I hate this so much that I've bought my last two cars from Carvana simply because I wouldn't have to speak to anyone. I find the stereotypical car-buying experience (new and, especially, used) to be unnecessarily stressful and taxing. Today, this has changed. When I found a slightly better deal locally than I did on Carvana, I took the plunge. From the beginning, Angela was super helpful and responsive. She didn't insist on talking on the phone and was happy to text details, which is infinitely more manageable during the workweek. When it came time to make the trek to Austin e Autos, Angela let me know that she would be off that day and handed off the deal to Isaac. Isaac is the best. Isaac put us through the paces of letting us test drive, then talking numbers. At no point did the numbers they advertised ever change. I came in with pre-approval through USAA, and they did not push me toward in-house financing. This has never happened to me before. They usually push that really hard. Once the numbers were agreed upon, we were handed over to Stephanie for the paper signing. This was equally painless, and there was no push to buy extended warranties, wheel insurance, GAP, etc, etc, etc. The numbers we discussed with Isaac were the exact numbers we signed off on with Stephanie. Incredibly painless, transparent, and honest process. My wife loves her car, and I am very impressed by the buying experience. If you're in the market for a used EV, look here first. All the stars. Thank you, Isaac, Angela, and Stephanie!

Just go to Hani and this is what you'll find! He LOVES cars, loves to find you the right one and is a prince. My 22 year old son found him on Craigslist, did his research and got the best car (in his price range) and is thrilled. As a mom, I wanted to go check everything out and was not disappointed. After speaking with Hani I had no reservations about buying one of his cars!

The body was in excellent condition in spite of its 18 year age. Even the Michelin tires 225 ZR-17 were either new or almost new with low miles on them. They were in excellent condition and with the highest speed rating available. This is a huge selling point for me. Go price these tires today and you will see they are very expensive and of great quality and safety. The leather interior was in exceptional condition as well. The engine had good power and the automatic transmission shifted smoothly as well. The automatic power top was not working at the time and this was not a critical item for me. I will fix it in due time. The ride was not as smooth as it could be and so I will replace the shocks and/or struts when time and money permits. This is my 3 used car purchase from Hani in over 20 years. He is an avid car enthusiast as I am. He always buys special and or unique cars e.g. some with immaculate leather interiors, all the repairs records and/or with OEM books, new or almost new matching tires, very fast cars with Turbos or superchargers, sporty, luxury, or both. Any used car we buy will always need additional work, maintenance, parts, etc. But, in my experience with Hani's cars, he has been very successful in acquiring cars with a lot of potential. And, his prices have always been extremely competitive and more than fair and reasonable. When buying used cars, it is always "caveat emptor" (Let the Buyer beware). That is Latin and legal terminology used when purchasing used homes and/or cars, etc. It is our job as Buyers to examine the products and to decide whether or not we are willing to accept the flaws and or issues along with its great selling points as well of any used property we purchase without any warranties whatsoever.

My service advisor Rafael Montalvo was on point with everything I needed done to the vehicle. The Technician that was putting in the covers on my seat and mat on the floor Kevin greeted me. I asked the technician a few questions before he took my car to get work on he answered my questions but also he assured me that he will take care of my car like his own and I really like that response. Overall I am satisfied with my service, and I highly recommend my fellow friends, workers and family in the Austin area to come here. Would give zero stars if that was an option…read more The used car side of this dealership is as shady as the day is long. A month ago, we visited to inspect a Corolla that was advertised on their website as in excellent condition. However, upon closer inspection, we discovered that the photos on the website had been manipulated to hide the fact that the roof paint was mostly missing and the bumper was severely damaged. Last weekend, we returned to look at another Corolla, made a deal, and paid for the car. Throughout the transaction, our salesperson, Kemy, kept contradicting himself about certain details and making commitments about the car's repairs. He repeatedly promised to provide us with a copy of the "we owe" items that would be fixed before the vehicle was delivered on Monday, but he never did. There were some marks on the roof paint that Kemy claimed he had shown to the service team, who assured him that "it was just gunk that would be buffed out." I also pointed out some tire damage and he stated that the "tires would be replaced." I'm using quotes here because I was taking notes as he was explaining these details to us. On Monday, when the car was scheduled for delivery after service and detailing, I attempted to get an ETA several times, but Kemy didn't call me back until after 6pm. He informed me that a part for the recall was not in stock and had to be ordered. He said that the part would be delivered on Wednesday and the car would be detailed and delivered then. Since I wasn't available to take delivery on Wednesday, I requested delivery on Thursday and was assured that it would happen. Kemy called me at 9:30am on Thursday, claiming he was taking the car out of service and to detailing, and that it would be ready for delivery within a couple of hours. This was unusual because he had previously informed me that the car would be out of service on Wednesday and ready for delivery. I texted him about the replacement tires, but I didn't receive an immediate response. Last night at 6:30pm, he called me again, repeating his earlier statement that he was taking the car from service to detailing. He also mentioned that two bad tires had been replaced. He assured me that my car would be delivered last night. Meanwhile, I received a voicemail from an unknown number. It was clearly a butt dial of two men, one of whom I recognized as Kemy. They were discussing finding a replacement vehicle. I'm still unsure if they were talking about my car and haven't received an explanation for why this other salesperson named Chris had my number in his phone and accidentally called me. Half an hour later, Kemy called again from his cell phone, but it wasn't him. It was his sales director, Kevin, calling on Kemy's phone. Kevin asked me for an explanation of the situation and I provided him with a detailed account of everything that had transpired up to that point. Kevin apologized for Kemy's lack of communication and explained that the car was not ready for delivery. He gave me his cell phone number and informed me that the car would be taken to detailing at 9am today when they opened and delivered to me immediately afterward. He promised to call me at 10am today with an update. No call at 10, so I called him at 10:30. He said that the car was still in the service department getting some filters replaced and not in detailing, as he had promised me last night. Kevin assured me that the car would be delivered by the end of business today. Kevin and I discussed the "we owe" items after we bought the car last Saturday. I had requested copies of the document from Kemy multiple times throughout the week, but we weren't provided with a copy at the dealership. I kept a list of the items on my notes app as we discussed them with Kemy, and Kevin asked for a screenshot, which I provided. Kevin informed me that we weren't promised hubcaps and that only one tire had been replaced. He also claimed that the paint anomalies on the roof were scratches through the clearcoat and that they couldn't do anything about them. These were all blatant lies from Kemy. At that point, I demanded a complete refund and will be taking my business elsewhere. Earlier today, I left a voicemail for the general manager, Steve Riddick, but I haven't heard back from him.
