of Wednesday 8/28 the prescriptions I was told had been called in on Monday had not been called in. I went back to the clinic on Wednesday because you cannot actually speak to anyone there on the phone and told them I wanted the prescriptions so I could take them to the pharmacy myself. They tried to run me off by saying we send a message to the nurse to take care of it. I informed them 2 messages had been sent on Tuesday & 2 more had been sent on Wednesday morning one of which was sent by my ADC primary care's doctor office & no one had responded & i was not leaving until I had the prescriptions. They told me that would not be possible so I asked for the clinic manager & this changed their attitude. I arrived at 11:15 am & by 11:55 the nurse had come into the waiting room & showed me he was calling in the medicine. This is not customer service when you are prescribed antibiotics you are to start them at once & I could not start mine until Wednesday afternoon. I will never go to this clinic again. If you need urgent care you should try St David's Care Now clinics they are the absolute best. read more

It's like the McDonalds of health services. They want to treat you in 5 minutes, like a drive through service. They never read your chart history. I know because I am asked questions that would be impossible if they read my chart. They always recommend another specialty doctor and my questions are never answered. Dr. Dick Worrel is amazing. Not only does he care so much but he did not hesitate when we had a new baby. He showed up at the hospital with only hours of notice and then returned three times more before we left the hospital. We were only there two days! He insisted on extra bilirubin tests that the St. David's nurses kind of scoffed at. He wanted to be certain be had a perfect and healthy baby. He has integrity, you can't fake that. He continually reminds us of good parenting tips and funny enough we repeat his recommendations to our friends. He's viral, is the good way. Dr Worrel is the reason we go to ADC and we are glad he is a part of our family. read more

I often wonder if the doctors realize how terrible their support systems are? It's a real mess. 1. I've had appointments scheduled that were somehow made for the incorrect time/day/doctor. 2. When calling the office the phone system says to call 911 if you have an emergency. Then there's a menu option to speak to a nurse if you have an URGENT question. When I've needed it for an URGENT issue, the nurse who answers said she was only there to discuss emergencies and would not discuss urgent matters?? 3. More than once the reception desk has no one working (and people waiting). 4. There's an online portal, but if you don't login regularly, your account inactivated. Maybe my wife and I are odd for wanting to sent up a meeting with pediatricians prior to our child's birth. We've called Ms. Suffredini's office three times over the past few weeks to set up an appointment, and twice we've gotten a rather confused reaction and told that Ms Suffredini typically meets with folks once the child has been born. We've requested callbacks to set up an appointment, and each time we we've been told that someone will follow up. Still no call. The ADC-Cedar Bend used to be better, but is starting to decline. I recently went for a wellness/preventative care visit and because I mentioned that my ankle was sore and Dr. Truong spent about 30 seconds looking at it, they coded my visit differently and what should have been a "no out of pocket" cost visit became an over $250 visit (no x-rays for the ankle). I spent maybe 5 minutes with Dr. Truong total. My old doctor recently left the ADC for a different group that is a little further away. I will be making the extra drive to follow her to her new practice. I tried to stay with ADC due to the location, but it's not worth it. read more

Since 2007, I've taken my kids to the ADC Pediatrics, and on my most recent visit, the front desk staff was very obnoxious and loudly conversing and singing. I am aware that it is acceptable to converse while working, however the majority of us bring ailing children when we visit the doctor. It doesn't feel good if a doctor's office employee is laughing and singing while we aren't getting enough sleep and under stress from our child's illness. I requested my medical records be sent to a new medical provider after my primary care physician at Austin Diagnostic Clinic moved to a different city. I've already seen the new provider as I'm having some medical issues that need addressed, but they'd asked me to get my medical records transferred to them from Austin Diagnostic Clinic. This was a couple months ago. Today I've received a bill from Sharecare advising that I owed $13.52 for "materials cost pages" and "HIPAA labor". I originally requested the records transfer beginning of May 2022, now almost 2 months later I know why they weren't transferred. The Sharecare explanation letter that accompanied the invoice explained that when I requested the records that there was some fine print advising that payment was required before my records would be transferred! Seriously!!!! I'm sorry, this held up some medical attention, how on earth can they do this! If you want payment first send an invoice in a timely manner, not months later. Additionally, if you want payment for something like this upfront then bill me when I request it. This is just plain ridiculous, no common sense at all with whoever is establishing these procedures. I am not surprised that Austin Diagnostic Clinic would use a company like Sharecare that has such ridiculous operational procedures. Shame on Sharecare, shame on Austin Diagnostic Clinic. I am so glad I changed providers when my PCP moved, my new PCP is amazing in all ways. My daughter went in for her annual checkup (she has no medical conditions that need to be treated) and ADC billed my insurance company for both a well check and an office visit for the same appointment. The well check was covered 100% by our insurance ($171), but the office visit charge was not (and at the cost of $106, to be paid by me) No other information on the bill was provided. Very Disappointed. I have been going to ADC for 10 years for checkups and this is the first time this has happened to me or a member of my family. In the past, well checks were simple billed as well checks. Not sure why they started to double bill for the same appointment. It is a shame what this company turned into, but a pitiful excuse for a healthcare provider just doesn't describe it. First, doctors are leaving in droves. Over the last 2 years, we had letters notifying us of the next doctor's departure almost on monthly basis. Some are choosing to retire, others are going elsewhere, but the fact that the doctors are leaving should tell you something. Second, getting a hold of someone on the phone to schedule an appointment is nearly impossible. I spent hourS - not one, but multiple, trying to get through. Third, it's hard to imagine how incompetent the technology team is. Ability to schedule appointments online, and have electronic records in one place has been solved 10 years ago. Except for this place. The portal is of no use, when you send a message to the provider and receive a reply, no way of knowing that unless you login. Appointments for providers have be looked at by each doctor individually which means I have to try and go through 20 doctors to try and find a slot that's open, only to not find any, and then having to call in, waiting on hold for an hour, and then the person on the phone seeing all sorts of availability. Just an incompetent, pitiful excuse for a healthcare provider. My family and I have been going here for 16 years. Time to leave. read more

I have been trying since May 2023 to get an erroneous bill resolved. To make a long story short, there was a mistake on the paperwork which resulted in my children's well checks not being covered [they have always been covered in the 16 years I have been at ADC]. After getting no response from infinite voicemails left by both me and my doctor (now at another practice) to the business office manager AND that person's boss, the Regional Director, I went in-person to the administrative assistant to the CEO and explained the situation. She was very kind and assured me the mistake would be corrected ASAP. This resulted in a call back from the Regional Director, who explained her voicemail had been broken but that she would resolve the mistake. Unfortunately, it is now many weeks later, the issue is still not resolved, and the bill has been sent to collections. I needed to find a general practitioner to get a physical done for my new company's insurance discount, after asking several colleagues (no one lives on my side of town, apparently) I settled on Dr. Andre Chen with ADC. The office is large and there are various doctors that are a part of ADC. Why did I choose an Asian doctor? Who can say?! I was seen in a timely manner - Dr. Chen was helpful and really laid-back. They also do blood work in house so that is convenient. Dr. Chen called me with my results in less than two days and now I have a lower premium but also low iron. I guess I should really take that multi-vitamin. read more

The medical staff here is great. We loved Dr. Howard! But the administrative part is insufferable. Wait on hold for 30 mins to schedule an appointment, only to be transferred to pediatrics and have to wait another 30 mins. There is no way to call pediatrics directly. When we gave up and decided to go to another doctor, it took 5 phone calls and over a month to get our medical records. I ultimately had to find the company they outsource their medical records to because their own records phone number doesn't have a human answering the phone or even the ability to leave a voicemail or send an email. As always, the convenience and ability to get an appointment, especially after hours and weekends, goes a long way with ADC EasyCare. However, today, the doctor wasn't helpful at all. After seeing my dentist last week for a toothache combined with jaw pain, the pain remained in both sides of my jaw. Thinking I might have some sort of medical issue as opposed to a dental emergency, I made an appointment for EasyCare. As always, it was easy to get a same day visit. Today, I saw Dr. Naidu. And that's where the positives end. Dr. Naidu gave me a rushed exam. Heck, she didn't even shake my hand. After a cursory exam, she became focused on the idea that I have a TMJ issue and kept telling me to take ibuprofen and go see a dentist, even when I asked questions about the diagnosis. For all I know, she may be right and it may be a TMJ issue. But her rushed and dismissive manner doesn't inspire any confidence at all. I've had very good luck with the mid-level providers here. But my advice would be to avoid Dr. Naidu. Her bedside manner is better suited as a cashier in an express lane. Bluntly, if she was the only provider I had ever seen at ADC, I would not remain an ADC patient. Additionally, I'd note that Dr. Naidu really didn't pay much attention to what I've already been doing for self-care, so she basically recommended the same therapy (OTC ibuprofen) that I had already been doing. Because of her lack of solutions and her dismissive manner, I've already made a follow-up appointment with Dr. Joseph. Of course, I will be out a second copay, which doesn't help my feelings toward this entire situation. I'd also note that I was initially scheduled for Howard Baade, NP, and my appointment was changed to her. Because of this experience with Dr. Naidu, I am seriously considering finding a new medical home. This is NOT the Austin Diagnostic Clinic that my family and I have grown up with. read more

This is a review of Dr. Joseph. I went to see him because an acquaintance recommended him and I have to say it was a lousy, expensive experience. I should have known better when she said he put her on an anti-depressant and felt great. My chief complaints were: I was feeling extremely fatigued, couldn't sleep, and had a pain in my lower right abdomen. I explained that I thought my ferritin was low, and would like to have it checked. He declined my request, and said he would check it at my annual check-up. Which according to insurance was six months away. However, I have a PPO and having my ferritin levels checked in the past has never been an issue. Instead, he wrote me a prescription for an anti-depressant and Ambien. I didn't fill the anti-depressant because I didn't think I was depressed, but did fill the Ambien. interesting little pill, but I still woke up exhausted, and still had my lower right pain. So he sends me off to have a CTscan ( which was very expensive), and then told me everything looked "fine". Great. But...I didn't feel fine. On a fluke, I mentioned to my dermatologist that I thought my ferritin was low. She sent me down the hall to have my blood drawn and low and behold, my ferritin was a 7. So, thanks for the anti-depressant. That would have sure fixed me right up, Dr. Jospeh. My dermatologist gave me a prescription for Irospan, and I slowly started to feel better. As for the lower right pain, my pilates teacher said it was my psoas muscle, so I went to a physical therapist who agreed with the pilates instructor. I now know what a psoas muscle is, but I am pretty sure Dr. Joseph is still clueless, even though it is a part of the anatomy. I guess he didn't study that in medical school. ?? As for the sleeping issues, it was determined via a sleep study (not requested by him, but my new doctor) that I have sleep apnea, and neither an anti-depressant nor a sleep aid is going to fix that. Having a bad physician really makes one appreciate a good physician. So thanks, Dr. Joseph for helping me appreciate the good doctors I have now. read more

After working 15.5 hours yesterday, I woke up and got my son ready for his 24 month pediatrician's appointment which we made two months ago. I admittedly under estimated traffic. Called at 8:17 for an 8:20 appointment to let the office know I was stuck in traffic and to ask if I needed to reschedule. Waited on hold for 3 minutes to talk to someone in the pediatrics department after being transferred from the main operator. They said I had a 15 minute grace window and GPS put me at their office at 8:31 so I proceeded. Arrived and got to the desk at 8:33. I remember checking my phone bc I also had to pull up my son's insurance card. However, there was only one receptionist working the desk, and she was scheduling an appointment with a woman while a gentleman was patiently waiting behind her for his turn. I sat down with my son and waited. Another mother and her daughter arrived and joined the line. As the receptionist finished with the 1st woman in line, a second receptionist arrived. I checked in with her at 8:41 AM. She proceeded to take our information as well as my son's insurance card and handed me the questionnaire to fill out. I assumed she realized I had been waiting to check in and wasn't truly past the grace period as we had been sitting in their office. I walked with my son down the hall to the "well waiting room" and sat to fill out the paper. The same receptionist then appeared and stated that I was late and there is only a 10 minute grace period. The people I talked with on the phone aren't the same as in that office so I need to reschedule or come back at 11:20. Admittedly late, tired, emotional, and now frustrated, I apologized and reiterated that I had been within the 15 minute grace period that had been informed of when I called and had been waiting for 8 minutes at the reception desk to get checked in by their staff. She basically didn't care. I told her I would sit and wait until 11:20, but I was so upset I was tearing up. I called my husband and walked out. Forget compassion, where is the understanding? read more

I've never set foot in this place when I wasn't feeling like hammered shit. Considering that, I have to say that I've only had good experiences here, and I hope to have as few of them as possible in the future. I don't really have a primary care doctor, so this is where I come to cover all my basic medical needs. The doctors are always helpful and kind, I've never waited longer than 20 minutes, and I always sail out at the end of my appointment with the promise of a bill in the mail. The front desk staff is a little churlish, but if I had to put up with stick versions of me all day long, I'd be a flaming bitch, so I can't really blame them. My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Kimberly Albert at the ADC Far West Pediatrician's office since she was about 6 months old. This clinic is usually wonderful. The nursing staff are very kind and understanding. My daughter was sick on Columbus Day with what we thought was a cold. She wound up going back to the clinic twice as her symptons got much, much worse. The doctors and staff tried to make everything as easy as possible (X-ray of her lungs, finger prick, urine test, and blood drawn from her arm). They really are special people. read more

Dr. Albert is amazing!!! She is very knowledgable and caring, especially to new parents like my husband and I. Our newborn had a few health issues in the beginning but Dr. Albert was there every step of the way to get our baby back on the right track. We've called and spoke to the nurse a few times for questions/concerns about our baby and they got right back to us within 15 minutes each time. The office is great, they have a "well" room for healthy patients which I like because I had presumptions about the doctor's office being a germ-infested area that I didn't want my baby in. But this place is clean and I have no worries. The staff is also wonderful, from the front desk to the nurses I see every time we go in- I like the consistency, always familiar faces! I highly recommend this place to bring your children, my daughter will be coming here indefinitely! read more

I went through a few pediatricians with my first child and was pretty disappointed with what I found. Finally, a friend suggested Dr. Suffredini at ADC. It's so great to have a doctor that actually knows what's wrong with my kids! It seems that a lot of docs do a process of elimination giving different antibiotics 'in hopes' that it works. Not this lady...and thank God! She actually does her job. I have had a couple of incidents where it took a while for someone to answer, but I've always had a timely response to the on-call, after hour nurses, and I've ALWAYS gotten a last minute appointment if needed. In fact, one triage nurse talked to me for a long while about my sick son at 1am on a saturday night. The folks at check in are also very pleasant and the nurses are on point. read more

I am late in writing this review but I wish to share my bad experience at ADC Cedar Bend. I took my son to visit Dr. Mara Tache for his 9 month well visit and this was our first visit to the facility as we recently moved from another state. Though we shared the vaccination history, he was given an extra shot of Hep B which I found out myself after some time. Vaccination record was wrongly updated in the system by Dr. Mara Tache's nurse Amber. When I called the office and spoke with the nurse, she was completely unapologetic and she did not say sorry even once. She kept defending the act but did not take responsibility and I never got any call back from the office management. We stopped going to the facility in fear that this time it was just an extra shot, next time it might be something serious. read more

My son has been seeing Dr. Worrel at ADC since he was 4 months old. I only wish I had been taking him since the very beginning. Dr. Worrel may not have the warmest and fuzziest disposition, but he is friendly, cares for children, knowledgeable, and a straight shooter when asked questions. He has never hesitated to give me his honest opinion, but has never been condescending. His nurses are very caring and get the job done. The pediatric practice we came from provided us with basically a slick looking newsletter of information at every well check that was about 4 pages of information. ADC gave us a large packet of information that answered basically every single question I had been trying to wrangle from our first doctor since my son's birth (that she always answered with, "Every baby is different.") - we don't have family nearby, so we didn't have a lot of resources to lean on. Their voicemail system, IMO, is very efficient if you have a quick question for the nurse - there are 2 options, one if you need an immediate response, and another if you can wait a business day. I have always, without exception, had my call returned well within the specified time frame. The nurses are to the point and knowledgeable. If my son is really ill and his own doctor is unable to fit him in, ADC has always been able to fit him into another doctor's schedule that day, and every pediatrician we've seen has been kind, compassionate, and happy to help. Even their urgent care clinic is great! I've never felt unnecessary treatments or tests pushed on me. What really impressed me is when my son's occupational therapist needed a new diagnostic code from our developmental pediatrician from a specialized practice in town for my insurance - her office was not responsive to their requests, so they asked Dr. Worrel for the code, and he immediately sent them the information they requested. I would not hesitate to recommend ADC and Dr. Worrel, or really any of their pediatricians at this location. read more

We called and got a same day visit, Awesome! We arrived after a littel confusion about the location but the ladies at the front were very nice and understanding. The building was clean and fairly empty so I was only seated for a few minutes before getting called back. The tech was also very nice while I was filling out my paperwork and discussing the nature of my visit. Dr. Lin arrived and was very proffesional but to the point. I was in and out in 25 minutes prescription in hand, I started feeling much better within 24hrs of my visit and couldnt be happier read more
