When we walked in, an amazing guy with an epic beard clocked us for the tourists that we were and started telling us about his amazing offerings. He said he had smoked pork, smoked chucked, and carne asada. "If you are new here (duh!), you might want to get three tacos so you can try all three," he explained. Well, who were we to go against his recommendation? We noticed the other chef putting curly fries into a burrito and he said "that's for your next visit." Ok....
