Would give a 4.5 if I could. Food was great, place was in need of a few repairs and a good cleaning. Quesabirria Tacos 4.5/5 Enchilada Plate 4.5/5 Nice little bakery and store section attached to the restaurant. Baked goods were all a solid 4/5. Will happily return!

This is a great little spot huddled at the end of a strip mall. There's a nice brewery attached in the back with a shaded patio for enjoying your food and brews if you want. When we went the weather was perfect and the restaurant, bakery and market were humming along with locals. I had a pambaso which I had never tried or seen before but the gentleman behind the counter explained it was a fresh made bun with refried beans, chorizo, chicken(and I think potatoes), lettuce and cheese with a dipped bun. Huge flavorful sandwich I struggled to finish it! My daughter had asada street tacos, she devoured them before I could try them so I guess that said it all. My husband had menudo he said it was very good and it was a 32oz with all the fixings. We had to get some pan dulce on our way out. A little pricey but I would say worth it. We will be back!

I ordered a large carne asada fries, a supreme burrito, and chips and salsa through DoorDash. I specifically selected green salsa for both of my main items and also requested no pico de gallo. Unfortunately, when my order was delivered, there was no salsa included at all -- which was really disappointing, especially given the large portions of food I had ordered. I went to the restaurant in person to ask for the salsa, and the person at the counter only gave me two very small containers for the large amount of food I purchased. I had to pay an additional $1.60 to get a reasonably sized salsa container, which was frustrating since the salsa should have been included in the first place. Additionally, the carne asada fries still had pico on them. I later realized that although I selected "no pico" in the app, the receipt and the DoorDash order summary didn't reflect that customization. I even checked a previous order where the customization was done correctly -- it seems like this restaurant's system doesn't properly show or track those special instructions, which is a serious issue. Overall, the customer service was poor, and the order accuracy was disappointing. I won't be ordering from here again unless they improve how they handle special requests and provide better support for delivery mistakes.

Not to be dramatic, but I've been here four times in the last 10 days. This is a hidden gem. Love the fresh pan dulce and the tacos are perfect every single time. Recently ordered the nachos and the serving is HUGE. Overall service is quick and the ambiance is great. My new favorite spot.

You ever bite into something so good you immediately regret telling anyone about it? That's this strawberry coconut jelly roll from Nina's Taqueria in Cameron Park. Moist. Jammy. Coconutty. Swirled with strawberry magic and probably a touch of unicorn tears. It's like your grandma's best cake and your favorite childhood snack had a delicious little dessert baby--and then rolled it in coconut. Don't ask me to share. I won't. I'll lie and say I ate the last one while secretly hiding two more in the fridge behind the salsa.

Great chicken crispy tacos, and a pile of nachos. Warm friendly authentic Mexican food.

Everything was authentic and delicious. The flan was a bit overcooked but still delicious. The tacos were amazing. So flavorful.

That was not a good feeling, but then he also did not speak English well. He messed up three of the four items we ordered and of course they all cost more than what we ordered. When we got the bill and told him, he got the cook and we were able to settle everything out easily. We were told that the owner's wife was out so he was serving. We were happy to hear that his serving was temporary :). I am not sure if we received the lunch item or dinner item because our bill was wrong, but I ordered the chile verde chimichanga which comes with rice and beans. It was hot and fresh and absolutely delicious! My partner had the bean and cheese lunch and he loved it as well. The salsa was flavorful and mild. All of the food was mild so next time I will ask for some spice! The restaurant is a good size and festive looking. It was clean and comfortable and the prices were good! We can't wait to go back!

Ordered half chicken which husband enjoyed but the rest was thrown out. 4 chicken flautas that were so burnt the meat looked like burnt steak. The chips they added for free were dark brown, the jalapeño poppers over cooked and dark brown was also missing any ranch for dipping. Lastly, we ordered 2 carne asada tacos and the meat was also burnt black and dark brown bits, no lime served on the side for these. After leaving a 25% tip online we'd hoped to have an enjoyable meal but we were disappointed. Also surprised at whoever packaged the food, letting it be served in that condition was concerning. We'll try elsewhere next time we are in the mood for good Mexican food.

The menudo is flavorful and comforting, the mojarra fried fish plate is perfectly cooked, and the fajitas are always a great choice. You can really tell they put care into the food. The service is consistently friendly and welcoming, and it's great that they also offer catering services for larger gatherings and events. As we were sitting waiting for our food, a server came over on two separate occasions with the wrong food, asking who had what. Not a big deal, they obviously had the wrong table, no biggy, but it looks unprofessional. The vibe is always nice in there, very friendly and inviting. Then they finally brought our food out, and gave me my chimichanga, with a nice spread of avocado on the top. The issue? I specifically ordered it WITHOUT avocado or guacamole. It even said so on the receipt. But by that point I was starving, so I scraped it off and started eating. The pork inside was tasty, BUT I ORDERED CARNE ASADA. So in the end, I did not get what I ordered whatsoever. And as a side note, I've noticed the portion sizes vary each time I've come in, but this was by far the skimpiest portion I've ever gotten. The chimichanga was tiny, and I barely got any rice or beans on the side. Like I said, I love this place, but this experience doesn't inspire me with a lot of confidence. Hopefully next time I come in it's better!
