My therapists were Jeff Gaich and Robin Dal Santo and you can tell they both love what they do and it shows with each interaction I personally experienced and the ones I seen with their other patients when I was there. Their office space was clean, played great music and had a warm feel to it, which works because their staff treats you like a part of their family. Corey, who works the front desk and also assists the therapists, was a joy to be around and when a death in my family suddenly occurred she was very caring and understanding with me rescheduling my appointments towards the end of my rehab. When I arrived after that, Robin, Jeff and Corey showed me compassion, concern and helped me stay positive through that hard time. They are truly a cut above the rest. In the past, I have received substantial physical therapy at Athletico for various injuries and surgical rehab & I can say with 100% certainty that the quality of physical therapy care at Athletico and the physical therapy professional equipment at Athletico is far superior than that of PTSIR. On 12/30/2024, I attended my 1st physical therapy session at PTSIR. I was taken into a small room approximately 9' x 10'. Due to small size of the room, the entire right side of the PT table was pushed flush all the way against the wall thereby rendering it impossible to perform the PT exercise I was instructed to perform which required my right lower body to extend past the edge of the right side of the table. The physical therapist & clinic director said - you're not going to be able perform the exercise to the right because the table is against the wall. Even though it was an impossibility to perform one of the PT exercises due to the location of the PT table being flush against the wall on the right side, PTSIR billed $655 for a 50 minute PT session. This is unacceptable and outrageous! PTSIR's lack of space & improper PT set-up and/or unwillingness to spend the money to lease or build-out a proper PT space is unacceptable. I was advised by the clinic director & physical therapist to contact the billing department at PTSIR. I twice spoke Nina in the billing department. Both times Nina represented she would call me back by date certain but failed to call me back. This is unprofessional & unacceptable & exemplifies the poor manner in which this company conducts its business operations. Subsequently, I also spoke with Melanie, Christina & twice spoke with supervisor Kathy F. in PTSIR's billing department. I was told by the billing department that Nina orally claimed that she did call me back & leave me a voicemail message, however, that was blatant lie as my call log does not show an incoming or missed call from Nina & I did not receive a voicemail message from Nina. Again, this misrepresentation & blatant lie by Nina is unprofessional & unacceptable & exemplifies the poor manner in which this company conducts its business operations. Like Nina, supervisor, Kathy F. also twice represented she would call me back by date certain but failed to do so. Again, supervisor Kathy F.'s failure to follow through with her representations is unprofessional & unacceptable & exemplifies the poor manner in which this company conducts its business operations. Additionally, both the clinic director & Kathy F. represented that they would send a message to the regional manager, Joshua V., to contact me directly to further discuss this matter. Almost 2 weeks elapsed, however, I did not receive a call from the regional manager, Joshua V. I obtained Joshua V.'s business contact number, & called & left him a voicemail message. Joshua V. did return my call, however, he claimed he never received a message from Kathy F. or the clinic director. Clearly, either Kathy F. & the clinic director failed to send Joshua V. a message to contact me as they represented they would do or Joshua V. is lying as to whether he received a message from one or both of them to call me directly. Again, this demonstrates the poor manner in which this company & its employees conduct its business operations. Joshua V. was unhelpful and unable to do anything with regard to this matter, and quite frankly, needs some additional & significant training as to how to professionally communicate with patients & clientele. Again, this demonstrates the poor manner in which this company & its employees conduct its business operations. I have opened up a quality of care complaint with my health insurer. In visiting the Chicagoland area, I came across PTSIR in Tinley Park. A therapist named Travis was kind enough to help me with my recovery. He honestly listened to everything I had to say and personalized my treatments. With innovative exercises and a hands on approach I am feeling so much better. Travis then went on to give me even more ideas to help recover moving forward. For someone who flies constantly, they taught me things I will continue to use throughout my life. I was completely mislead by the ati staff about billing and when I expressed my concern they said "well the $10 is just an estimate" however their estimate was off by over $140 per visit. Such a shame as I would've liked to continue to go there just be careful they will tell you one thing to get you in the door and then you're on the line for $100s of dollars.

My mama heart knew that time was not going to be the fix so I started calling therapy providers for help. Every place I called was enthusiastic until they found out I didn't have the 'right' insurance. The only place that did not close the door in my face was CTC. They evaluated my son for Speech and Occupational concerns and suggested a treatment plan that would fit my budget for a couple months until November, when I could apply for better Health Insurance coverage. Months later they suggested my son get evaluated by a neuropsychologist and referred me to a top rated Doctor that was In Network with my insurance and did not have a lengthy waitlist. I believe I waited 3 weeks for our appointment. The results of that evaluation were devastating, and I was quickly overwhelmed, feeling lost and heartbroken. But I was not alone. The therapists, technicians, administrative staff and even the owner of the clinic supported and guided my son and I into our new reality with the utmost compassion and care. They did not simply provide the therapy my son needed. I was provided parent training through observation, participation and private meetings with my son's therapy team. They taught me to understand my son and how to parent a child with different abilities. I was introduced to the parent support group where for the first time I was among parents that were in the same boat and faced the same challenges at home and out in the world. These other parents are now my best friends...and their children are my sons' friends. We look forward to playdates, park meet-ups and birthday parties where before I was afraid of or shy'd away from these activities. I am proud of how much progress my son has made with thanks to his dedicated therapy providers at Childrens therapy connections and I am grateful for the support and community they have given us. If you have a child that you suspect is delayed have them evaluated at CTC. There is a shortage of Therapy for children across the board so if you are going to be waitlisted anywhere you call, this is the waitlist you want to be on.

I can get a professional deep tissue massage from a massage therapist for FAR less than 135 per pt visit.
