This place is wonderful! The service is great, the techs are all great, and I leave there feeling amazing!

I'm surprised it took me so long to leave a review when I've been coming here since they opened. This is my go-to nail salon for pedicures and I recommend it to everyone. They are always very friendly and accommodating for a walk-in appointment. The salon is hygienic and clean. They also have a very nice selection of gel polish colors, especially cateye colors. I recently had an ingrown toenail (my first ever in 33 years) after my latest visit but the owner was quick to help communicate this with the nail tech doing my pedicure so it doesn't happen again. This made me feel very understood and respected as a regular customer here. The owner also tries to remember the regulars at the salon and always offer a warm welcoming, which is very nice of her. They offer a discount for cash payments, but also accept Venmo (even for tips) while credit card has a small charge. I think their prices are very reasonable and definitely cheaper than the last salon I went to before switching to Pedi Nail Lounge. There is a large shared parking lot in front so plenty of parking nearby. I also like that there is a coffee shop (Blvd coffee), food spot (Chispiro's) and Lucky Grocery store right next door that makes the location extremely convenient for me. 5/5 , definitely recommend if you're looking for a new nail salon read more

I initially came in for an acrylic set on my hands and gel on my feet. I forgot the name of the lady who did my toes, but I want to give a special thank you to Kim who did an excellent job on my hands. With her recommendation, I opted for gel on my hands as well. I left, and I was not so satisfied when I noticed one of my nails looked like it was lifted. I called them back and kindly asked if there was something they could do for me, since I will be out of state and cannot fix my nails when I leave. They got me in quickly and Kim, with a lot of kindness and understanding, fixed the nail for me. I couldn't be happier, not because my hands had already looked so nice and the shape was perfect, but Kim and the management really went out of their way until I felt 100% satisfied. BEST. NAILS. EVER. I can't even begin to say how amazing this place is! The women working here are so incredibly kind, hard working, accommodating, and extremely talented at what they do. The salon itself is very cute and clean and they are very hospitable, offering little water bottles to you when you sit down. I came with my best friend because we wanted some cute nail art, and they shocked me with just how above and beyond they were. They took our highly labor intensive requests and did an amazing job! They made sure everything was perfect and to my liking even after the salon closed for the day. The materials themselves are also really high quality, and they have so many tools to make really cool designs! My artist, Ana, was an absolute angel the whole time and replicated my request perfectly. She even added some 3D elements to my design! Another worker, Mai, was our greeter and my friends artist and did amazing as well. I've never felt so welcome and accommodated at a salon. I didn't get what I wanted at all. The nail tech was very sweet, but I was really unhappy with how my nails turned out. They're shaped unevenly, not straight, and overall just look off -- especially for the price I paid. I even pointed out that one of the Gel X nails was applied crooked, and I was told it was just the way my finger was. I've been here twice and will keep coming back. I know I have reviewed other salons here on Yelp, but I think I have finally found the right one for me. This salon is small which is part of its appeal to me. All of the employees are friendly and very attentive. I've gotten a gel manicure done by Anna both times and she has done a beautiful job! I have shown her a picture of what I would like, and she has matched it. As others have said, Mai is very conscientious and makes sure everyone's needs are being cared for, while keeping a very clean salon. Popped in while waiting for another appointment in the area, the shop was busy but they made an appointment for us. When we returned we were greeted and seated immediately. My husband was treated to a pedicure and I did a full set with design. There was a bit of a communication error on the shape I wanted my nails, I actually had to find a picture online to break the communication barrier. The service is why I'm giving it 5 star... At first when I came I had requested dip, not knowing it wasn't going to lengthen my nails. I was working from my phone and didn't realize so it was my fault. When I finished the quality of the nails were not good but again this was most likely because I had really short nails and also because I wasn't paying attention. Been going here for the last two sessions of getting my summer nails! I love Vivian so much, and I will always book my sessions with Vivian only. The reason is because not only she is so meticulous in doing my nails, but she is also very nice! Not so much talking, I mean small talk is fine, but too much small talk for me just overwhelming. The other thing that I appreciate is they really make their best to keep the salon very clean. One time I saw a customer couldn't stop coughing, and she provided mask, water, and even lysol spray for the sake of others customers' sanity. I've came here two more times since my first visit earlier in the summer. Both times I was seen by Vivian! The first time I asked for mint green French tips with a V shape on the bottom instead of the regular French tips (see photo). This was something Vivian had never done before, but she was determined to give the design I had asked for. It took a few tries but she eventually got it! I really appreciated how she took her time, kept trying and didn't give up! (I feel like other nail salons would've said "we can't do that design, sorry"). The next time I went, I wanted sparkly silver French tips since I was getting ready to see Beyoncé's Renaissance concert at Levi's stadium. I showed a few pictures of what I had in mind to Vivian. Since the salon has many sparkly polishes to choose from, Mai came to our station and suggested the one I decided on getting because she knew it would look nice & shiny in the sun. I sat in that chair for 2 hours to get up, completely disappointed with the results. She kept asking me if the line was straight and I kept telling her no and after about 4-5 times of her redoing it I figured she didn't know what she was doing , so I just stopped correcting her and sat there disappointed. I reviewed Yelp and based on the reviews I decided to try Pedi Nail Lounge. The ladies are very welcoming, friendly and very attentive. The salon is bright, welcoming, and very clean. I have no complaints with my regular place but wow, what quality and service. Kim was amazing, she really took her time. I had an acrylic fill and usually I am in and out in about 25 mins, and it took nearly an hour here. Not a complaint, the extra time was so worth it. Kim's attention to detail is not something I have encountered before, she did a beautiful job. The prices are very fair and competitive with other salons, and parking is very easy. I call Mai to make an appointment with her for mani+pedi. She says next available is at 1pm. She comes highly recommended so I drive nearly half an hour to arrive at 1pm. Upon entry, I see all the chairs are full. She asks if I can wait 10 min? I say sure thinking someone is finishing up, then she quickly says ok 10-15min... I see her go and START someone's pedicure, and now I am wondering if 10, 10-15 min will be 30 min. I also see 2 people come in after me take the chairs that empty and get their service done while I continue to wait.. 35 minutes later, one of her workers starts my pedicure. They don't communicate someone else will do the work, which is unprofessional but also I'm picky so appointments with specific people are something I seek. One of Mai's girls does my pedicure. It's fine. Mai does my hands. She is nice. They turn out fine. As she does my nails, Mai says there was a mistake by one of her girls and she got double booked. Why the low rating? The person she STARTED the pedicure on at 1pm was seemingly a regular who walked in just before me. There was no miscommunication. The woman stated on her way out, "thank you so much Mai for taking me! I promise I'll make an appointment next time!!" which tells me she walked in without an appointment and instead of telling her no, she took her and made me wait. I had to ask my husband to take our twins to their doc appt because I wouldn't make it back in time. This was not ok, but I was now heading back in traffic so I knew I wouldn't make it in time. My nails were fine in the end: manicure + dip was $50 and pedicure was $30. She took $10 off for making me wait. I tipped $15 and left. Despite Mai coming highly recommended, I don't have time to waste waiting around for salons that don't honor their appointment times and seemingly lie about it after. She is very nice, and I wish her the best... just needs to focus on time management and honoring appointments. read more

Decided to treat myself for a mani/pedi and found this place on Yelp. Called to get a same day appointment and Mai was able to accommodate me within the hour without hesitation. The salon itself is small, yet very cozy, calm, and modern. Mai and her staff are so nice and very attentive! She had a few regulars come by during my time there, and you can truly tell she cares about her customers. I got a dip manicure from Terra and she was amazing. PRICE Fairly priced services here. I generally go for just a polished manicure and $25 is so reasonable for the level of detail and paint job I get. Same goes for their pedicure options! I've been to places that charges $70+ which is absurd. I don't need all the fluff. AMBIANCE Small and intimate, but not loud. I love that it's not a hustle and bustle type of place. I love when I'm getting these treatments and it feel serene and not chaotic. That's what this place is, even on their busy days. SERVICE The owner is attentive and sweet. Professional and friendly!
