The old lady in the office went to look at something on my car and I realized she didn't have my keys to open it so I went outside to unlock it and she was talking about me saying "She's so stupid, why would she lock the car?!" Brought my Honda in for an oil change and to have my charging system checked. The next morning I called up there to get a status on my car and they can't find the ticket. Todd says he will call me back. Several hours later I call back up there and the phone just stops ringing. I try again and the phone rings and rings and rings and rings. I figure they are busy so I wait a few minutes to try again, this time it sounds strange, then stops ringing. My husband says try from his phone and I did, they answered right away, must be time for an update on my phone hmmm. She told me the car was ready, she's sorry she thought her husband called me. No codes showed up, when I asked her what that meant, I had asked for my battery and alternator to be checked she said they would hook it back up before I got there. I arrived about a half hour later and they still had my car hooked up, he said it checked out fine must be a loose battery post, he tightened them. Got in my car and it was filthy! FILTHY! Black fingerprints ALL OVER my leather interior- I have threatened lives over my interior and never carried drinks or food inside it because I don't want it to stink and he left black greasy fingerprints all over the interior of my car! Omg I'm hyperventilating just typing this shit. Anyway the damn light came back on before I get home( less then 4 miles down the road). Took it straight to auto zone and they put it on the tester and tell me the battery is completely dead as is the alternator ( the car is running and starting). Finally took it to music city Honda who actually replaced the alternator. Failing alternator 's are dangerous and Todd's service center wasn't honest, I will not return or recommend this service cr 10/8/18 The owners contacted me and offered to clean my car. While it's been awhile and I won't take them up on it, I will give them credit for TRYING to fix the problem. I may not return, but I won't not recommend.... read more

I have gotten around 20 oil changes here, and I have never had a problem. They have reasonable prices. They will tell you if they can't fix your car because you tore the bottom out of it by running over trees in a tornado. They will make sure your car is running better than ever after you destroy your air compressor by driving through a river! read more

An amazing little service center! Staff were incredibly kind and willing to stay a few minutes late on a Friday night to help me. After having a fender bender, I picked my car up from a different repair shop in Nashville, where I live. I had plans to visit my boyfriend in St. Louis, so after picking up my car I started my drive up 24. After about an hour, a tire gauge light came on. Since I had just had car service, and I was traveling alone as a young female at night, I wasn't comfortable driving with my tire light on. I stopped by, and they were quickly able to confirm the other shop had overlooked a tire gauge reset, and that my car was fine. Simple fix, but so much peace of mind. Thank you!! read more

Took my Classic car in for a routine tune-up, new plugs, wires, coil and change distributor over from points distributor to HEI distributor , a week later it was supposed to be ready, Should have took less than a day.. i pay around $500.00 to Todd's and pick up the vehicle then it breaks down that night, Distributor jumps out , it was not tightened down almost catches car on fire when timing jumps and I almost get hit in traffic, i then have it towed back to Todd's.. $115.00 for tow, another week goes by no call from Todd's, I call them, the lady answers phone knows nothing about my vehicle and Todd is not there, Next day call Todd says I need new distributor hold down clamp. Buy a new one drop it off... I call back next day they say its ready, leave Todd's again and breaks down again same day.. another $115.00 tow bill back to Todd's, Almost 2 weeks pass and I call.. they tell me it's ready. I pick up car they charge me $75.00 more for reset timing and tell me I am going to need a new carburetor soon because my carburetor is going bad. I leave at this point... 100 yards from Todd's shop it breaks down again. I was so mad I had it towed home another $115.00 tow bill. There is only so many times you can break down in traffic and give people a opportunity to fix their mistakes. Let me remind you there was nothing wrong with my car when I took it to Todd's. I had just drove it 1500 miles before I took it. So I call an old retired mechanic friend over to see what he thinks before I take my next step. He opens the hood and first thing he sees is the distributor is not tightened down again. This is the third time leaving Todd's the distributor was not tightened down causing it to jump time and stall in traffic. so while he was looking at it he notices the brand new coil I bought had a hole in it about as big as a screw driver and it was leaking oil. ( I swear I can't make this stuff up ). This was causing my car to stall and not immediately start back making Todd think something was wrong with my carburetor. We look at my carburetor anyways and Todd had never even looked at my Fuel filter to see if it was clogged up. He just made up that I needed a new carburetor. There also were several vacuum lines unhooked from the carburetor. I am not the type to complain so I am going to chalk what I spent with Todd's and keep it moving. I just wanted to share my experience with Todd's. I carried cars there before for simple matters and I ask before bringing my classic in if he worked on them. I believe that Todd may of not ever even looked at my car, maybe a employee just did half baked work on it. I don't know but I hope I never see the guy again in life. I made this post for the customers and want them to judge for themselves whether they want to risk their vehicle at this shop. There is no doubt in my mind that whomever worked on y car at Todd's new I was going to break down in it. Even if you give them the benefit of doubt on the first break down... the second two times shouldn't of happen. I never complained and was ready to pay whatever he asked for his work. If there were other problems I would have payed for the work as needed. I feel like I was treated badly and dishonestly. Even if a employee did bad work. It should have been checked out and gone behind by the owner Todd ..especially after coming back the third time. I car will not run if the distributor is loose, a hole in brand new coil which i checked out before install, I did not need a new carburetor. A reputable shop should have been able to handle this job, should have never let me leave there the way it was. I am highly upset about the fact I left there shop and broke down knowing now that they had to know the work was not right and it was not safe to drive. Here's the thing: my car has oddly sized tires. Understandable. I called and the prices they gave were awesome. Here's the catch: They forgot to mention "we don't carry tires, we have to order them". I had called twice the day before and asked if I could get tires put on and the receptionist said I could do it another day since they were closing. She never said anything about not having tires there, nothing about ordering some in the morning, just "see you later!" And hung up. Wasted my time. read more

I went there for an oil change and service check about a week ago and had mentioned my car was overheating, if they could check on that. After all was said and done, I had asked if they had put coolant in my car so it wouldn't overheat anymore and was assured all liquids were topped off. A 30 minute drive later back to my place, to my surprise, my car started overheating and smoking again. Scared that there may be a bigger problem. I had to pull over to let it cool down. Checked under the hood and found my coolant to be bone dry. I hate to have to make a bad review, but I even called that same day to see if there was a misunderstanding and left a message with the office lady to speak with Todd directly and I still have yet to get a response. I would not recommend. Go somewhere you can trust. This is not that place. read more

I have had such a bad experience with this car service center that I thought others should be warned. I have had my car there before but that was under the previous owner. I was really pleased with their service. The owner then moved out of state and sold the place. Since then I have had the oil changed in my Dodge and took my (note that I say Buick Century) car up there due to high idle on 11/10/2015 after they supposedly worked on the thermostat. Dede called me (when I specifically asked her to call my husband since he is home all day. She informed me the bill would be $288. I took my husband with me and as soon as he started asking questions about the work done the bill went down to $88.20! What?? They never called us to see if we wanted any work done. I wanted an estimate and explanation of work to be performed but I got none of that. I am so disgusted with the level of nonprofessional customer service that I will not be going back there. I also looked on my receipt and remember when I said my car was a Buick? My receipt states they serviced a 97 Plymouth. Really?? And the owner wants to state that he employs ASE certified mechanics?? How certified are they if they couldn't read the invoice and note there were two different cars listed. Now my car will not run and the only explanation we got was "We don't know what is wrong with it." Really? I would have been better off just leaving it the way it was. So, thanks for nothing Todd's Service Center and I hope you get found out if you have been cheating and trying to scam others like you did me. By the way, I would have rated the place a 0 but there was no way to do that!!! read more
