I was shopping around for a new car. I decided on a 2026 CX5. The salesmen were very helpful, friendly and happy that I was finding my new car. The problem, which I regret, is that I was not thrilled with the color. It was ok. But wasn't dazzled. They did not rush me, in fact, I would have gone forward with the sale, but Camryn said I should think about it and make sure. I should have stayed with him. I ended up by sheer coincidence, at Mcgee Mazda where they had the color I wanted and purchased a car from them. They get NEGATIVE 10 stars. (won't go into details here unless someone asks) I let Autex know that I purchased the car, I felt guilty because they were so nice. I got a text back saying they were sorry they couldn't source out the car I wanted but if I ever needed anything let them know. I was unsure if my being upset with Mcgee was valid, (I was very angry) so I still contacted Autex and asked questions. They were thoughtful and honest with me even though I didn't end up buying a car through them. Mazda Customer care center told me I needed a software update done at the dealership. Since my experience with Mcgee was so bad she made my appointment with Autex. They were fantastic. They told me a lot about all the things my new car could do that I was never told by my salesman. They were just great. next new car is definitely coming from Autex, and I recommend them whole heartedly. I never felt pushed to make a sale, and I feel like they do care about their customers. read more

I really want to like these guys. I do. And ive tried so many times now. They are doing so many things right. Clean , organized, the video are great, they wash your car, they provide door to door lifts. And after multiple experiences now, i find myself giving up on them. I identify the problem as the branch manager. He obviously has some unresolved trauma that he hasnt processed. Personal, but unfortunately it comes out on the customer. Honestly its so easy. The customer is always right. Treat your customers with respect and kindness and provide exceptional service. Its amazing that something as simple as that cant be executed. I guess people would rather deliver to their ego and pride than make money by delivering great customer service. This review is for the service section of autex keene. (Repairs) People pretend like they want to be rich, but from the behaviour of autex Keene s management i see that there is actually something some individuals prize more than gold: their own ego. read more

Bought a car from them a year ago now. was never told the car was in a significant accident. the car has been to the garage 20 times this year with the issue never being resolved. Originally brought it to Autex who had an un certified staff diagnosing the problem. this has been a constant issue and hasn't gone away since I bought it. $10,000 spent in repairs and Autex was clear that they did not need to provide warranty's in NH. not covered under lemon law due to no factory warranty at purchase. I've brought it to a VW dealer over 10 times and it's been there for 2 weeks because they can't figure out the issue. I would never buy a car from Autex or a used car in NewHampshire period. Consumer protection laws favor the dealer and not consumer, so these dealers cannot be trusted. 2017 Vw Spartwagon with only 40,000 miles when purchased. So far it's been 20,000 of frustration, concerns and thousands of dollars worth of work. read more

Let me describe my very disappointing experience with Autex this summer. I had done my homework and knew what the used car I test drove should be going for. I had a maximum price I was prepared to spend, which was right in the middle for for a reasonable price for both buyer and seller. Additionally, they charge nearly $500 for the "administration fee" which is essentially pure profit for any dealership on top of the retail price. First, the layout of the office (newly constructed) offers absolutely no privacy when having any type of discussion, including pricing and finance. The tables are just a few feet apart and no private offices and anybody can listen in. Second, the "Sales Consultants" are anything but that, they should instead be called "Customer Service Agents." At least the person I had, Steve, said he does not get involved with price negotiation. It simply indicated to me either Steve was too new for management to let him get involved in any pricing (doubtfully) or they simply did not trust him with negotiating. Very bizarre to say the least. So, Steve coordinated the test drive and answered questions about the car, then the next stage was being met by the Mark, the business manager, who upon first appearance, I thought he drifted in from the service department. He immediately and only pushed what the financing price would be (another way for them to make profit) and I told him we would be paying "X" and it would be cash. After disappearing behind the counter to whisper to Gretchen, the General Sales Manager, she reappeared, didn't even bother to introduce herself or sit down and simply stood over and handed me a written down figure which was only $200 off the resale price! I was incredibly insulted and told her "thank you" and got up and left. Steve later texted me to say that Autex is known as being competitive on their used cars, blah, blah, blah which merely translates to the fact they are not interested or willing to take anything but a silly token amount off the car. Oh, it is important to know that the car had been sitting on the lot for eight weeks when I test drove it and it then sold over eight weeks later. They were clearly not interested in selling it. Do yourself a favor, take the time to travel to another dealership. read more

Autex Mazda made the car buying experience stress free. I am from NH but live in MA and they handled everything to ensure my car was properly registered and insured in MA with zero hassle or inconvenience. They called my insurance company themselves to make the transfer, handled the plates, and offered me a fair trade in value for my old vehicle. My salesperson Hunter was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He went over the car features before a test drive and again once I made my selection. Hunter even went the extra mile to remove my child's car seat and install it in the new vehicle. Mark was super personable and made the financing portion a breeze. I didn't feel like anyone was trying to oversell us or make us buy things we didn't need. Autex was so good I drove the car off the lot! I can't recommend them enough. read more

Brought a Ford Expedition here after a radiator hose burst on the high way. I pulled in with fumes coming from under the hood hoping they would take me. Not only did they take us, they let my family and dogs hang out in the service center while they quickly triaged and fixed the broken part. Very grateful for their hospitality and professionalism. Amazing dealership, no pressure/relaxed environment and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kyle and Nate worked hard to find the best financing for my poor credit. My cosigner lives in Mass and they drove all the way there and back just to have her sign papers for 10 minutes! They also drove 2 hours to pickup my trade-in vehicle and leave me a very nice loaner car until I could pickup my new car. These guys go above and beyond to help and accommodate you! I was recently interested in a 2017 White Mazda3 with 50k miles priced online at 14,600 before fees. I attempted to "buy from home" with Gretchen. The next morning Serena called me to submit a credit application which contains social security personal reference information. I submitted it at 3:30pm. I got a notification that inquiries to my credit file were made at 6pm that same afternoon. The next day, Kyle, the Sales Manager, messaged me and confirmed that I would speak with Mark, the Business Manager, at 10:30am about financing. At 10:25am Kyle messages me back to tell me THE CAR WAS SOLD YESTERDAY AFTERNOON. So, not only did Kyle run a credit inquiry knowing the car was sold, but now I've experienced multiple banks running inquiries. Kyle, the Sales Manager and Mark, the Business Manager, assumed I'd be interested in other cars and went ahead and shared my personal information with other lenders. Kyle told me so himself. My finance brought her car here for a routine inspection and they supposedly found $1200 worth of problems with her car ranging from the muffler to the struts. Since the car was totally quite and had a smooth ride, I had my doubts. We brought it to a second garage and didn't mention what autex had supposedly found. When they finished the inspection the technician told us that there was ablsolutly nothing wrong with any of the things that autex had failed her for the previous day. Moral of this storey is that these guys are out to pull a fast one over on women, and are totally untrustworthy and dishonest. read more

Well, they are great on providing any type of assistance when you are interested in buying a vehicle from them, BUT when you purchase the vehicle and need or have additional questions afterwards, their customer service really sucks. Or even the seller "Donald" who was a great sales person, good rapport built up during the purchase process, but a month after I had a question and it took weeks to get a response and its been a month to get a simple paperwork from them. Not quite nice to customers who need help (legally) , they are only interested in people buying from them, again, they will accommodate you in order for you to feel special. Not really worth the trip if you live hours away. read more

First off, we don't own a Mazda, so we can't comment on some aspects of this operation. But -- on others, we want to report our experiences, which have been very good. As recommended by our mechanic, these folks do undercoating for all makes of cars and trucks, and we had that done for three of ours. The work was done thoroughly, quickly and apparently effectively (as far we we can tell). And the price was better than several options we examined. Also, they were very pleasant people to deal with at all levels. They do repairs and maintenance on a variety of makes and not just Mazdas; I'd say they deserve a try. Called the Parts Dept for a routine search to get enigne seals for my 98' Protege- the serviceperson indicated they could ship to a nearby town, then asked if he could "call me back" with the quote before locating the parts. I needed to get my passenger side rear-view mirror replaced after it was broken in DC the day before leaving for Vermont. Called Rosenthal in Arlington, Pacifico in Philly, Mount Laurel, and the dealers in Pittsfield and Saratoga, and Autex. Autex was the only one that I called that was able to address this situation in a sensible, reasonable and timely manner. The part came in the day after I called. When I arrived at 2:30 on New Year's Eve afternoon, they said the repair would take about an hour. They drove me to the Elm Street Brewing Company so I could get lunch which they worked on the car. Just about hour later to the minute, they called to say the car was ready. They picked me and took me back. The car was washed too. Another bonus was that there was no sales tax which was particularly helpful since this repair cost over $600. The next time I'm in New England, I will go out of my way to stop by to have my car serviced here because I've never had an experience like this before. read more

My family went to Autex Mazda of Keene this morning (10/14/17) to support my daughter, a veteran, in purchasing a new vehicle. She had made an appointment with salesperson Gretchen for 10 am. We were prompt and excited. Gretchen was rude, inattentive, and obviously lacking in salesperson social skills. She also assumed that "Dad" was making the purchase; WRONG. Another person named Tim came over to my family and was insulting and berating, very abrasive as well. We wondered if we were on a hidden camera show as we were the only customers there and thought maybe it was a joke. Anyway, we went to Toyota and she purchased a brand new Toyota, drove it off the lot to go to work. Our experience at Toyota Volvo of Keene was the complete opposite of Autex Mazda of Keene. I bought my 2016 CX 5 Grand Touring vehicle from Autex, but after today I will NEVER go back. My favorite salesman Donald Class is no longer there; without him there Autex is classless. I went to this establishment to purchase a car, but the first thing they did was ask how much money I had. Then when the first salesperson left for a second the other one jumped on me like a vulture and asked me again about how much money I had. I was per approved for a loan, but before they would even discuss a car they wanted me to fill out a credit application and then took my other one which was for any dealership and walked away with it. Then I went to get my stuff back and the manager starts yelling at me. Really the worst experience I've ever had with salespeople. Rude as hell and they lost a sale. I purchased a used vehicle from AUTEX MAZDA, my credit suffered after my husband went on disability and they were stating they could get you into a vehicle. Well I found a 2007 CX7 Mazda and went for a test drive the front end was shimming. I brought the car to my husband to look at and in the meantime he had spoken to the salesman and stated if I purchased the car they would extend the warranty for two years. Hmm sounds pretty good but the front end shimmies. Oh if we fix that will you purchase good deal, not so good credit and 2 years extended warranty. Well went to finance dept and signed papers that he went thru so fast I didn't have time to read. Well a month and 27 days later engine light goes on, bring it in not covered under warranty oh and you need tyrods not covered either. So I call my husband and told him what happened he then goes and looks at the paperwork and says did you know you paid $2173.00 for extended warranty and also they charged you $267.00 administration fees. I was totally devastated, no money to fix the vehicle and just 1 month 27 days old. OMG. I did call made a rucus and they said they would replace the tyrods for free but I would have to pay for the and I'm not sure of the acronym but something like EBT Oxygen/Gas Sensor or valve and that would be over $400.00 but we'll pay for labor. I hate these people and now I am thinking of getting some women together and picket for the sake of all women. READ, READ, READ, don't let those smiles and promises get to you like me. I had always wanted a Mazda 6 and I finally got one. I regret buying this car. Amongst other issues with it, it smells like rotten eggs and has since the beginning (mind you, I bought this car brand new). The service at this dealership sucks. They hound and hound when they think you are interested in buying a vehicle, then after they got you, they are non existent. I replied to one of the many emails they sent on buying voicing my dissatisfaction with this vehicle and never have had a response, just more emails about purchasing a car. Then I get a generated email from the service department stating that although I am not a customer, feel free to use their department. HELLO, I bought my car there! Shame on them for not knowing their customer base. I'll never go back! The staff doesn't have any personality, especially Gretchen. If you are thinking of buying a Mazda, do elsewhere or don't purchase one at all. read more
