They dropped the ball and did not put an inspection sticker on our Jeep when we had it done. We noticed it later when a NH State Trooper spotted it. We had to have it redone in order to meet the law. It passed again. I contacted them Saturday and then again this morning and again this afternoon. They did not respond to my questions. They have absolutely poor service and treat their customers like dirt! SHOULD BE NO STAR! read more

Jeep Wrangler 4XE are very fickle vehicles that do not work as intended in the New England climate. On a most recent service the oil change light was not turned of and I found out all 4 shocks were blown and defect and the vehicle would not pass it's safety inspection. Parts were to be ordered in a week, and I requested to be emailed as soon as that occured. A month later no email. Finally they confirmed they had the parts but it would be 10 days or longer to install them, even after waiting 5 weeks for my vehicle to be repaired by warranty. After several emailed Jeremiah the srvice manager has determined that my vehicle will not be fixed by the dealership after no effort has been made to them to fix it, nor would they confirm a date & time. The reason is that if you are not happy with a lack of service at this dealership you are not welcomed as a customer. The vehicle has 4 blow shocks since the 4XE Jeep was poorly enginerred and it will not pass safety inspection. For 5 weeks I've had to drive under this condition and zero effort to assist in anyway was made by the dealership. Very odd, but this is what this dealership seems to be about. Another note is that they suggest leases through ALLY which do not allow you to easily trade the vehicle in. Other leading dealerships in the Keene area would NEVER subject a customer to either of these problems. Conversely the sales department was always happy to research, address issue, and add value. read more

dropped a Ram diesel truck off in Nov "24" that didnt run, late Jan "25" i called to ask if they were going to work on it, no techs available to answer, so I left message if they were not going to work on it I would tow it to a shop that would, Feb 4, 25 i get a message to please have the truck removed that day. They never looked at it, guess actually diagnosing a mechanical issue is not in their wheel house without a code to guide them. no worries it will be running by next week. wouldnt think dissing businesses with fleet trucks would be in their or rams best iinterest but i guess it works for them read more

terrible, just terrible. bought my car from them a month later my car starts having problems over 1,000 dollars for my car repair and they did give me 700$ to go towards my repair, but they didn't do a thorough inspection, i wouldn't have bought this car if i knew the issues it would have. i don't recommend this place at all read more

The place where excuses are born. There's a special little place in Keene, NH where excuses come from. I'm fairly certain they're born there - birthed into the universe in seemly subtle, oft unnoticeable fashion. But, if you ever visit this place you'll find out just how quickly they can ruin a perfectly good day - BUT - take heart! Because, it isn't their fault. And that should make you feel better, shouldn't it? The problem is that it's actually MY fault! And I mean that with all sincerity. It's my fault, because, like so many of the other "positive reviews" you can find about them, I have become complicit in their ineptitude. See I know the owner and the GM - AND I've worked in the automotive industry for 30 years. So, leaving a bad review for a dealership simply isn't done. And if I'm being honest, they're really nice guys. Nice guys, with a totally incompetent staff and no real plan to fix it. So when I have bought my cars there, I gave them a good review - every time. That's just what you do. Things may go wrong. It may be inconvenient and they'll try to fix it. But, one day you wake up and realize 4 cars later that every single time, things go wrong... and they keep going wrong! The problem is, when you buy a car, that's the easy part. After all, the one thing the Mopar brand has been truly spectacular at instilling in its consumer base is the idea of - "smiles per gallon." And they live up to that mantra. But, you'll spend far more time at the dealership completing regular maintenance or like many MOPAR fans adding toys to your rolling pride and joy. AND I definitely encourage you to do that, just not here - NEVER, EVER, HERE! Except, perhaps, if you just have too much happiness in your life and you need to be brought down for a minute. Then come here - because the folks in the service department and parts department here are experts in ruining a perfectly good day - but, remember, its not their fault. Part's not there when you arrive? Not their fault. Scheduled a full detail and left you car for the day only to pick it up and find all they did was a quick outside wash? Sorry, but, its not their fault. Need an alignment done and you have a high performance model - well... they don't have the right equipment to avoid scratching your rims, but it isn't their fault. My favorite was this morning on my way there when Nick told me that the bed rails that have been there for 2 weeks still hadn't been painted and was letting me know as I was half way there. But, he assured me, it wasn't HIS fault. After all, it's out of his hands. What is he supposed to do? Here's the thing though, it is YOUR fault. We all share in this truth - well, I suppose not the folks at this dealership. Why would you wait until the morning of a service to be performed to find out if you're ready to do it? What if you followed up, Nick? What if you did that for every customer? Or even just half of them? You might be 50% better at what you're doing and that would really be something. Hell, maybe other people around you might notice what you're doing and maybe you'd even make them better. You can't change other people, but, you can change yourself. And doing that will make you happier, it will bring you peace; instead of your customers seeming like they're always angry with you, they might start to like you! OK, maybe that's too much to ask, after all, we're all human and absorbed in our own self-importance. But, maybe they might not dump their garbage on you for a change if you took even the littlest bit of accountability for your part in the unending failure that seems to be this organization. I'm not hopeful that this review will make a difference and I know that at some point they might actually find my parts again. it will be inconvenient again, for what will be the 3rd visit for something as simple as bed rails. But, maybe if you're reading this review, you'll recognize the little corner of Hell you add to the world by deflecting accountability and maybe you'll see your part in that. And maybe you'll make a change and make a few things YOUR fault and then do something about it. read more

Spend 2 hours hear told them what I needed my payment to be told them my credit score, they told me and and reassured me that they could make the payment work. After having me fall in love with a truck and them saying "no problem" I go in to sign the papers and the payment is over $100 more then I was told it would be. I'm sure they expected me to sign and buy but I walked away. I understand they couldn't tell me an exact payment amount but $100 come on. I am not the only one this has happened to a Keene Chrysler. I have owned a Jeep for the better part of 13 years. I have always taken my Jeeps to a dealer for service for a few reasons - 1. They have more experience working in the compact engine compartment of a Wrangler. 2. They have better access to the appropriate parts. 3. They generally give better service than other shops. Unfortunately, Keene Chrysler Dodge Jeep bucks the trend. Last year I took my Wrangler to be inspected. I needed a part. They ordered the part and told me the work would be completed 'tomorrow'. I heard the same excuse for a week and a half before I could get my vehicle back. They blamed the issue on their parts supplier. After much discussion, I was able to get them to back down on the price for the inconvenience and I decided to give them another shot. I took my car into the shop yesterday for and oil change and inspection. I got a call yesterday afternoon that the car was completed and I could pick it up. There was no mention of anything more which was needed. I got there later in the evening to pick it up. The inspection was not completed because I need a new part. Instead of calling and advising of the need for a new part and offering the service, they simply let me find out the inspection was not completed when I picked up the car. I received a message this morning and called them back. Their explanation was that they figured I could read about what is needed on the service summary. I wish that my experience was different. I wish that they could have knocked it out of the park with such an easy experience for me and a few hundred more dollars in service for them. However, they made my life inconvenient. I don't trust them to work on my car. I pay the premium for dealership service so I don't have to 'hound' them on the repairs. read more

I had several issues with Keene Chrysler in the Service Department. I brought my two year old Jeep Commander in for a problem with the ignition. They replaced the starter and charged me labor. The following day the jeep had the same problem it wouldn't start and had to get it towed to the dealership. They told me that they found out it was the ignition switch and it was now fixed, they charged for the part and one hour labor. I took it to work the next day and it didn't start in the afternoon. Towed once again, I waited for over an hour, they hooked it up to the computer and I waited some more just to be told that there was a faulty wire and it was now fixed, it cost me another $120 and I was fuming. Another time, after getting new brake pads on, the calipers in the front both seized up, definitely not the first time I've had inferior service at Keene Chrysler, but it's going to be the last! read more

Mr. Stephen Robinson at Keene Chrysler made the process of purchasing a vehicle as easy as it gets. He was always honest, upfront and I never felt hustled. I was in a difficult situation with my husband at Fort Bragg and me stranded without a car with our four children. Bonneville and Son Chrysler, in Manchester, had insured us that our new car would be ready to be picked up September 15th. After much pressing I finally get that the car never shipped and wouldn't be shipped until October 15th. From day one they were never honest. That morning I walked into Keene Chrysler and Stephen got me into the car we wanted. There were some obstacles with purchasing since my husband wasn't present. The General Manager (Mr. Larry Monson) and Finance Manager (Mr. Duston Blanchette) worked with me to solve the issue. The entire staff was courteous and helpful.
