Their truck came to an event that I was at. The service was great. Food was okay. I had the carne asada salad. Good thing there was plenty of meat. However, I wasn't too fond of the taste. For me it needed a little bit more salt. Also there want that much lettuce. I was hoping for a bit more since it was a salad. I will say that they did charge like $3-4 for a bottled water that they got at Costco. I can see maybe $1 or even $1.50 yikes. The price wants listed on their menu. I just ended up with a $22 charge to my CC. read more

I hate to write this but we genuinely were so disappointed in the tacos. We orders 3 al pastor and 3 carne asada. Did not taste authentic what so ever. The meat was very curry forward and not cooked long enough with lots of chewy peices and the tortillas were too thick and also not heated up enough. We wasted $40 on 6 tacos and half of it went to waste because we just could not get passed the taste and texture. read more

A food truck at the Folsom outlets - enjoyed loaded fries freshly made with all the toppings! Guacamole, sour cream, cilantro, pico de gallo, jalepeno & and spicy sauce which I assume is made in house because I've never tasted anything like it had a sweet heat chipotle kinda feel. We also enjoyed 3 street tacos (not pictured) tacos were prepared on corn tortillas but were soft - we also had the choice of 3 different meats- topped with salsa, cilantro and onions. added a bottle of water and can of sprite for a total of $37. I really appreciate the bowl came in a reusable container and there was not much of a wait time. Parked at the entrance of the outlets. Service was friendly and fast- nice option to have as there is no longer a food court. read more

Food truck service in the Roseville/Sacramento area. Service was pretty mediocre - the gal taking our orders recited a bunch of things to see if we wanted to add on thing after thing, seemed very disinterested and bored, and then was very careless with our order and not giving us a receipt. Food was OK - for the prices, I would have expected more from the carne asada fries with fresher fries and better seasoned beef. The portions are also very small. The California burrito was OK, but again for the prices ($12 for a medium sized burrito), you'd expect fresher ingredients and better construction. I think that there are many food trucks who are piggybacking off of the food truck novelty craze and haven't really "tried" very hard since everyone finds food trucks fun and entertaining. This unfortunately was one of these trucks, and I would likely recommend that you try a different company where it's family owned/operated and they actually care about the product they're putting out. read more

Went to premium outlets with my husband and my baby. We made a quick stop and had a Burrito. Also bought rice and beans for my baby to try. The food was good and convenient location. Fast service. They did have a lot of options would probably return for the California burrito or steak fries. Very friendly gentleman. read more

Had a great experience with the Food truck here at the folsom outlets. Purchased 5 tacos and had the pastor,carnitas Asada all hit with great flavor and seasoning. Refried beans and rice were on point, great flavor and consistency. But those beans were so good, I'm still thinking about them. The entree came with tortillas and condiments of chopped onion, cilantro, cream, gauc, and limes which not alot of restaurants provide. The entree was served on a warm plate. Nice touch pro touch. The chips are complimentary and self serve. The chip warmer is near the register. They provide the red salsa to your table. The chips tasted fresh and had a crispness. It held up after a bite and didn't fall apart. The salsa was phenomenal OMG yum, beautiful color, rich flavor. Mmm. Hubs ordered a tamale. $7.50. It was a good size, bigger than what I thought it would be. Check the photo I posted. That too was served on a warmed plate. The red sauce was OMG delicious. They give a generous serving of sauce. But you'll eat it all with the biggum tamale. Now to address the elephant in the room. (1) Since it's family operated and small staffed, that comes with potential wait times. Not loooong waits in service but not instantaneous either. In a fast paced world, even initially I thought 5 minutes was an eternity between seeing our server before I actually realized it was only less than 5 minutes. I survived and didn't collapse due to dehydration of not having my water glass refilled. Momentarily not having fresh napkins doesn't fall under survival skills. Possible wait time is mentioned in the menu. (2) The last seating is 30 minutes before the closing time. This is also mentioned on their menu.
