Taking this very seriously, I inspected my tires to find one with a nail in the tread. Panicked and in the midst of a busy day and night, I called Cains Tires to see if they could help me out. The person who answered the phone very calmly told me I could bring my car in and they could patch it within 60-90 min. Incredible! I dropped my car with them and when it was time for me to pick it up, Jason tells me that the nail never punctured the tire as it was lodged parallel in the tread grooves! They water tested it and found no puncture. Whaaaaat? Then, he said they would have to charge me for the work they did - $15. OMG, are you kidding me?!?! What a great place! At 12:20 p.m., I called to check on the status of my car and was informed that the tires had only arrived about 15 minutes earlier, and that it would take an additional 45 minutes to complete the service. Despite clearly communicating that timing was important, no one reached out to inform me of the delay. Ultimately, my car was ready approximately three hours later than originally promised. Based on this experience, I would recommend not relying on the initial time estimate and planning for a longer wait than stated. That said, Kevin was extremely friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His customer service was a strong positive in an otherwise frustrating experience.

Harold went above and beyond to help me fix this issue. They tightened the part and I took it back to the mechanic to get everything retightened again (as that mechanic likely did not tightened it well initially). Even though it was close to closing time Harold was able to fit me in for another alignment to ensure I was safe to drive home. I cannot emphasize enough how much Harold was knowledge and helpful.
