Mike performed a thorough inspection on my car and gave me an estimate. Needless to say, a lot of work needed to be done. There was a code showing that indicated something may be wrong with the transmission. He suggested that I take it to a transmission shop to have it checked out before paying for the repairs needed. I did what he advised and proceeded to have the repairs done. I'm satisfied with the work that was done and feel that I've found a mechanic who I can trust. They also have a rewards program. He wasn't paying attention to the cars trying to get around him. Instead of honking at him, I waited for him to move on his own. Once he noticed me, I started to pull around him and he began cursing at me, calling me slurs, and chasing my car. He kept yelling obscenities after me for no reason and freaked my girlfriend out. If this is the kind of person that Wilson keeps on their team, stay far away from them. This employee acted like a little child throwing a temper tantrum and he attempted to become violent, all because he was embarrassed about not paying attention and blocking traffic. On top of that, Wilson failed to give me any sort of insight on what my oil issue might be. My car had a code relating to my problem and when I showed them the code, they didn't even read it. They basically just said "that sounds bad, sorry." We specifically went to Wilson for the oil change/inspection bundle to fix this issue, but all we got was an overpriced oil change with no tips for how to move forward. If you are someone who wants to feel comfortable at an auto shop, stay far away from Wilson. I have never encountered a worker as immature and aggressive as the one there. And if you have any auto problem that needs fixing, you'd be better off going somewhere else. *EDIT for Brian: My visit was Friday the 25th, leaving the store at about 3:30.
