I rented chairs, tables and umbrellas for a birthday party from Chic Party Rentals. They gave an 8 hour time window (between 9 and 5) for delivery and pickup and were still late for both. Despite the quote stating a time that "setup" needed to be completed by, they did not set up anything. They only dropped it off. Because the quote mentioned both delivery and setup, I thought that the delivery fee I was paying included both. Their equipment was junk. The chairs were all rusted, the tables were falling apart and lopsided, and the umbrellas were dirty. I never write Yelp reviews but would absolutely never use this company again. read more

The employees at this company are always super awesome and friendly and helpful. But unfortunately, their chairs STINK to high heaven. The first time I thought it was just a fluke, but I recently rented again and same thing. They just reek of something like BO. After transporting them, my car stinks and the room in my house where I stored them stank for two days. :( My sister also rented from them and experienced the same thing.
