They asked for my permission before proceeding and took the time to walk me through why the repair was necessary and important. I even did a little research while we were talking and quickly realized they weren't exaggerating or trying to upsell me. They do charge a service fee upfront, but it's very reasonable, and they're completely transparent about it. I made an appointment, and they were able to get me in and out the very same day. Overall, I was impressed and excited to find a mechanic I trust and feel comfortable going to; especially since they're within walking distance of my home.
