I was told for $175 they would remove the tire, repair the curb damage, strip all the paint, and powder coat the rim. I dropped the wheel off at 9 AM and it was ready by 3 PM the same day, which was impressive turnaround time. If you decide to go here, I recommend dealing directly with the owner, John. Make sure you clearly discuss your expectations and exactly what work is being promised so everyone is on the same page or you could be disappointed.

The car was vibrating whenever I drove over 60 mph. I reached out to Jesse, the owner, who told me to come to the shop whenever I was free. I went around noon on a Monday where I met Joshua. He gave me all the run down that they fix Tesla wheel's for $125 each, fixing the curb rashes were additional $50 and they require holding the car for 24 hours. I also saw many Tesla wheels laying all around the store that assured me they regularly do these fixes. As I was not prepared the leave the car that day, I drove it back few days later. Joshua noted down my contact info and the wheels I wanted to fix. As 24 hours passed I was still waiting for the call, I reached out to Jesse about the pick up time. Within couple of minutes Joshusa called me to let me know it was ready for pick up. Upon arriving, I met Joshua to complete the payment, collected my keys and was on my way. The rims absolutely looked brand new. All the curb rash marks on both wheels were gone. The vibrating issue significantly minimized as well. One minor observation was both wheels didn't come back with their original valve cap. Overall I was really happy with the consistent hassle free experience that came with such a bargaining price. For any future wheel issues, I'd be go back to Silverstar without any hesitation.

They can meet you at your house or you can meet them at a dealership they plan to be at. Penny from the office was super responsive. Setting up the appointment was so easy. I didn't have to fill out any forms online. We communicated everything via text and email. As soon as I paid for the service, Amanda emailed me the invoice mark paid. Extremely friendly & great prices & the rim was perfectly round, super job. I spoke with the owner, he's very likeable, he's a Vet, like me. Everyone there was happy, joking around. To me, happy workers mean you'll get quality work. I own a Lucid, which weighs in at 5,200lbs. Hitting a pothole with this car almost guarantees a blowout and a bent rim with the short sidewalls. I am sure I will be seeing them again. Oh yeah, when you go there, you'll have to look hard for them, they are set back, a bit and look like they're closed, go in the parking lot and go around to the back.

The next day Matt returned and informed me that two rims suffered some damage in transit- he installed 3 tires and returned to Newburgh. The following day a pleasant gentleman returned with the remaining two rims and tire- quickly completed the install. They're a little behind the times technologically speaking in terms of payment methods but it is what it is. As of yet I still have not received my receipt that was promised to me- that would be texted. I just returned from a quick test ride and I can feel the difference in my ride. Armani Wheels was able to remove the curb rash completely, straighten the rims, and make repairs to a crack in another rim. I am satisfied with the work.

They told me the weights just came off of the wheel. I had new tires installed and I guess the weights just came off of that wheel. So with that he balances the tire for me and when he's done he tells me 50$? Im not one to negotiate with an employee so I pay him the 50$ Probably just went right into his pocket. Not a fan of being ripped off. I let the owner know a few weeks later. Not sure why I waited but half embarrassed and half life. I really had hoped of finding a new spot to get my wheels done. The place I used to go was just a total ripoff but it was close to me. I looked for a new place instead of driving to the Bronx. I called the boss and he was very accommodating letting me come after hours. Not a great idea. I guess I'll go to the Bronx next time. Unfortunate for all parties.
