There is nothing much in this town. When we booked our hotel, we had no idea that Bandon should have had an A in front of it! We received a list of restaurants from the front desk and I checked yelp and Wilson's Market showed up- so we tried it. Well- let me just say- I'm so glad we did! My husband and I traveled the Oregon Coast for a week and who would have thought that our favorite meal would come from a deli in a one horse town like Bandon? When we walked in, an amazing guy with an epic beard clocked us for the tourists that we were and started telling us about his amazing offerings. He said he had smoked pork, smoked chucked, and carne asada. "If you are new here (duh!), you might want to get three tacos so you can try all three," he explained. Well, who were we to go against his recommendation? We noticed the other chef putting curly fries into a burrito and he said "that's for your next visit." Ok.... He said they make their own corn hard shells for the tacos. Yes. They. Do. If you ever find yourself in Bandon, get to Wilson's Market. Hurry. Go hungry. read more

Main takeaway: vegetarians should avoid this place. I genuinely don't understand the hype. On a ten day road trip and we came here based on rave reviews including several about vegetarian options. Perhaps the meat options are delicious. But I got a veggie nacho and a veggie burrito and it's the first time in a long time I threw my burrito away. It was white rice, a few shreds of lettuce, unseasoned black beans, and since I ordered it spicy, some sauce that tasted like straight fire without any other flavor profile. I don't want you to think I can't handle spice. I order spicy at most restaurants. This burrito was one of the spiciest yet blandest things I've eaten in a long time. My child's mild veggie nacho was fine but again I wouldn't go out of my way to come here for it. read more

Look, here's the thing: You're going to drive here and say "that building is in a weird place." Then you're going to park and say "it looks a little run down." Then you'll go inside and say "this looks like a very basic convenience store." Then you'll spot the deli in the back and your world just leveled up a notch. Came by for some Mexican food for lunch because of the nice yelp reviews. This small market has a lot of stuff. I am particularly curious about the jerky, but I did not get a chance to try it because I was in a rush. We ordered some burrito and the loaded fries. The portion was huge that 1 person would not be able to finish 1 order! I found a Mountain Dew energy drink, and I got so excited, and purchased it. However, later on I found out that it was expired. Would have never found this place without Yelp, but I'm so glad I did. We were doing a roadtrip down the Oregon coast and stopped at Wilsons Market for some lunch. It wasn't crowded at all on Tuesday afternoon when we came. From the outside, it's a small nondescript grocery story, but the magic happens when you walk up to the deli counter inside. The menu is pretty straightforward, pick from either tacos, burritos, or or some specialties like nachos and quesadillas. They're most well known for their crispy shell tacos, so I got two, one with chicken and one with pork ($6 each), and my friend got their vegetarian burrito for $12.99. Once we got our food, we immediately ate it at the picnic tables outside. We both really enjoyed our food. The tacos were packed full of delicious meat, and even though I'm typically not a fan of hard shell tacos, this one hit the spot. Of the two meats, the pork was my personal favorite as I found it more flavorful. The chicken was on the creamier side. My friend absolutely loved his burrito as well, which was GIANT. Something different they do here is add cajun fries to the burrito, so that gives it some extra flavor. Even I couldn't resist taking a couple bites of it as it was so good! read more

Definitely worth it! We got steak and pork crunchy tacos, a PBR (pork burrito), and a CBR (chicken burrito). The pork was hands-down my favorite-it had so much flavor! The vibe is like a little small-town market, and they have picnic tables outside, which was perfect for eating there. (No indoor seating) Fair warning...it's messy. Grab plenty of napkins (and maybe a fork and knife for the last few bites!). Everyone working there was so friendly. Seriously so good. Looks like a little convenience store from the outside. I definitely wouldn't have stopped in had it not been for yelp. All the employees I interacted with during our two visits were super sweet and helpful, explaining the menu and offering their input. Wow! We ordered DoorDash from our hotel late one rainy evening, and the food was prepared and delivered quickly, it was hot and very delicious! They were AMAZING flavor explosion with the perfect crispy taco shell!! I ordered medium spice level with Avocado sauce and it was beyond perfect!! Did I say FLAVOR EXPLOSION? We stopped in for a cold beverage & for some pantry staples, and decided to order their burrito, their taco plate, and the burrito bowl. And WOW. Oh. My. Gosh. It was a LOT of food. They had just started serving lunch items (at 11) so breakfast burritos were still available (scrumptious). The portions were ENORMOUS & the food was delicious, tasty, and fresh! The street taco plate came with FIVE tacos piled high with mouth watering pork and all the fixings. The sign out front says "enter as a stranger, leave as a friend" which felt a bit trite, but honestly it's true! The gentleman who served us was pleasantly chatty, amiable, and expressed thanks that we waited a few minutes for our food. Staying in Bandon for a few days and found this unique eatery on Yelp located in a mini mart/liquor store. Service was very through when we shared that it was our first time. The BBQ meats were tasty and very juicy. Hard taco shells were the standout for us. Definitely worth a stop! read more

As the top rated place in Bandon, we decided to give it a try. The workers were very friendly and helpful. Chicken and pork tacos were really good-- smoky and delicious. We also got some jerky for the road. The angry garlic one is so so good. There is some seating outside which is nice and I noticed a lot of locals coming by which is a great sign. read more

When our Friends told us to stop here, we're a bit baffled . BUT, we got the largest burrito I've ever seen and just as tasty as it was large!!! Even had fries on it. WOW!!!
