Gate was closed and called the phone number when Ryan walked up to the gate while I was on the phone with the other guy. I go back to the phone call and tell he tells me that they're closed on the weekends and to come back on Monday even though THEY LISTED THEIR HOURS AS OPEN ON THE WEEKENDS. I come back Monday and pay a bit more than $1k because the car was there over the weekend EVEN THOUGH I TRIED TO GET IT OUT EARLIER. So I finally get my car and what do I find? Missing items from my glove compartment and garbage in stuffed in the engine bay. A slim jim wrapper to be exact. I'm glad many people are reporting this company and I will surely follow up with a complaint to the BBB as well.
