None of the staff wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing some stuff from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour (duh). They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive since it is located inside a mall. Lots of parking spots for you to choose from. Take your pick. However, the lot can get very full very easily and quickly. Staff: The staff here are very friendly, kind, and helpful. The store itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

Last week I bought a pair of pants for her, she wore them the next day and less than 2 hours the seam ripped. I had to take her another pair of pants to school. I tried to exchange them and the lady behind the register said that she couldn't exchange them because when she sold them they were in excellent condition and basically if they ripped, it was my problem not hers. I argued that they lasted 2 hours only and that I wasn't asking for my money back all I wanted was another pair of pants. She of course declined my request. It's a shame that they don't even stand behind the merchandise that they sell. Horrible policy that they have.

Big 5 Sporting Good has everything that you need. I enjoy their prices on their shoe, very reasonable. We have been to different Big 5 Sporting goods in different locations. This is our first time at this location in El Monte. We found out their closing this Big 5, and they need to sell everything. One of the salesmen told us this lot is turning into a Out Burgers and Rising Cane.

Staff is very helpful, we did a lot of checkout changes and I knew it was frustrating to keep rescanning everything but the staff was so friendly and nice about it, they calmly checked us out. Sometimes they have really good clearance deals as well on seasonal items that are out of season. They just don't have a restroom so when my son has to go to the restroom the only option close by was target!
