No 'pods' where cold air seeps in which means you stay warm throughout the float. The gentleman who assisted me was knowledgeable and friendly walking me through all of the services offered at this location. They are also open pretty late, 9:30 I believe. If you're looking to try float therapy, highly recommend this location.

The front desk gentleman on the phone CONFIRMED the complimentary day passes with tour and so we went. I mentioned we're from Houston and may want to come up every month since some work is around here in Austin. After tour, the agent Jordan asked if we were from Houston for clarity and told us about the packages they offered. She stated there was no day passes and needed to pay $35 pp to use sauna and plunge, instead of $65 pp. I told her that I called earlier today and she stated "no. Maybe a year ago, we offered it but not now" I felt like they told me anything to come by and then try to sell us up. Not a place I'd want to spend money on if they were to lie to clients just to have them come from afar.

I enrolled in a yoga training expecting a supportive, professional learning environment. Instead, I left feeling unheard and unsupported during one of the most difficult periods of my life, when I was caring for an infant and a young child while also grieving the loss of my adopted mother. Throughout the training, there were multiple occasions where it felt like students were left to fend for themselves instead of receiving the guidance and support I expected from a professional training program. One experience that particularly stood out was when we were told that the students needed to organize our own practice sessions together. There was no virtual option offered and no meaningful support or structure to help us study and practice as a group. I expected the instructors to facilitate more of the learning experience rather than placing that responsibility on the students. I was also told that I would receive a refund for the training. However, instead of receiving the support I had been led to expect, I experienced a phone conversation that left me feeling shamed and dismissed. During that conversation, I was told that I "needed state services," which I found hurtful and unrelated to the concerns I was raising. Rather than addressing my concerns about the training, I felt that my personal circumstances were used to undermine my perspective. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience. I believe wellness professionals should treat clients with compassion, respect, accountability, and professionalism, especially when concerns are raised. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Sure, Mark (co-founder) has no idea who I am--I've only taken his class once--but that single experience left a lasting impression. I attended his Saturday Bhakti Service: Flow, Meditation, and Sound, an 80 min class that collaborates an intentional vinyasa flow practice with mindfulness. For "busy" folks who struggle to slow down or are close-minded, this class (and maybe even this style of practice) might not be for you. As Mark's fists say, he certainly is a "GURU." He guides his class with intention and power, while also subtly weaving in his musical talents, playing several instruments and even singing, in a way that feels genuine and somehow not cringe. The class is structured, yet somehow freeing. Mark allows you to set your own pace during sun salutations, which feels like pure magic. The experience made me feel grounded and safe. I could have cried with how deeply content my soul felt. BONUS: If you love dogs, you'll probably find Mark's extremely well behaved mini doodle, Mai, practicing her down dog. Not huge, but cozy. The class started on time and the instructor took us through a well sequenced flow. It was powerful but far from overwhelming. The studio was supposed to be heated, but it's possible I was not near enough to an infrared light which kept me from getting a sweat in. After the class was over, the instructor invited me to join a small group for a Barton Springs plunge. Really appreciated the community building outside of class! Also Imwas disappointed in the wellness class that was for 30 min. I could lean much more from a book. It was really a joke. She was nice but nice didn't cut it.
