PROs: In general, the staff members are pleasant and amiable, and about 85% of them possess a good understanding of the machines and products whenever I have inquiries. The rooms are consistently clean and well-equipped with necessary items such as towels... CONs: The temperature of the rooms (or perhaps the entire building) is excessively cold at all times. This has been a persistent issue for the past two years (approximately). I have brought up this matter to the staff during the COVID period, once the business was allowed to reopen its doors, up until the present year (2024). Additionally, room number 5 is an extremely popular choice, so I highly encourage if it would be possible to consider adding another room, specifically for standing spray tanning? Even when you make an appointment, it's quite inconvenient to wait in line just to use room number 5. Having another dedicated room for this purpose would be absolutely fantastic. I have never encountered any issues with the other rooms or beds. I have been a loyal customer for nearly 12 years, starting from your Los Gatos location until its closure, and then I shifted to the Camden location. read more

The girls working the front desk at the Camden salon are way more friendlier than the girls that work at the blossom hill location. I use to love going to the blossom hill location until recently when they reopened after COVID 19 restrictions. Also my bed at the blossom hill location shut down Randomly, like the power completely went out. It took 10 mins to get the bed back on and it happened to multiple beds in the salon. The Camden location may be smaller but so far I have had an overall good experience at this location. read more

The hours on Yelp + the website really need to be updated. I drove here today because Yelp says they're open from 10-2, which they were previously because I would tan here on Sundays. Their "winter hours" now say they'll be closed on Sunday. Next closest location is Los Gatos or Willow Glen, but Los Gatos closed down and Willow Glen has been closed on Sundays. I try calling Campbell, Blossom Hill and even Sunnyvale a couple times to see if they're open today and no one picked up even though Yelp also says they're open from 10-2, and I'm not about to spend my Sunday driving around and wasting gas just to see if these locations are open today. Corporate should have sent out an email to client notifying us of any changes in hours/days they'd be open. It's really disappointing that I can't use my membership when I want. read more

We are members and always go to Campbell location where the girls are always so sweet and helpful beds and clean and it is not 100 degrees in the store. Decided today since we were close to try this location AWFUL! The girl working was the rudest person I've ever dealt with my bed was not clean and it couldn't have been hotter in there... will never be back I know they will still get the money regardless but at least at Campbell location your treated differently had I come here first my membership would have been canceled read more

Enough beds and no wait time. The cute girl (Jaimie) at the front got me a great deal on spray tans and the membership is a good value if I lived in the area. I didn't feel pressured to buy lotions or get anything that wouldn't help me. I would come back for the neat, clean, atmosphere, and courteous staff. I wish the music was a little more current. I belonged to Australian Tan just for a month before the shutdown and want to review the Corporate Customer Service. After relocating I needed to cancel my membership. I mailed in the cancellation form but wanted to make sure it was being processed. I used the online chat feature and within a few minutes the employee was kindly able to assist me and confirm my membership was being cancelled. Normally the staff is very capable but this evening there was a staff member that clearly needs to be trained how to manage a busier evening. I give her credit to spending time with who was obviously a new member, but with 3 people waiting in the room to be checked in, including a gentleman waiting for 30 minutes, the girl could have very easily checked in the guests and gone back to answering every question the new member may have. Myself and another guest walked out after not being acknowledged by the girl at the front. I've seen other staff better manage this situation, so I would recommend better training for the woman you had working this evening. Personally I would have offered the girl quickly check in the guests while I had more questions. read more

I went in Yesterday morning before work. The 2 ladies who were working the front were very sweet. I signed up for a monthly package which they were running a promotion on (upgrades for spa stuff, % off lotions, tanning upgrades, I was stoked). The Salon itself was extremely neat and clean. my bed I choose was a stand up all the way in the back. I walked by every open room and every single room was clean and ready for use. cleanliness is a huge importance to me. So glad to see them taking it so seriously. 5 outta 5. Initially I thought this location was okay but that Covid cleanliness practices are insufficient between clients. They do not clean door handles and only the bottom of tanning bed. Furthermore when there is a line of customers waiting they do not take customers in the order in which they arrived and signed in. Today I came in and was told the wait would be 30 mins. The girl at the desk said she would not put anyone before me if I left and came back so I waited in my car instead of with three other customers who were waiting in the entrance. I came back 25 mins later and she said the person in the level 5 bed (they only have one) would be done in just a few mins. A few seconds later a man emerges from another room and says his bed won't work so she tells me I have to wait another 15 mins. Wtf? She claimed he was ahead of me but he was not waiting when I first arrived. I saw the customers waiting for the level 5 bed. There is only one level 5 bed so if the bed he paid for was not working, that's not my problem and she shouldn't bump me back in the line. Extremely poor customer service and unsafe practices. read more

Just disappointed by how rude I was treated today. I called and asked if I needed a apt and was told no I could just walk in. So I did, a young girl greeted me and asked something about my membership. I said no I'm here for the first time, I just moved to the are, but I have tanned before. She handed me pricing sheet for memberships. I said I was just looking for single use, she rolled her eyes at me and said "honesty you won't see a difference from just one use, you need a spray tan" I know my body and I've done single use tans before to get just a shade darker before an event. So again after telling her that, I asked how much it is for my to tan once. She rolled her eyes AGAIN and told me it was going to be like $34 for 1 time so I might as well get a membership. So I was like ok well then how much is just a spray tan? A THIRD time she rolled her eyes at me!!! I just left I was so mad!! I would have probably gotten the spray tan but she was being so rude I left!! I could not believe how I was treated just for asking simple questions!! I've left other review for Tammi g salons and gave 5 starts, but this place deserves a 1star for horrible customer service!! It's a shame read more

A little disappointed ...I have been a customer for years and decided to come to this Camden location, walked in and there is nobody present .. the bell rings to notify them that there is a customer and yet still nobody approaches the front office. I stood in the front for 5 min, opening and closing the door again for the bell to go off to notify someone is there thinking maybe they just didn't hear it. However, instead I see tanning lights from the bed to go on . All I have to say is they care more about getting their own personal tanning on then customer service .and they should be very cautious cause someone who could've easily robbed their register since there was nobody managing the front. I also dislike the fact they don't have any seating in the front office, music playing or mirrors in the tanning rooms... they really need to up the attention to detail at this location and get more staff . read more
